10/06/2025: An experience to remember We were the only guests, pampered and delighted with extraordinary dishes. Positive note: they noticed that I didn't like the dessert, which I didn't enjoy because I don't like certain ingredients (my fault) and they offered to replace it with one I liked, but having given my consent when choosing the menu, I refused to accept the courtesy, an appreciated gesture and I can only give a positive opinion for the wonderful lunch and the service, courteous but not intrusive; competence, preparation and courtesy to the maximum score allowed. Well done everyone and amazing dishes (well, yes, I even tasted the dessert!)

12/10/2025: Served us frozen fish as catch of the day, with garnish that didn't really complement fish well in the first place.

09/10/2025: The best meal we’ve had so far in Palermo! They didn’t miss on anything we ordered (Pacheri Gambero Rossi and Agnello Lento). The deserts were fantastic too (deconstructed cannoli and a cassata gelato). We didn’t make reservations and walked in on a Wednesday evening with no wait for a table. Staff was friendly and fun. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a guaranteed culinary highlight of your trip to Palermo!

13/09/2025: There were many types of ice cream. We waited a little in line, but it's worth it. Prices range from 2-2.5€. It was delicious. The Staff was quite quick and friendly. There were 8 of us and everyone was able to find a taste they would like

04/10/2025: We've lost count of how many times we've been to Gerold, Heidi, and Vincenzo's; it's always been a very family-friendly experience, even though it's often busy. The selection is extremely large; there's always something for everyone. The special pizzas with 'nduja are unusual. We always enjoy coming back.

23/07/2025: I was there in June 2025. I politely asked for a mixed scoop in a cone. The man behind the counter replied, in an annoyed tone, that it doesn't work that way, and pointed to a display that said the small cones only contain one flavor. I apologized for not reading, so I ordered a small cone with only one flavor. The cone was handed directly to me, so while I was fumbling for coins to pay (the price wasn't cheap, by the way), the ice cream inevitably fell to the floor. I apologized again to the waiter, who huffed, collected the money, didn't even acknowledge my willingness to clean up, and served the next customers without even offering me another ice cream (which I had just paid for). It's a shame because the product is truly high-quality, but due to the rudeness of the staff, I won't set foot in there again, nor will I recommend it to friends and acquaintances. Maybe they'll be more relaxed this way, since it seems like they're being disturbed when they come in.

17/10/2025: We visited because we were intrigued to try the truffle carbonara and it didn’t disappoint. Would definitely recommend 100 times.

07/09/2025: I had several lunches and dinners at La Monachina during a business trip, and I highly recommend it. The food is excellent, from the starters to the main courses, to the pinsa. The staff is very friendly and the service impeccable.

29/10/2025: I celebrated my graduation party here! The atmosphere was welcoming, the staff helpful and friendly. The graduation aperitif was truly excellent, plentiful and of great quality, especially the cold cuts and gnocco fritto. Excellent value for money. I highly recommend it and will be back.

28/10/2025: Visited for dinner, as it was nearby and had positive reviews. Was not disappointed - the food was excellent and the service friendly. The tortellini in broth was lovely and I recommend the pistachio cheesecake, if you have the chance to try it!

25/10/2025: A pleasant restaurant in the picturesque village of Cavi, where you'll find friendly service (with special mention to Aurora) and exquisite dishes, including a wide selection of both Ligurian classics and unique recipes. The seafood taglierini are delicious, and the fish main courses and desserts are also excellent. The price is reasonable. Highly recommended!!!

15/10/2025: A restaurant in the center of Cavi, organized into three small, comfortable and pleasantly furnished rooms. My wife and I ordered two fried fish dishes (one of which was a seafood platter): excellent batter, cooking, and quality. The portions were generous. The waiter was extremely courteous and helpful. Excellent price: with water, house wine, two grilled vegetable sides, and two coffees, we paid €30 each.
