24/02/2025: Very welcoming and particular place, very kind and professional staff, very sociable and joking which is not a bad thing, wonderful food and well looked after. I recommend it for friends and as a couple. I came from Florence for an operation and the evening made me forget my worries. Thanks guys.

20/02/2025: Sono stato qui a cena l'altroieri sera. Il locale si presenta accogliente ed informale, anche se non molto grande. I piatti che ho ordinato erano davvero deliziosi (involtini di crescentine, flan di zucca e cotoletta alla bolognese). Carta dei vini modesta. Nota positiva anche per il dolce (cheesecake ai frutti di bosco). Ottimo servizio, il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. Consiglio per chi cerca un locale tipico e non raffinato. Ritornerò!

16/04/2025: So far, the best food we had in Sicily. The antipasti was great, especially the delicious caponata. Pizza was also fantastic (we had the zucca one, highly recommended). And the dessert was also remarkable. Everyone was very kind and friendly. If you come to Catania, give yourself a treat here

15/03/2025: An authentic and unforgettable experience! I was at the Typical Restaurant at Dosarel and I must say that it was a pleasant experience from every point of view. The food is simply excellent: we tried the potato tortei with cured meats and cheeses, the canederli and the ravioli, and I couldn't really choose my favourite... they were all exceptional! The desserts are also good! But what struck me even more was the warmth of the place: you can feel the love and care behind it, from the history of the restaurant - born from an old stable transformed into a wonderful environment - up to the service, which was impeccable, attentive and incredibly kind. I felt welcomed as if I were at a friend's house, and this is a feeling that few places can convey. If you are looking for a place to enjoy quality typical dishes in an authentic and welcoming environment, this restaurant is a must try. I'm not from the area, but I will try to go back!

09/03/2025: We went for lunch today, the place is very nice. We took two potato cakes (18 euros each). They brought us some very good tortei (I would say a sufficient number). Too bad that the side dish was really poor: one slice of salami each, one of speck (there were two half slices each), a couple of slices of bacon and ham. Three pieces of cheese and a jam. A cup of borlotti and capusso (which I recommend bringing first because it is good if seasoned in advance). Two bites and we had finished the accompaniment. We asked if we can have some more cured meats and they served us another platter (a little more generous than the first). With this we ate enough. We had a glass of house wine which was good. At the checkout we realize that for the addition of the cold cuts they charged us 10.80 for a cutting board. If I ask if I can have some more cold cuts and you bring me a paid cutting board, you tell me. I have eaten tortei in the area many times and have never had them bring me two slices of cross-cured meat. The tortel in Val di is not famous and generally you eat a nice plate of it and they usually ask you if you want other tortei/companaticos without extra costs. After our complaint they kindly reduced the cost of the cutting board to 5 euros. I wouldn't stop because I don't think it's right to find myself in this situation. I would rather propose the tortel for a few euros more but I would give a portion that is not ridiculous. The diner will then decide whether to spend that money (but he knows this before ordering, otherwise you are forced to avoid leaving hungry)

22/04/2025: I'll be back for sure! Very nice and quiet place, at least on a Tuesday evening. Excellent food. The asparagus pie is delicious (I would push more on the pecorino sauce, but good nonetheless). The exceptional Angus steak! Cooked to perfection and seasoned beautifully. I still wanted to try the artichokes and some first courses... I'll have to go back... Excellent value for money and lovely, quick service.

03/04/2025: Excellent dinner based on Valpellinese soup. Suggestive and remote location above the small village of Bionaz, reachable in about five minutes from the town hall. The parking lot does not have many parking spaces. Good value for money for the restaurant, with a full menu you spend just over 30 euros per person

30/03/2025: Mi amigo y yo estábamos caminando por la ciudad un domingo en busca de algo de comida y las buenas ciudades italianas cerraron para comer el domingo. Encontramos este lugar encantador el único que estaba abierto. Llegamos aquí y no había mesas, ya que estaba cerrado por una función privada. Pero eso no los detuvo. El dueño del negocio y la familia nos recibieron con los brazos abiertos. Y nos dio de comer, se sentó y habló con nosotros. Este es un gran lugar con deliciosa comida. Y estamos eternamente agradecidos por su amabilidad y hospitalidad. Si alguna vez estás en la ciudad, por favor asiste a este restaurante no te decepcionará. Gente tan maravillosa y amable que te trata como a una familia, no como a un cliente. ¡Gracias una vez más desde el fondo de nuestros corazones! No olvidaremos esta experiencia.

04/04/2025: Eine aufmerksame, professionelle Bedienung und Weinberatung und eine geschmackvolle Küche, von der Vorspeise, dem Frühlinsalat, über das gutgelagerte und auf den Punkte gebratene Rindsstück, bis hin zum Dessert, ein Affogato mit Lakritzeeis. Wir kommen wieder.

09/03/2025: Ottimo ristorante di pesce, crudo di mare curato e particolare. Dolci non scontati e molto buoni, presentazioni tutte di livello. Personale gentile, attento e di grande competenza. Location elegante. Assolutamente consigliato se si vuole mangiare bene il pesce.

06/12/2024: siamo stati all'evento dedicato al caviale con amici, personalmente conoscevo il locale solo per sentito dire ma non lo avevo ancora provato. devo dire che non ha deluso le nostre aspettative, anzi è andato ben oltre! locale raffinato con cucina sopra la norma rispetto a locali della zona , portate sorprendenti una dopo l'altra, il prezzo alto ma per l'occasione si parlava di piatti abbinati al caviale. una buona proposta anche per quanto riguarda la carta dei vini. servizio attento ma non invadente. un ottima esperienza che ti invita a ritornarci. complimenti allo chef e a tutto lo staff del ristorante

12/04/2025: Excellent service, courteous and friendly One of the very few bars where there is particular attention to quality coffee: Illy is a guarantee but it is also important to "drain the water between one coffee and another" which I noticed they do regularly and prices are normal which is greatly appreciated Purging is essential for good coffee! Nothing was missing, even a sip of water and excellent pastries We had practically never gone....well done!!! You have acquired new customers!!!!!

09/04/2025: We went for dinner here as a group of 8 people for all you can eat. The sushi was absolutely amazing, it was all freshly prepared right there so you will have to expect it to take some time before it’s served but it’s definitely worth the wait! The owner was also kind and very passionate about his job. We will definitely come back here next year.
