29/04/2025: I have been frequenting the Pizzeria Ristorante di Pupetta, located in the heart of Vercelli, for some time now, and I can say with certainty that it has become one of my regular stops when I want to eat well in a welcoming environment. The location is very central, easy to reach, perfect for a dinner with friends or even for a quiet lunch break. The restaurant is cared for in detail, with a warm and familiar atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. The menu is truly extensive and varied: in addition to pizzas, cooked to perfection and with quality ingredients, you can choose from numerous restaurant dishes, both meat and fish. Every time I always find something new to try, and the quality is always high. Whether it's a classic pizza or a more elaborate dish, the taste never disappoints. The service is always friendly, fast and attentive to the customer's needs. The staff is kind and helpful, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. The prices are also honest and well proportioned to the quality of the food and the service offered. A plus is that during the Christmas and Easter periods it is possible to buy artisanal panettone and colomba. I personally had the opportunity to taste the panettone and found it truly excellent: soft, well-balanced in flavors and with a quality that is immediately perceived. I highly recommend Pizzeria Ristorante da Pupetta to those looking for a place to feel at home, eat well and have a wide choice of pizzas and dishes. A real guarantee in the center of Vercelli.

23/03/2025: Ho già frequentato questo ristorante e mi sono sempre trovata bene. Oggi però ho avuto un problema per quanto riguarda il senza glutine: avevo ordinato degli udon con verdure selezionando sul tablet l’opzione “no glutine”. Il cameriere è arrivato al tavolo con il mio piatto dicendomi “udon con verdure senza glutine” ma ritirando subito dopo il piatto dicendomi che non ne era sicuro. Mi ha detto che avrebbe mandato lui una nuova comanda per il mio piatto con degli spaghetti di riso che sarebbero stati un po’ più fini dei precedenti e garantendomi il senza glutine. Dopo qualche minuto è arrivato un altro cameriere portandomi un piatto di spaghetti identico. Essendo l’unica al tavolo ad aver ordinato tale portata, ho mangiato ciò che il secondo cameriere aveva portato. Non appena finito gli udon è arrivato il primo cameriere portandomi degli spaghetti più fini ed effettivamente senza glutine. Subito dopo sono stata male per aver mangiato glutine. Vi invito a fare più attenzione. Per fortuna io sono una persona intollerante e non riporto danni permanenti ma per qualcun altro può essere pericoloso. Grazie

19/03/2025: We spent a week at the Hotel "Antica Stallera" and were absolutely thrilled. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and courteous, both at reception and at the breakfast buffet. We particularly enjoyed our small terrace. The hotel itself is centrally located, just a stone's throw from the harbor promenade, yet offers a quiet place to relax. Day trips around the lake or to Milan, as well as the Sunday market on the promenade, are easily arranged. We're already looking forward to our next visit!

30/12/2024: I'll tell you about the unpleasant experience my girlfriend had yesterday during lunch at the Antica Stallera. While he was enjoying a plate of gran fusilli, he suddenly felt something hard in his mouth: it was a NAIL WITH AN ANCHOR found in the food. He immediately notified the dining room staff, and the chef came to apologize, showing a courteous and understanding attitude. However, when she expressed her disappointment to the waitress, her attitude was unacceptable: she seemed to imply that she had put the nail on the plate herself, an unfair and deeply offensive accusation. At the end of the meal, we were offered the dish and a dessert, an appreciated gesture, but which did not erase the bitterness for what had happened and for the treatment received. I hope that the restaurant will work to improve the quality of control in the kitchen and better train staff on how to deal with delicate situations, to ensure a respectful and safe experience for customers.

05/11/2024: Non si può fare una cucina accurata servendo un menù fisso a più di 200 persone. L’esperienza è stata pessima perché il pranzo è durato 4 ore in mezzo ad un rumore assordante per il numero dei commensali. Il cibo passa in secondo piano quando si vive una situazione di malessere e bisogna alzare la voce per farsi udire dagli altri commensali. Giornata di sole ma all’esterno le sedie e i tavoli erano sporchi da fare schifo. Prezzo di 210 Euro per due adulti e due bambini di 13 e 10 anni con vino della casa.

27/03/2025: They have probably the best gelato I've ever had. Maybe the best in Italy! I had the pistachio with pistachio crushed nuts, to die for. And I had the Caramelo with nuts and it was even better than the other!!! The owner does something different than all the others. Her flavors just pop out, so rich, and creamy. I've already gone twice and I'm going back again before I leave Florence, Italy!!! You have to try this place!!
