02/06/2026: We had dinner at this restaurant the night before the last stage of the Camino dei Borghi Silenti. The restaurant is simple, spacious, with a beautiful grill overlooking the outside. There were two of us, we arrived at 8:00 PM and started eating at 10:30 PM. We were the last to be served, even after other tables arrived after us (who also had a very long wait). The organization was lacking, there was little staff for the number of pilgrims stopping to eat, and the waiter was unbearable. The food was good, but with service like that, everything else was overlooked. The only positive note was the poor grill man who cooked for 150 people without stopping for a moment—a hero! They still make money, so they don't care, but if you do the Camino and get to Baschi, consider other dining options because talking to the locals has said it's always like this.

01/06/2026: Extremely noisy inside. Long wait times. Recent management change has increased seating but the staff and waiters are extremely limited. The wait becomes exhausting, and the hunger, along with the desire to return, fades inexorably... the sad looks of the diners and the other tables conclude the evening. After a two-hour wait for a basket of bread, water, and an appetizer, we get up and leave. We'll eat at home...

29/05/2026: Beautiful location, ample parking, a wide variety of menu options, including beers, pizzas, sandwiches, pinsas, and gourmet paninis, all delicious. Indoor and outdoor seating available, friendly and fast staff, very clean restrooms. Reservations are recommended close to the weekend.

31/12/2025: The service area is well-stocked, with charging stations and spotlessly clean bathrooms despite the high traffic. The staff is very friendly and witty. The food is typical of a service area, neither good nor bad, and with the usual exorbitant prices.

26/04/2026: On this beautiful, sunny Sunday, my wife and I found this place very welcoming and the staff were so friendly, we felt like we were part of the family and had known each other for a long time. We came from Terni to visit this beautiful town and found it to be excellent value. The tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms were excellent, as were the tortellini alla norcina, and we finished with wild boar with juniper berries, tiramisu, and two delicious morette. What struck us most was the love and attention they show for the animals, which they enjoy. I admire these people with deep gratitude, and I hope to visit you very soon. Riccardo Gili and family.

17/11/2025: We love this bar/restaurant. It is ‘alive’ and friendly. A great antmosphere. All the staff welcome you like friends and make you feel ‘at home’. They take a pride in everything they serve. Even a cappuccino is made perfectly to your liking and served with love. We ordered a Gnocchi Di Zucca last week and it was absolutely delicious. A feast for the senses.

21/04/2026: We were there for aperitivi and drinks. They always serve food with quality ingredients and delicious flavors. We ordered a plate of grilled mixed vegetable and a panzanella ti ho with the drinks. Reasonably priced.

10/05/2026: I've never seen such rude and unprofessional management. After ordering and eating several times throughout the evening, after our third order, we were treated rudely and practically told to wolf down our food in 30 minutes because they were closing. No one expects us to stay past our usual hours, but good manners are a must: if you can't handle customers after service ends, stop taking orders instead of making people feel like they're being overcharged while they're still eating. The meal was ruined by an arrogant, pushy, and rude attitude. We left feeling like we'd only been tolerated as long as it was convenient to cash in.

08/04/2026: Good food, but a less than transparent attitude toward customers. At the end of the meal, we were offered their rice ice cream: even though it was clear we were already full, we were served a very large portion, without informing us of the existence of a smaller (and cheaper) version. Only when we got the bill did we discover that this was the most expensive portion. This behavior did not appreciate.

08/01/2026: My husband and I stayed for New Year's Eve and left on January 2nd. We both stayed and dined at the Locanda, and it was a wonderful experience! Everyone was very kind, and the dinner was superb! Breakfast was meticulously prepared, with a different dessert made every day by the owner of the Locanda! Highly recommended! We'll be back soon! 03/05/2026: We visited on Saturday evening with friends. As soon as we entered, we were greeted with great kindness by the wait staff. The atmosphere was pleasant and clean, with background music that was never intrusive. The chef was equally kind and helpful, always ready to accommodate the various needs of his guests. How did we eat? Very, very good. Although they specialize in seafood, we opted for typical local dishes. Everything exceeded our expectations. Well done!

19/11/2025: A historic pizzeria, among the longest-running in Perugia. A welcoming, yet not overly modern, 1990s-style restaurant with friendly, helpful, and welcoming staff. Excellent customer service. Plenty of space in the two rooms on the basement level: be careful if you have mobility issues, as there are stairs to climb. Thin and crispy pizza, well-cooked and well-seasoned. The fried appetizers are well-executed, and the crostini are delicious. Good selection of wine and beer. Plenty of parking outside, even though the area is very busy and there are many cars. Conclusion: the years pass, but Aix remains a reliable place! Well done.
