12/01/2026: We ate in the Ristorante with our HD chapter . So it was a fixed menu , the food was delicious, and the waitress was also beautiful . The restaurant is located in an old farm Umbtian farm house and the atmosphere of the place is absolutely fascinating. We enjoyed our visit and will return to the restaurant to sample more of their cuisine.

26/11/2025: We visited this grill restaurant with friends from work. I can say it's a lovely, homey place. Reservations are essential, as there aren't many seats. The owner is very friendly and professional. We started our meal with a wide selection of homemade appetizers. The meat was very tasty, grilled lamb, bombette, turcinieddi, braciole, and meatballs. The price was reasonable. I highly recommend it.

02/11/2025: CRAZY! In Fasano for a weekend, list of grill restaurants to book, first phone call no one answered, second phone call Angelo answered: "Are you ready?" Communication was simple, homey, and welcoming. Once we sat down at the table, we just listened to Angelo telling us: "Here you'll just eat, you'll eat things you've never eaten before!" As a native of Puglia, I have to tell you that I've truly never eaten so well, authentic and unique flavors, meat that truly melted in your mouth. We ate so much. Digestion was incredibly easy, the quality was truly excellent! Super price! For the quality, I think it's low! I'll return and recommend it!! If you're looking, book now and you'll experience a CRAZY culinary journey!

03/02/2026: This restaurant is next to the cathedral, slightly hidden at the back of the square. The two of us had carbonara, umbrichelli, and a truffle tagliata with sautéed mushrooms, as well as two desserts and coffee: everything was excellent and the portions generous. The presentation was also beautiful. The waiter was very friendly. €40 per person, with a small discount as a pleasant surprise. A very fair price for such high quality!

12/11/2025: I stumbled upon it by chance. As soon as I entered, I was immediately struck by the owner's kindness. I ate incredibly tender meat, red wine, and a mouth-watering zuppa inglese.

11/02/2026: Good, authentic food: you can taste the quality of the ingredients and the care taken in preparing the dishes. The tagliata steak is excellent, tender and flavorful, and the first courses are equally delicious, well-prepared and rich in flavor. All accompanied by a good house white wine, the perfect complement to the meal. The service is quick, efficient, and always friendly. A place where you eat well and feel welcomed. I'll definitely be back!

10/02/2026: The restaurant appears rather dated and hasn't undergone any recent renovations. The tables are very close together, making the atmosphere chaotic and uncomfortable, especially during busy periods. You can choose between an à la carte menu and an all-you-can-eat option. The owner seems very committed to managing the restaurant, but the main problem is the service. The wait staff has serious difficulties with the Italian language, making ordering difficult: they don't use tablets, and despite their efforts, they often aren't understood. Furthermore, the staff appears poorly trained: they serve dishes by directly touching the food, leaving visible fingerprints on the plate, which is decidedly unhygienic and unpleasant. Regarding the cuisine, unfortunately, the dishes weren't to my liking. The quality is average to poor, especially considering that you can find much better restaurants for the same price. The presentation of the dishes also leaves something to be desired, an aspect that is just as important to me as the flavor. Another negative aspect was the overall organization: we asked for chopsticks several times, and they arrived practically at the end of the meal, a sign of confusion and inattention in the dining room, with waiters seemingly running around without any real coordination. We arrived at 8:15 PM and left at 11:40 PM For two people, about 10 dishes were eaten. In conclusion, from my point of view, it was a bad experience, and I wouldn't return.

11/11/2025: Just as they originally made the best pastry shop in Perugia, they've returned (after a few mediocre years) to making a quality pastry shop, quite different from other cafes. The coffee is also good.
