06/04/2025: Sapori was the most delicious meal I’ve had in Italy thus far!! Their menu is extensive and diligently marked with allergens, making it the ideal place for a vegan meal! The staff was so kind and accommodating, offering excellent service and creating a warm and inviting environment to share a meal with people you love, accompanied by soothing Italian music and warm lighting. The house red wine was delicious, the vegan truffle pasta was so fresh and melted in our mouths! The pizza was cooked to perfection, with a fluffy crust and a perfectly seasoned marina sauce, the lentil bean soup was to die for. 5 stars all around! The husband and wife duo who run the restaurant clearly know what they are doing and care about making sure you have a wonderful meal with them! Thank you very much from 2 Chicago foodies!

25/03/2025: Thanks to the lady who convinced us to come in and served us. Great atmosphere and service. I enjoyed a mixed platter of cheeses and Norcini cured meats and crescia, a legume soup without cicerchia and a portion of parmigiana.

23/03/2025: Nice place but the costs are not indicated (they did not bring any menu) and above all you are not informed of the price of the extras (two half slices of bread per person with oil on top cost 13 euros) Definitely expensive for a simple tasting.

19/03/2025: We used to come here often because the food is excellent as well as the value for money But unfortunately today at lunch we noticed an employee who was treating a boy badly who had made a mistake, in the middle of the room. Then I had asked for a sandwich with only salad and ketchup, after all remove EVERYTHING, the sandwich arrived with salad, ketchup and cheddar, when I went to point it out to her instead of apologizing, she started attacking me and making a mess because it was my fault that I hadn't told her, when in fact, I repeat, I had asked her to remove everything except salad and ketchup, all this in front of other customers As I promised her, and I intend to keep my promise, I will not come here again I saw that there will be a new opening soon, I hope they will choose friendlier staff at least I can go back there, also because it is closer for me, since I used to drive half an hour, just to have lunch break at their place

22/03/2025: Sono stato diverse volte in questo mese a condividere con degli amici gli aperitivi, koctail e qualche volta colazione e posso dire che oltre ad essere eccellente il servizio quanto più eccellente è il personale sia , il due ragazzi camerieri che erano fuori ,molto professionali e cortesi che le ragazze che erano all’interno del bar. Ci siamo trovati abbastanza bene e ci ritorneremo perché siamo stati trattati molto bene.

19/11/2024: Good but not great, a nice farmhouse near San Gemini. Upon arrival it was packed but despite everything we were quickly served. A house starter that's a bit disjointed and without that touch you expect from similar places, in short, all too commercial. The wild boar first courses and the Sangiminese specialty were normal but my truffle tagliatelle really left me speechless. Pasta bordering on being overcooked with too much cooking water soup which didn't allow it to bind properly with the truffle sauce that was made and remained on its own on the plate, in short I ate plain pasta. I count in the norm.

17/03/2025: As a food lover I found the dishes cooked hastily and some with too many ingredients mixed together. I had some pappardelle with wild boar ragù, the pasta was good, but the ragù was watery and with the acidic tomato, I don't think it was boiled enough. For dishes with truffles it's ok since we're not in season, but it was the one from the jars and not of too much quality. Unfortunately the coffee was terrible, comparable to that of automatic machines. I'm sorry because years ago the food was much better and at lower prices

17/01/2025: Dear tourists, I sincerely recommend this welcoming trattoria, a platter of quality cold cuts, delicious and delicious strangozzi with mushrooms and truffles, the unique Umbrian panzanella... Tozzetti made by them, super good; a worthy mention for the girls at the service who are delicate and kind, like Andrea. We had a very good dinner both on December 31st and on another evening because although Assisi offers a lot, the food on offer here is really good, genuine and honest. It's nice that such a young team is well organized and motivated. It deserves everything, the food, the place and the detail of the little things, from the plates on which they serve their food to the lanterns that with lit candles accompany you along the beautiful and evocative street! Congratulations to all the staff and you deserve so much success 🙂 Highly recommended 🙂🙂

27/12/2024: Very slow service, languid fries, unhelpful waiter. Endless wait, I ordered a crepes at 11pm which arrived at 12.30am with the place half empty. Happy holidays not to be spent here.

02/12/2024: Ottimo. Ambiente cordiale, servizio semplice ed efficiente ma soprattutto adeguato al luogo. Piatti gustosi e serviti in tempi adeguati. Ti aspetti qualcosa di semplice e ti trovi un qualcosa di semplice ma perfettamente eseguito. Sicuramente torneremo per passare un' altra piacevole serata. Siamo stati accolti in maniera calda e siamo usciti con il sorriso (e con la pancia piena☺️).

L'equilibrio presente in ogni pietanza crea un'armonia eccezionale; è sempre un'esperienza memorabile.
