Charging 40 cents for a short glass of water (Shortino) for a coffee is unacceptable. A coffee and a drop of water total €1.70 at the counter, definitely excessive.

10/09/2025: Luca is truly exceptional!! I've never tasted such good gelato. It's also worth noting that everything is lactose- and gluten-free. And I can only add that in every bite of gelato you can taste the heart, the search for the best products, and the passion that goes into making it. It's thanks to people like Luca that we can enjoy such excellence.

08/12/2025: We had lunch at this farmhouse before returning to Rome, very close to the center of Montefalco, excellent food, the strangozzi with truffles were exceptional as were the scallops with Sagrantino, and the Montefalco wine, everything was excellent!
10/10/2025: I went there for dinner.
The truffle strangozzi was mediocre and the portion ridiculous.
Eggplant parmigiana was both shameful and ridiculous.
The house wine was good.
The service was neither good nor bad.
By far the worst place I ate in Umbria.

11/03/2026: Every time I enter Bar Pazzaglia in Terni, it's like finding a pleasant surprise. I almost always order an Americano, but what really wins me over are the tramezzini: incredibly fresh, delicious, a true delight. Every bite gives me a little thrill, that authentic satisfaction that only things made with care can provide.
And what about the croissants and pastries? Absolutely delicious!
The staff is always kind, attentive, and professional, and that makes all the difference.
I love sitting in the interior dining room, where I find the privacy and tranquility I seek: a little refuge in the heart of the city.
A special place, which I sincerely recommend.

You can enjoy simple and very satisfying express cuisine for lunch.
The staff is friendly and welcoming. It's a café that offers more than just coffee, and when I'm in Tuoro, I only get coffee at Hannibal... there must be a reason!

30/08/2025: I had dinner here last night with my family. What can I say? It was a fantastic evening from start to finish. The atmosphere was welcoming and quaint, set in an ancient cellar with stone walls and antique doors, yet not at all stuffy. We were served by a very kind, friendly, and professional lady, whom I sincerely thank for her hospitality! And now for the food, a 10/10 for the chef! The dishes were sublime: classic appetizers and innovative traditional first courses made with fresh pasta and quality ingredients. The tagliata was so tender and melted in the mouth. The finale was explosive, with delicious, freshly prepared desserts! What more can I say? I hope to return, and well done! A round of applause to all of you!

Thin-crust pizza with excellent ingredients. Excellent service and fair prices.
The only downside is that it's quite noisy when it's busy, but it's clearly a place for company.

26/01/2026: The price and seating are high compared to the amount of food served. I can't give it a high score for the quality of the food and the length of the meal. There are plenty of restaurants in the heart of the city, so you'll want to browse around before making your decision. I was even more hesitant after I sat down when I realized they offered me a table in front of the restrooms, even though there were better tables in the back. I hope this consideration for the enjoyment of a meal is shared with all guests.
25/01/2026: They welcomed us graciously when others were already closed or full, in the pouring rain. We ate excellent, delicious and original food. The noise-absorbing panels hung from the ceiling by the chef-engineer were much appreciated! The paintings on the walls are also his: a man of many talents!
His wife is in the dining room and is happy to tell you about their major life change. Nice wine list. Fair prices for a place and food that are worth a visit!
