I've been going there often for several years now. With the arrival of warm weather, it's a must-visit for gelato in the afternoon or after dinner. The gelato is top-notch, superb—the best in Terni for me! With outdoor tables in the little square in front of the public park, it's my go-to place for breakfast al fresco from June to September, and on Saturdays and Sundays when I'm not working. There's not much traffic because it's right in front of the ZTL (limited traffic zone) entrance. The croissants are excellent, but you have to get there early because they usually don't have a lot. I'd suggest increasing the selection and quantity a bit, especially on weekends. The girls and the lady who work there are always very courteous and kind. I recommend it.
