Food was expensive but good. Nice overall but: no physical menus in the restaurant which is like a basement is not a good move - you need to order online via a QR code, and the website doesn’t load because there’s no reception inside. Waiting time of an hour for food, when there was just one other table in the restaurant. Each roll came within like 15-20 minutes of each other which made us wait a very long time until everyone had their meal. Service okay, doesn’t speak English and is overall slow for the service tip of 3 euro pp that is mandatory. Great options for gluten free people. Wouldn’t go again however.

Sushi and all the fish varieties were rich, lots of choices, also unusual selection for the gurmee lovers, friendly staff, good choice of bubbles and wines

5 stars!! I've tried several sushi à la carte, and I prefer to eat well rather than too much. This one, in terms of flavor and size of each piece, is absolutely the best. Totoro and Dream are mind-blowing!! 😍 Impeccable service and a very welcoming atmosphere! The price is fair for the quality. The only downside? It's too far from where I live, so I can only come when I'm on a day trip. Otherwise, I'd come much more often 🤣

Every time I eat at Deba, I automatically feel happy. The best à la carte sushi in Perugia and excellent value for money. I also recommend trusting the chef and taking a tasting menu—you'll be amazed. The staff is truly friendly and helpful; they make you feel welcome and look after you throughout the dinner. The quality of the fish is indescribable, and pairing flavors like that is something only they know how to do. After trying Deba, you'll never set foot in any other mid-to-low-end sushi restaurant again. Don't be put off by the à la carte option; you can still spend less than €50 and still be full. It's like going to Ayce twice, but it's worth it, every penny.

It's not an all-you-can-eat, so if you want to eat, you shouldn't expect to leave feeling full for little money, but the prices still seem a bit high, at least that's my impression from what I tried. I can't comment on the quality of the ingredients; they seemed good, but the overall flavors weren't great. I felt like the mix of ingredients on some rolls, especially the more expensive ones, didn't quite work, and therefore didn't justify the high price. From an à la carte sushi place, I definitely expected more. The service was excellent and the place very nice, but I don't know if I'd go back.

A gem in the center of Perugia! A welcoming place where, from the moment you sit down, a unique culinary experience begins. The menu is fabulous, highly refined, high-quality, and anything but ordinary, paired with a wonderful wine list and excellent service! A must!

Excellent sushi, whether eaten in-store or delivered to your home. The quality of the raw fish is excellent, and the refined flavors and ingredients, both raw and cooked, are unparalleled. Delivery is on time. No longer a problem when choosing sushi for dinner or lunch.
