The home delivery service is impeccable: punctual, precise, and the food arrives in perfect condition, with attention to every detail, just as if we were sitting at a restaurant table. ​The quality of the sushi is simply extraordinary: ​Fresh fish, expertly cut. ​Original and divinely balanced flavor combinations. ​Rice at the perfect temperature, which doesn't fall apart and enhances every piece. ​A special mention goes to Luca: his customer service, kindness, and professionalism truly make the difference in a city like Perugia. Average sushi, the special combinations didn't convince me because the flavors covered the fish, medium-high prices, service a bit slow

Food was expensive but good. Nice overall but: no physical menus in the restaurant which is like a basement is not a good move - you need to order online via a QR code, and the website doesn’t load because there’s no reception inside. Waiting time of an hour for food, when there was just one other table in the restaurant. Each roll came within like 15-20 minutes of each other which made us wait a very long time until everyone had their meal. Service okay, doesn’t speak English and is overall slow for the service tip of 3 euro pp that is mandatory. Great options for gluten free people. Wouldn’t go again however.

Sushi and all the fish varieties were rich, lots of choices, also unusual selection for the gurmee lovers, friendly staff, good choice of bubbles and wines

5 stars!! I've tried several sushi à la carte, and I prefer to eat well rather than too much. This one, in terms of flavor and size of each piece, is absolutely the best. Totoro and Dream are mind-blowing!! 😍 Impeccable service and a very welcoming atmosphere! The price is fair for the quality. The only downside? It's too far from where I live, so I can only come when I'm on a day trip. Otherwise, I'd come much more often 🤣

Every time I eat at Deba, I automatically feel happy. The best à la carte sushi in Perugia and excellent value for money. I also recommend trusting the chef and taking a tasting menu—you'll be amazed. The staff is truly friendly and helpful; they make you feel welcome and look after you throughout the dinner. The quality of the fish is indescribable, and pairing flavors like that is something only they know how to do. After trying Deba, you'll never set foot in any other mid-to-low-end sushi restaurant again. Don't be put off by the à la carte option; you can still spend less than €50 and still be full. It's like going to Ayce twice, but it's worth it, every penny.
