Nice place, very friendly staff, but prices are definitely too high: 1 cappuccino + 1 croissant for €4 is way too much. Autogrill prices, too high for the area.

A whole new world opens up for me here....I've been frequenting this café since around 2014 when I'm in Santa Maria....I was immediately struck by it, and I wasn't wrong....any review wouldn't deserve the right word....it's a place where friendliness...authenticity...and why not, even lightheartedness reign supreme...I don't recommend it, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND...THE BEST ❤️
Jacopo and his guys deserve an A+...my heart is there ❤️

Very nice atmosphere right next to the Basilica of Santa Maria degli Angeli, I found a wide choice of sweet and savoury for breakfast, I was served immediately despite the large crowd, they were very kind, I recommend

A truly delightful bar in the heart of Santa Maria degli Angeli. In the summer, it's a pleasure to sit at the outdoor tables, while in the winter, the cozy and well-kept indoor dining room is perfect for a quiet tea or a relaxing aperitif. The atmosphere is always pleasant and well-maintained.
The real highlight, however, is the staff: 10 out of 10, friendly, helpful, and always smiling, making you feel at ease from the moment you arrive. An ideal place for a quick break or to spend time with friends. Highly recommended!
You can bring your pets; they even have water bowls.

Centrally located, this welcoming restaurant boasts very friendly staff. A wide selection of sweet and savory dishes is perfect for a quick lunch. It's also a great place for an aperitif, either inside or outside, accompanied by generous platters of cured meats and appetizers. Highly recommended.

Caffè Retro is undoubtedly the best café in the area.
Excellent coffee, truly exceptional drinks, and a food selection that never disappoints: amazing torta al testo, always fresh croissants, and a variety to suit every taste.
The staff is attentive, friendly, and makes you feel right at home. A special shout-out to Jacopo and Simona, the owners: fantastic, professional, and with a passion that shines through in every detail.
