25/06/2024: We came to this restaurant following the advice of a person we met by chance, who gave us a high-level experience. Nice and clean environment, not everything to our taste, but these are personal opinions that should not have an impact. Excellent appetizers, although the sardines that are proposed as beccafico style are instead "attuppate" or stuffed sardines in Italian (on this, as a good Sicilian, I can vouch) in any case excellent. Really good stuff, excellent cheeses and excellent focaccia. We also had tripe and cod stew, and here the feedback can't be as positive, I won't say why, but I work in the kitchen and we could do much better. Dessert: ice cream served in a paper ice cream cup. No comment, still good. We only took water and 2 forgettable coffees. We spent €90 for everything!!! Too. Way too much for what we ate. I hope the criticism helps to improve.

09/08/2024: A place we found "on the fly" along the route of our Umbrian-Tuscan itinerary, we ate on a well-ventilated terrace, where we could admire the beautiful landscape, a delicious appetizer, as well as the tagliatelle with truffles and the Pistachiosa pizza... DIVINE! !! Well done ;)

26/08/2024: A very nice place to eat the big head. It's really delicious. You can also find other types of dishes, such as meat, sausages, potato and vegetable side dishes. The service was excellent, everyone was kind and helpful.

01/08/2024: Non sono solita scrivere recensioni ma non posso che non concordare con il resto delle recensioni positive trovate in merito a questo posto. Cibo e accoglienza pessimi. Sono arrivata con una mia amica quando il locale era ancora vuoto e nonostante ciò siamo state spostate dal tavolo (non prenotato) controvoglia. Non siamo state informate dell’esistenza del menù dei pellegrini, ne di quello dei lavoratori. Il cibo ordinato non corrispondeva minimamente alla descrizione fornita sul menù (ho ordinato una polenta con costine e salsiccia ed è arrivato al tavolo un piatto di polenta con sugo e letteralmente 3 pezzetti di carne con annesse ossa).
