24/03/2025: Ci troviamo di tanto in tanto a Gualdo Tadino per un fine settimana fuori porta, e per dormire facciamo tappa fissa qui. Abbiamo prenotato per la prima volta in tre coppie e abbiamo apprezzato molto la posizione della struttura, che si trova in pieno centro. Le camere sono pulite, comode e dotate di tutto l’essenziale. La gentilezza e la disponibilità dello staff sono impeccabili. Inoltre, la colazione è davvero deliziosa. Consigliatissimo per un soggiorno piacevole e rilassante!

14/07/2025: A nice tennis club, a nice clubhouse and a nice atmosphere, nice and very quiet golf course, very nice courses, they could be kept a little better, I found crooked lines and a lack of earth in some parts, the net in my opinion was not the right size even though I played a fit tournament, for the rest, nice changing rooms, nice atmosphere and nice people

02/03/2025: Location veramente bella e accogliente situata tra il verde di un Club esclusivo. Prodotti di alta qualità e personale gentile e competente. Sono stato benissimo e ci tornerò a breve.

16/08/2025: A small but quaint place, with a few tables both indoors and outdoors. We ordered an appetizer to share and three first courses: the quality of the dishes was good, but the taste was unimpressive. Unfortunately, the kitchen was poorly organized: despite arriving and ordering before other tables, our dishes arrived very late. Furthermore, my wife was served first, leaving our daughter without a plate and forcing her to wait even longer. The price was fair (€55 for three, including an appetizer and two bottles of water), but the service could be improved.

03/08/2025: *Cibo buono, servizio da rivedere* Siamo stati in questo ristorante di pesce e, sul piano della cucina, nulla da dire: piatti ben preparati e di buona qualità. Tuttavia, il servizio ha lasciato molto a desiderare. Un foglio nel menù avvisava della carenza di personale, motivo per cui la scelta era limitata: comprensibile, e lo abbiamo accettato senza problemi. Ma poi ci è stato servito un antipasto da condividere… con soli due piatti su quattro, perché "avevano finito i piatti". Ho dovuto usare il piatto di portata, e la cameriera ha commentato: *“Ha fatto benissimo, non ci sono problemi”*. In un locale che propone cene da 50€ a testa, è davvero fuori luogo. Infine, al momento del conto, mia moglie ha chiesto di pagare ma, quando ho detto che volevo farlo io, il cameriere le ha letteralmente strappato il conto di mano per darlo a me. Un gesto poco educato e per nulla professionale. Per concludere, nessun amaro offerto a fine pasto, che sarebbe stato almeno un gesto cortese per compensare l'esperienza. Peccato, perché la cucina merita, ma il servizio rovina tutto.

03/08/2025: *Good food, service needs improvement* We visited this seafood restaurant, and as for the food, there was nothing to complain about: well-prepared, good-quality dishes. However, the service left much to be desired. A note on the menu warned of staff shortages, which limited the selection. It was understandable, and we accepted it without hesitation. But then we were served an appetizer to share... with only two of the four dishes, because "they had run out of plates." I had to use the serving platter, and the waitress commented: *"You did a great job, no problem."* In a restaurant that offers dinners starting at €50 a head, this is truly out of place. Finally, when it came to the bill, my wife asked to pay, but when I said I wanted to pay, the waiter literally snatched the bill from her hand and gave it to me. An impolite and unprofessional gesture. Finally, no bitter liqueur was offered at the end of the meal, which would have been at least a polite gesture to compensate for the experience. It's a shame, because the food is worth it, but the service ruins everything.

31/08/2025: I went for pizza with my family two nights ago. We had a wonderful time. The smell of the wood-fired oven and the warm, welcoming atmosphere pampered us all evening. Not to mention the pizza. Delicious! Since it was so big, we took home the leftovers. It was delicious the next day too.

28/08/2025: Fantastically delicious pizza, and definitely try the tomato and mozzarella as a starter. And all for an affordable price. Highly recommended!

06/08/2025: I went for lunch today, a Tuesday in August, so I wouldn't call it one of those days when it was packed. I ordered two piadina pizzas, one as per the menu and one with extras. I specified several times that one had to be the standard version without the extras. After more than 20 minutes of waiting, I politely asked if there was a problem. They replied annoyed that piadina pizzas take much longer to make than a simple piadina, but to not worry, they were already in the oven anyway. I calmly returned to the table, and after another 20 minutes, they showed up with two piadina pizzas, both with extras. I pointed out that one was standard, and the waiter told me that was what was written on the order. I went back to the girl who took the order, and she told me that the waiter and the chef hadn't understood. I'll leave aside the exchange between the two. They offered to remake it in 5 minutes, but how? First, a 40-minute wait, and now it's ready in 5 minutes??? A mistake can happen, of course, but it's the way and tone with which the staff treated me after waiting 40 minutes for a piadina that was also wrong.

15/05/2025: Io e il mio fidanzato eravamo a Terni per varie commissioni e degli amici ci hanno consigliato questo posto. Esteticamente è bello, ordinato pulito e sopratutto con una bellissima vista. Il cibo è a dir poco favoloso sopratutto la carne che vi farà leccare i baffi. Il personale è ottimo con persone simpatiche e alla mano.

10/05/2025: Everything was very good, from the Florentine-style vegetables to the dessert and an extra point for the friendliness of the chef at the grill! Prices absolutely normal and the quality of the meat excellent! We recommend it!

20/05/2025: Quick lunch with fresh and genuine products from grandma Balè, excellent cold cuts, quality cheeses and even the bread is of excellent quality, the desserts are also very good, friendly courtesy are the setting for a characteristic place where you can take a break from a nice trip, motorbike ride, or even just a substantial snack.

21/08/2025: Every year we visit Monte Cucco, Plan delle Macinare. Beyond the hiking, there's a passion for good food, we go to the Rifugio Mainardi. The food is so good, you savor every dish they bring to the table. Enjoy a walk and a meal ☺️.

19/08/2025: We were there on August 15th, so it was a bit chaotic, and for my taste, being in the mountains, there were too many people. We'll definitely be back when it's quieter. Very good food, friendly staff... maybe the prices are a little above average... but it's manageable. Try it if you want to spend a day in touch with nature 😉
