Along the access road to the center of Norcia. You can purchase typical products and also do tastings. The atmosphere and service are basic, but then again, it's a tasting, not a restaurant, but the staff are friendly and courteous. The cured meats and cheeses are good, as is the monks' beer. The price is perhaps a little above average, but the product is very good.
