14/01/2026: We spent a wonderful New Year's Eve here. The hotel was modern, the rooms were clean, and, considering the low temperatures outside, they were very warm. The breakfast, dinner, and New Year's Eve dinner were truly excellent and special. From the hotel, you can walk to the center of Todi or drive to the nearby beautiful Umbrian villages. We plan to return on our next trip to Umbria.

21/12/2025: A truly positive experience, the staff is very kind and welcoming. The ingredients are top-quality, and all the dishes are homemade—nothing prepackaged. As the owner said, "We don't make restaurant-style dishes, we make home-style dishes," and that's true. The cuisine is delicate and the flavors are balanced. The menu is seasonal/monthly, a sign of constant renewal and updating based on available ingredients. I definitely plan to return!

20/03/2026: We spent one night at the property. Don't be fooled by the road; upon arrival, a paradise opens up, a meticulously maintained property. The staff is delightful, from the welcome staff to the restaurant waitress. Dinner was excellent. In the morning, just like St. Francis, you wake to the sound of birds chirping. It's an oasis of peace. If we return to Umbria, we will definitely stay with you again.

16/11/2025: Today, my family and I had lunch here for the first time. Service was quick, even when the restaurant was full. No tablecloths, just individual placemats with the menu printed on them. The quality of the dishes listed on the placemats and the price listed are good. The problem arises when you're offered (verbally) dishes off the menu. In fact, since we ordered a veal fillet with truffles and a plain one, you expect a good dish and a decent price. Instead, you get a decent amount of meat, but it's a small, thin slice, presumably weighing around 130-150 grams, with a price (as noted at checkout) of €22 for the plain fillet and €25 for the truffle one, which I think is expensive for the modest amount of meat. To the owner: please be kind enough to mention this on the written menu. Customers: Before ordering off-menu dishes, always ask for the price and, if necessary, the weight to avoid any surprises.

21/03/2026: I often go to the restaurant. The grilled meats are excellent, especially the lamb. Quality meat cooked to order at affordable prices. The cuisine is simple, home-style, and therefore very good. The atmosphere is clean, the service is good, and the prices are reasonable. The dining room is spacious, simple, and well-maintained. Even in the winter, it's warm.

05/01/2026: We stopped by by chance and found a lovely atmosphere, kind and friendly staff, authentic dishes (the mixed grill and arrosticini were excellent), and a generous appetizer with local cured meats and cheeses. The price was fair and excellent value. Highly recommended!

08/12/2025: Simply fantastic! Hospitality, cheerfulness, and above all, delicious, high-quality cuisine. We booked while they were directing us to the Marmore Falls. Unfortunately, we were about an hour late, which was a shame for us, but they nevertheless welcomed us with such ease. We began ordering—there was both a fixed menu and an a la carte option. The prices were affordable, the location truly enchanting, and best of all, we could eat without a phone, as there was no signal. Finally, peace of mind. A friend of ours had allergies, so the chef was notified, and she sat down with us to understand my friend's needs and allergies. We ordered delicious supplì, a pumpkin appetizer—all delicious—then the first courses, second courses, and desserts—abundant, balanced dishes, and local cuisine. At the end of our lunch, something strange happened: one of the parents, seeing as there was no signal, called the restaurant, and with such kindness, even if comical, the owner was very kind enough to act as a go-between. It was a wonderful surprise!

16/11/2025: The food wasn't bad at all, in fact, it was all very good, except for the surprise bill. We found a Coke for €7 and another €33 for service charges and two bottles of water! Absurd.

05/03/2026: A wonderful experience, worth repeating. Everything was perfect. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and the friendliness didn't hurt either. The location was lovely, very quiet despite being centrally located. The food was excellent, and the view from the window was beautiful. Parking was available, very convenient and appreciated.

24/01/2026: I went for lunch with a group of 50 people. The waiters and the owner were very kind. They gave us seconds when we asked, even though we had the fixed price. The appetizers, fried food, and the first course were delicious, all plentiful. 😀

24/11/2025: I celebrated my 60th birthday here just yesterday and was very satisfied, as were all my relatives who came from outside Spoleto. The service was excellent, prompt and friendly, and the food was excellent, despite the fact that the group had several health issues and therefore required special attention and precautions.
