The real added value, however, is the welcome. The owner, Ivan, is a wonderful person, capable of making you feel immediately at home with his kindness and helpfulness. 22/02/2026: I went to this restaurant for lunch with friends on a Sunday. The place is quite small but welcoming. We arrived around 1:40 PM and waited about 30 minutes for our order, as only one of the three staff members was responsible for taking orders. Unfortunately, while we were ordering, some of the dishes listed on the menu weren't available: the coratella, the truffle, the pasta with wild boar sauce, and the tortelloni with gorgonzola and chicory. So we had to order the available dishes, our second or third favorites. While we were waiting for our first course, which arrived about an hour after ordering, the waiter came over and told us that two of the first courses we'd ordered were no longer available because they'd just sold out. So, since the first courses were almost completely gone, we opted for the tagliatelle with asparagus and guanciale sauce. Some rather disappointing appetizers: still-frozen zucchini flowers, very salty fries, good tripe, a platter of very good cured meats, and very salty chicory. The first courses (very generous portions) were salty and undercooked; the "carbonara sbagliato" in particular was almost raw. The mutton was very good, but also too salty. Since the second course arrived around 4:00 PM, after a few bites, we opted to have it wrapped up along with the rest of the partially consumed dishes. Despite our high expectations for home-style local cuisine, it was a disappointing lunch, both for the long wait and the quality of the food. The wait staff, however, was very friendly. As for the bill, it was in line with average local prices.

21/02/2026: Without a doubt the best trattoria in the Terni area. A rustic atmosphere, extremely friendly staff, and intensely flavorful cuisine. Generous appetizers, homemade first courses, and second courses to die for. The top-quality desserts are especially noteworthy. Definitely worth a try...and a return visit!

The location was lovely, very quiet despite being centrally located. The food was excellent, and the view from the window was beautiful. Parking was available, very convenient and appreciated.

16/12/2025: We returned to this inn in the center of Marsciano after a year, but the verdict remains the same: EXCEPTIONAL!! A true gluten-free paradise (my partner is celiac) with almost the entire menu available and truly delicious dishes in combinations and flavors! The Pecorino Marshmallows are noteworthy, the focaccias are delicious, and the first courses are top-notch! The cacio e pepe umbricelli with truffle are amazing! All "topped off" by the owner's "crazy" friendliness and the impeccable service of the other girls! Prices are well in line with the quality offered! Too bad I live 120 km away, otherwise I would go there much more often!!! Congratulations to Flavia and all her staff!
