28/11/2025: We stopped on Sunday 23 November for lunch with friends, there were 4 of us, we ate divinely, everything was good, the owner was very kind with an excellent culinary culture, to whom I thank for the information given, we spent the right amount and we will definitely come back to find, Thanks next time.

23/11/2025: A small restaurant with only a few dishes. They kept running water in the bathroom. I tried the menu: burrata with truffle and lasagna with sausage and truffle. The burrata was covered in an olive pâté with a very faint hint of truffle... oh well, I thought, I must have misunderstood. However, when they brought me the first course (lasagna with sausage and truffle), I realized: this "lasagna with sauce" had the same pâté on top! I asked the waitress for an explanation, and the owner, who arrived after service had started, butted in, telling me I didn't know how to eat and that he'd been offended by my mention of the olive pâté (which was also too bitter). He literally kicked me out without even accepting payment for the appetizer I'd ordered. I was incredulous; now I have proof that "nightmare kitchens" are true!

28/07/2025: Non credendo alle recensioni che dicevano che il gestore era particolarmente maleducato e non faceva sedere famiglie con bambini, abbiamo provato ad andare comunque. Confermiamo che, nonostante ci fossero più tavoli liberi non ci ha fatti sedere accampando la scusa indicando i 3 tavoli vuoti "ci sono 3 persone che stanno parcheggiando". Fuori dal locale pieno di parcheggi liberi e nessuno è entrato nel locale nei 10 minuti successivi. Oltre che maleducato è anche mentoniera e non ha nemmeno il coraggio delle sue azioni, potrebbe scrivere "i bambini non sono ammessi".

05/06/2025: Siamo stati in questo locale e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. Il ristorante è piccolino e non prende prenotazioni ma la domenica ci ha detto il proprietario che è abbastanza tranquillo ed apre alle 19 quindi se si arriva presto il posto c'è. Abbiamo preso solo la carbonara e devo dire che non l'ho mai mangiata così buona. Non abbiamo provato altro ma devo dire che ci tornerei volentieri anche per assaggiare altri piatti. Consigliato.

23/08/2025: Centrally located bar/restaurant with a spacious terrace and good cocktails. The two biggest drawbacks are the heavy mosquito population and the 200ml Coke bottle (not even a taste). Friendly staff.

26/10/2025: The pizza wasn't good. The crust was hard and too oily, and also tasteless; the mozzarella was nonexistent: four little balls thrown in like that, meaninglessly. And two slices of prosciutto on top that tasted like rubber. It looked like a frozen pizza.

03/10/2025: At first, I admit, the exterior isn't inviting: the place doesn't immediately impress and risks putting off casual passers-by. But it's definitely worth taking a step further and looking beyond that first impression, because behind it lies a little treasure. Flavorful dishes, friendly service, and fair prices.

19/09/2025: First of all the food is VERY delicious. But I like these little Indian restaurants because usually the pricing and the portions are aligned. Well what you see on the photo was 20euro, one naan is 2,5 euro which is crazy I think comparing to other Indian restaurants, and also the very very small portion chicken and rice was ridiculous. But to be honest it was really delicious so for food is 5 stars, but the rest... Even the man was not that nice after we asked for more naan, because for real... 5 euros for two peaces? Can't be real. We paid and left hungry.

03/05/2025: We wanted a simple agriturismo with authentic Umbrian food, without too many pretensions. Parking and location were fine, the veranda was spartan but adequate for the type of place, and the girls at the tables were very friendly. Then we were told the gnocchi and tagliatelle were homemade, and we were served two plates of clearly "industrial" pasta topped with a sticky white ragù. With two courses each (appetizer/first course) and three side dishes, the price for 4 people was €35 per person, without dessert. Disappointing. I'm giving it two stars only because the artichoke salad was good.

25/04/2025: Il locale è davvero carino ed il personale estremamente cortese e disponibile. I piatti davvero buoni! Abbiamo preso come antipasto la polenta con il ragù di cinghiale, come primi cappelletti in brodo (davvero buoni e soprattutto perfetti per il freddo che c’era, almeno mi hanno piacevolmente riscaldata) e gnocchi di patate con il castrato. Per concludere in bellezza tortino caldo al cuore di cioccolato, una vera goduria! Assolutamente consigliato

16/02/2025: Consigliato. Sono andato a cena per due sere di fila. La prima mangiato delle ottime ricette consigliate fuori menù, la seconda mangiato ricette dal menù. Tutto estremamente buono e con porzioni giuste (non mi sono alzato con fame). Personale molto cortese, professionale e disponibile

12/10/2025: We had lunch at this restaurant on a Sunday when Spello was packed with people attending a wine event. We entered and found no staff to welcome us. We entered the restaurant and waited a bit for someone to welcome us (the tables inside were occupied by only a small group; the rest of the place was empty). We attempted to access the terrace, but were blocked by the only restaurant staff member we could see. When we asked to eat outside, he told us it was all booked and invited us inside—a shame, because from what we could see, the terrace didn't appear to be full. Furthermore, as he seated us, he warned us that there would be a long wait for our food because they were having problems in the kitchen (we had the impression that he was asking us to leave, a fact confirmed by observing how other people who wanted to sit down to eat were treated). Once seated, we waited a quarter of an hour to place our reservations, and as instructed, we waited quite a while for our appetizer, wine, and cutlery, which we had to ask for. We didn't have to wait for the first course because it arrived while we were still eating our appetizer. The positive aspect of all this was the quality of the food: everything was very good, except for the pumpkin cream in the first course, which was cold compared to the rest of the dish, which failed to retain its heat. While we waited for our dishes, we stopped to admire the restaurant: very charming and historic. The terrace, which we were able to admire at the end of the meal (which we later discovered had many free tables, as was the rest of the restaurant), was very beautiful and had a remarkable view, but it was a shame we couldn't enjoy our lunch there. Continuing our observation, we noticed that the chair at the table next to us was very dirty with dried coffee splatters. We couldn't have coffee at the end of the meal because the machine had broken. Added to all this are the prices which are not exactly cheap, on the contrary.

28/05/2025: Pranzo al volo nella bella piazza di Gubbio, bel localino alla mano pieno in quel momento ma servizio veloce e staff gentile.. Fantastica la crescia!!!

25/04/2025: Abbiamo cenato in questa Trattoria in una serata particolarmente affollata, ovvero durante la processione del Venerdì Santo. Le ragazze che ci hanno accolto sembravano un pò smarrite nella gestione dei tavoli e delle prenotazioni, ma la prima impressione è stata poi smentita dalla loro simpatia e cordialità. I tempi di attesa sono stati meno lunghi di come me li prospettavo, data l'affluenza. Ma soprattutto il cibo è davvero ottimo, persino il pesce (inaspettatamente per una tipica trattoria umbra). 16/08/2025: I ordered pizzas by phone so I could pick them up at 8:45 PM. As soon as I entered, I heard people shouting and insulting each other incessantly in the kitchen, and rude waiters saying they "don't give a shit if there are people here." Although the pizza is good, it's unacceptable to witness such scenes when there are customers inside the restaurant.

10/08/2025: I'm always very sorry to have to leave negative reviews, but I can't help but do so. This Saturday evening I had dinner at La Posta restaurant, a truly terrible experience on every level! I could have forgiven and understood the biblical wait times, the frozen and substandard products, but what I couldn't understand was the arrogance of the waitresses, whom I always treated courteously and respectfully. Catering is the art of knowing how to welcome and respect the customer who, at that moment, puts their trust and money in that business. Highly discouraged.
