22/03/2026: I arrived and paid at the counter. The cashier's friends had been coming for at least 15 minutes and they'd walk right past me. She pretended I didn't exist. I got my money back from the receipt. The cashier was a little mortified, but not that much. You deserve to be closed because you don't know how a business works.

20/03/2026: Stefano has always been a guarantee of efficiency and professionalism. I just had lunch here and had an excellent coffee. Forgive him, very kind! The oil is good for dressing the salad... My dear Stefano! Strong and capable!

24/05/2026: Terrible experience: poor food and embarrassing service An evening to forget. We ordered a charcuterie and cheese platter and two cuts of meat. The platter looked poorly, but the real problem was the smell: the prosciutto was clearly rancid. After asking for a replacement, the plate was returned with the prosciutto removed, without any additions to compensate. To make matters worse, the waiter told us, in his own words: "They tasted it in the kitchen, and it was good." As for the meat, it was visibly frozen and thrown directly onto the grill: extremely dark, tough, and literally inedible. The final paradox? When it came to the bill, we paid the full amount, without the slightest discount or attention to the customer. We're not expecting a cheap dinner, but we're expecting politeness and quality. Highly not recommended.

16/05/2026: Beautiful antique place with excellent service and delicious food; we were completely alone and were spoiled like king and queen! What an atmosphere; I think you would have an unforgettable evening outside on the beautiful terrace in the summer!

24/05/2026: The pastry shop is excellent when the cream isn't spoiled. Let me explain. My father and I were regular customers because the pastry shop is really good, but at least three times we had to throw away the pastries with the cream because it was sour. When I went, the owner refunded me, saying it happens, but the last time with my father, she was really rude. My father waited until no one was around to hear his complaint so as not to embarrass anyone, but the lady told him not to come back because he wouldn't be served. Absurd, you're out of business for us...as you deserve at this point.

30/03/2026: This morning, since a friend and I were passing through, we stopped for breakfast... a croissant (which can only be called a croissant because of its shape) and a cappuccino. We were there 20 minutes later, and we had to run to the bathroom because of severe stomach pains. I won't say anything else out of modesty... I'm also attaching photos of some cakes on display where the strawberries are clearly black... I understand that Easter is in a few days, but Christ is supposed to be resurrected, not strawberries!!!!

19/03/2026: A beautiful hotel...unfortunately, the lack of maintenance means that the rooms have pieces of crumbling plaster and the bathrooms all need redone...the shower had limescale and mold both on the walls and around the taps and accessories and the smell of sewage when everyone used the bathrooms was horrible...the exterior is beautiful, the daily cleaning is excellent, the breakfast is adequate and the staff is kind...I'm sorry to give it only 3 stars but the rooms need revising.

25/02/2026: Mr. Matteo had already demonstrated his helpfulness even before our overnight stay and went out of his way to resolve a problem that wasn't his. Top-notch customer service. I highly recommend him.

28/05/2026: I went for lunch today with a friend, and our two children had a great time. They brought the kids' dishes right away, compared to where you go to eat sushi these days. The dishes are still plentiful (I hope that doesn't change). I didn't find the salmon smelly like it was advertised, or spoiled; in fact, it was fresh and good. The waitress was nice; if you don't like Andre, you rightly don't go there (not everyone likes sushi).

07/03/2026: Great experience. For aperitif, the owner offered us a delicious truffle-based dish to sample! Amazing, accompanied by a selection of delicious crostini and a platter of cold cuts. Everything was delicious! The price was affordable for everyone. I also thank the owner for the beautiful mini apartment near the center. All in all, an unforgettable stay in Gubbio. 07/12/2025: There's a lot of disorganization, the large turnout is confusing them, and their manners are shaky. What a shame.

22/06/2026: Well, considering the comments, I expected to eat well, but instead I was very disappointed by the poorly maintained and dirty environment, by the tasteless food and also by the prices.

15/05/2026: The meat is delicious!! A rustic restaurant where you can eat and feel good. We'll definitely be back!

10/05/2026: The pizza may be good but the service is non-existent, they don't even look you in the face when you go to pay, they made me not want to go there.

03/05/2026: The property is located in a beautiful medieval village overlooking Lake Trasimeno. The rooms could be aesthetically improved, but they still offer all the comforts. Kudos to the breakfast... amazing!

12/12/2025: The village where it's located is beautiful; especially during the Christmas season, it's intimate and beautifully decorated, with various events for adults and children. The only drawback is the rooms: cold, poorly maintained, and perpetually damp due to insufficient and poorly managed heating (a split unit that helps during the day is turned off from 9 pm to 10 am 😒).

15/05/2026: After the San Brizio chapel tried to eat your soul, you need a place to unclench your jaw. La Taverna dell'Etrusco is that place. No gold leaf. No frescoes of demons grinning at your damnation. Just a quiet taverna room, a cold Poretti 4, and a plate of bufala that doesn't ask anything of you except to shut up and eat. This is the antidote to those Bologna pasta factories, the ones running on fumes and TripAdvisor stickers. Here, nobody's performing. The focus is purely on the plate. Heavy local tradition. Zero shouting. The umbrichelli? Goodness me. It's hand-rolled until it gets that silky al dente thing, the kind of structural integrity that doesn't collapse under a proper sauce. Yeah, fork halfway to your mouth, because your brain just short-circuited trying to figure out how something so simple hits so hard. That's not crudeness. That's reverence, and Signorelli, the guy who painted flayed skin and grinning demons, would absolutely respect a man who swears at good pasta. And the sauce: tangy tomato cut with rich pork fat. That's Umbria right there. No apologies. The fat emulsifies into the tomato until it's not a topping anymore, it's a substance. A sauce that coats your mouth like a memory you didn't know you had. You sit there, fork halfway to your mouth, and realize: this is why they've been eating like this for centuries. Not for Instagram. Not for Michelin. Because it's right. You walk out into the Orvieto evening, still cloudy, but the rain has stopped, and for the first time all day, you're not blinking like a trauma survivor. You're just full. And quiet. And that's enough.

14/05/2026: We stopped on the Larth trail. The pork shank was delicious and the service excellent. I highly recommend it. The price was very fair, €20 per person, including an appetizer and main course with side dish.

06/06/2026: The drive-thru service in Perigia S. Sisto has been shameful for a while now. Tonight, with only three cars in line, they didn't put my complete order in the bag. A McChicken was missing, and although they apologized later on the phone, I would have spent more on gas than on the lost order. They often leave out sauces. They change the drinks. The orders aren't complete. Shameful.

30/05/2026: Terrible in every way. Tables near the cars waiting for the McDrive, rude and surly staff, endless waits, and inaccurate orders.

07/05/2026: Having worked in this type of business myself, I always try to avoid giving harsh reviews because I know what it's like to run a business and how stressful it can be to work in the restaurant industry. That's precisely why I always tend to be understanding of the employees and overlook them when I'm having a bad day. That said, this time the experience was truly negative. We entered with a polite hello and were practically ignored, with an attitude that almost made it seem like we were there eating. Even during service, the welcome was cold and unprofessional. When it came to the bill, we discovered that one of the menus on the tablet wasn't up to date, so we ended up paying more than expected at the last minute. This is a situation that should be checked beforehand, out of fairness to customers. As for the food, my sandwich had two slices of very thin, flavorless meat, truly disappointing for the price paid. In total, €25 was spent without quality, without attention, and without even a final greeting. I completely understand how tiring this job is, but a minimum of politeness and willingness to work should never be lacking. If you work with the public reluctantly, unfortunately, the client will notice immediately.

04/04/2026: The place was not very pleasant. there was a lot of noise. The washroom was very dirty and unacceptable. Although the food was average.
