18/01/2026: The pizza was very soft and burnt, it didn't rise at all, there wasn't a single thing that was right and I even felt sick.

17/07/2026: I went for a coffee. The barista was rude and listless. I politely offered a coffee and a glass of water, which she poured rudely and with an annoyed expression. While filling the glass, she overflowed the water without apologizing or even cleaning it.

23/06/2026: 1 star because ZERO is impossible. Both the staff and the products are terrible. Need some advice? Check the expiration dates on the products 😅 Never again.

10/05/2026: I stopped by for a quick breakfast and ordered two cream-filled croissants (one to eat in with a coffee and one to go). Always good so far, this croissant must have been from another supplier, because the cream was inedible; it truly had a very chemical-like flavor and color. I then politely asked the cashier if I could at least replace the take-out croissant (still untouched) with another flavor. She, in an extremely rude tone and complaining in front of me to her colleague, replied, "If you don't like cream, don't order it next time." Thanks for the advice, Mom, but since I'm not 4, I'd say I know the flavor I like best, so, as I told her, that wasn't the problem, but her inedible croissant. To top it all off, at the cashier, she was about to charge me for the third croissant, which I obviously refused to buy. Fantastic!

06/06/2026: Coffee for €1.70, a bathroom forgotten by the gods as well as the owners, and service that feels like you're not paying for.

06/04/2026: I always enjoy stopping at this bar, which offers both indoor and outdoor seating. The staff are friendly and courteous, and the prices are reasonable. I had lunch, including drinks, with a pizza al testo for just €10. Highly recommended!

03/03/2026: I went to this place for breakfast for a week, and the croissants were excellent. I'm sorry to find it so awful. But the service is very slow, and one in particular doesn't serve guests even though there are waiting! It's a shame because the kindness that's missing and better service would be enough.

16/02/2026: Embarrassing service. With the place empty, the blonde lady at the counter forced us to serve ourselves. Without a tray, we brought coffee, water, and desserts to the table, under her annoyed gaze. Such behavior, without a shred of help or courtesy, is shameful. I've never seen such rudeness.

24/02/2026: I stopped by this evening to get some yogurt. The place is very cute and the yogurt is really tasty. There are lots of topping options, and the girl was super kind and polite. I highly recommend it.

21/03/2026: Terrible hotel. My boyfriend and some of his coworkers had blisters in his bed. There were two sick dogs left on the floor at the entrance, which was disgusting. They didn't clean it, the smell was unbearable.

22/09/2025: On vacation with our 6-month-old daughter, we stumbled upon the Loggetta after reading the menu, which included vegan options. We were amazed by the kindness and courtesy, the quality of the products, and the beautiful location. We kept coming back for every other day of our vacation. Every dish was beautifully presented and delicious. There was also a wide selection of vegan options, from appetizers to dessert. Everything was perfect and absolutely fantastic.

27/08/2025: We were deeply disappointed with our experience at this restaurant, especially considering I had already indicated that I was vegan when booking. • Appetizer: the menu listed smoked tofu, but we were served regular tofu, without any prior explanation. Upon our observation, we were simply told that "smoked tofu is hard to find," without any advance notice. • Dessert: the worst part. We ordered vegan cantuccini (listed on the menu), but they weren't available. We were offered soy ice cream... but it arrived topped with non-vegan cream. After pointing this out, no apology was given; they simply brought back the same ice cream without cream. A mistake that, besides being unprofessional, could have had serious consequences for those—like me—who avoid animal products for ethical and/or health reasons. At the cashier, instead of receiving a sincere apology, we were told things like, "We usually always use vegan cream." A defensive and disrespectful attitude that ignores neither the customer's complaints nor the seriousness of the mistake. 👉 In short: a place that claims to be attentive to dietary needs, but in reality demonstrates neither care, clarity, nor sensitivity toward those following a vegan diet. The impression is that the approach is superficial and lacks the professionalism necessary to ensure a safe and satisfying experience. We won't return, and we wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for a truly reliable place for those with special dietary needs.

26/03/2026: I used to go there every now and then as a student and I have to say that the prices are decidedly high for a university bar, excluding coffee and croissants: a rectangle of white pizza costs €2.50 and a mini sandwich (mignon version) with ham costs €2. The atmosphere is very nice and there is also a decent space outside where you can take a break during the warmer months. It's a shame because if it were managed a little better, it could have a lot of potential.

19/03/2026: First of all, if I could give the service a 0-star rating, I would have already done so. There's no way anyone should be forced to choose the vending machines instead of using the bar, because the older bartender (50/60 years old) wastes time doing other things when you come in, instead of serving you. She responds very rudely, and encourages not only me, but also other students to go to the vending machines for even a minimally decent and faster service compared to hers. It says a lot about this employee, that she didn't actually manage the bar; she would certainly be more incentivized to accept customers instead of scaring them away! You can't keep someone like that in the public eye; she ruins your day instead of offering you a nice break.

28/06/2026: A terrible bar located at the Orte station but always understaffed, 40 degrees in the summer and they didn't even let me get water because there was little staff, furthermore I'm on anticoagulants and therefore I need more hydration, they are also not very intelligent because they lack flexibility I asked to get a bottle of water given the emergency even though I arrived fifteen minutes early. Great observers of the rules unfortunately they are kids what do we have to do

02/07/2026: The staff was really rude. I asked what a particular flavor of ice cream tasted like, and first a young man simply replied, "I don't know," then a woman, in a decidedly unprofessional manner, said, "It tastes like cornflower, the flower. Like a rose, it tastes like a rose," as if everyone spent their time tasting flowers. To make matters worse, before I was even served, I had to wait for the three employees to finish chatting among themselves and with other customers in rather loud tones, completely ignoring those waiting. A terrible experience. Such rude and inattentive service is truly disappointing. I was honestly very disappointed, expecting better.

24/07/2026: The lady who runs the bar is clever. I ordered a cappuccino and she charged me €3. The average price in the area is between €1.40 and €1.50. When I asked about the price (we're not in Rome), she told me I also ordered a glass of water. But it was too small for medication, and it was from the tap!

10/06/2026: Scammed: €12.60 for 2 cappuccinos and 2 brioches. The lady at Pope Leo's parking lot couldn't believe it either. Rita turns over In her grave.

16/11/2025: We paid a whopping 12 euros for two crodini. If you want to fleece tourists, at least have the decency to offer a minimum of decorum: the place is a dump, with a dirty bathroom with leaking water, and clutter and dirt everywhere. A terrible experience, one of the worst I've ever had.

02/11/2025: It's always a shame to give a negative review to a small business that thrives on tourism. The price of the food was completely disproportionate to the amount served. The cleanliness of the dining room was basic. The coffee machine was a little dirty. The bathroom maintenance was nonexistent. I understand that tourism is the driving force of these villages, but let's avoid treating tourists like sponges from which to draw every penny.
