08/12/2025: We stumbled upon it by chance, strolling through the narrow streets of Spello. It was an excellent choice for lunch! The owner, despite being incredibly busy given the packed restaurant, was incredibly kind. The food was excellent! And the place was very, very cute and welcoming!

08/12/2025: Excellent value for money. The owner was very kind and efficient. Even though it was crowded, we didn't have to wait for our food, and everything was excellent. The reviews in our case don't reflect the quality of the restaurant.

Everything made here is a true art, a journey through the aromas and flavors, but above all, through the feelings and emotions they evoke in those who enter. With each delicacy, a fantastic journey begins through a beautiful world, just like a Terence Hill movie. Smiles and sincere words that come from the heart join the wonderful world of the Russo Girotti pastry shop. Teresa and Roberto are a wonderful Neapolitan couple and are incredible people, both personally and professionally. Emotions of the soul, this is what you will experience every time you come here. 07/04/2026: I've been frequenting Alla Collina Pistoiese for a while now, and it remains a firm favourite. The cuisine strikes a truly successful balance between tradition and innovation: authentic, recognizable dishes, yet always lightened and intelligently revisited, without ever losing their identity. The quality of the ingredients is evident, as is the constant care taken in preparation. The ambience is one of its strengths: a perfect balance between a refined trattoria and a high-end restaurant, with a calm and pleasant atmosphere. It's also very well attended, which contributes to the elegant yet unpretentious atmosphere. The service is always top-notch: efficient, attentive, and with that spontaneous warmth that puts you at ease without being intrusive. A reliable restaurant, where you eat well in a relaxed atmosphere that has never disappointed over time.

27/10/2025: I ordered a red velvet cake for my eighteenth birthday, and it was exactly what I wanted—very beautiful and delicious. I'd like to thank the pastry chef, Maria, and Francesca, who works at the counter, and who was so skilled and professional in coordinating all our requests. Highly recommended!

19/09/2025: There's a good selection, but be careful about the quality; things get thrown out when they're old. After eating a cream puff with chantilly, I ran to the bathroom (it didn't taste bad, but I was in a hurry) and the diplomatico was stale, at least two days old, hopefully not three. To top it all off, they charged me for a glass of still water at the checkout, as if we were in the center of Milan.

02/11/2025: Welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff, shame about the pizza. The photo shows only one of the two pizzas we ordered, and both were undercooked. Each slice of pizza, though well-topped, tended to fall apart due to the softness and undercooking of the dough. It was very difficult to digest throughout the evening and into the night. I'm sorry, but we won't be back!

08/12/2025: There's an almost philosophical passion behind a project as simple as it is complex: a wine shop. I didn't choose this place randomly, but wanted to capture something through photos, the website, and reviews, because it can often happen that you waste your money. Which means you might drink very well, but without a decent human touch—at least for us. The owner isn't a pushy, overbearing person, quite the opposite. He can approach you slowly and carefully, as long as you let him, and that's not easy. He knows exactly what he's selling, explaining it discreetly but with evident passion. I love genuinely heartfelt stories, and despite our short stay, we were captivated. Wines can be paired with small delicacies or a simple but never banal bruschetta with olive oil, especially if all the ingredients are excellent. Clearly, the wines he suggested were not only excellent but also surprising. A delightful Friday evening before dinner, which we would have extended indefinitely. Thank you so much.

04/04/2026: My husband and I went a few months ago on someone's recommendation. I don't know if we had the wrong night, but we can certainly say it's the worst place we've ever been to, absolutely. The menu includes spaghetti with various sauces, tagliatelle with ragù, and penne all'arrabbiata. They arrive overcooked and sticky, four at a time. There are no main courses on the menu. We ask the waitress, who says there aren't any?!? We ask for truffle crostini and other things I can't remember. They hand us a large slice of that oval bread you buy at Lidl in a plastic bag, cut into six pieces, smeared with awful sauces so thin they barely cover the bread in some places. The finishing touch? While my husband waits to pay at the register, I ask for a coffee. They serve it to me by passing the cup and saucer over the head of another customer in line. A unique experience, that's for sure.

20/01/2026: A typical provincial restaurant where you eat very well in a welcoming atmosphere. The owner is very good and helpful with everyone, especially with small children.

30/11/2025: The bar is a landmark in the town of Calvi. Always well stocked, very friendly staff, and excellent pizza.

14/10/2025: I had a chicken cutlet and salad sandwich. The cutlet was completely raw and the breading was white. The salad, if we can call it that, was a tiny, dry leaf, probably very old. But if that were the only problem, the bartender was also rude.

02/01/2026: My daughter went to this facility, "if you can call it that," for New Year's Eve. The kids were housed in a tent in the cold—I should point out that at 8:30 pm it was -2.5 degrees Celsius, I don't dare think of any later—warmed by a small heater, and with cockroaches and spiders in the bathroom.

24/09/2025: We only tried the restaurant; we didn't stay. The food was good, nothing exceptional. The only downside was that everything was cold, and the appetizers were cold, including the fried flowers. The pasta arrived cold, and so did the meat. It's inexplicable, considering there were only five of us and a couple. The staff was friendly and helpful. Beautiful view of the lake, and free parking.

29/09/2025: Honest review: The appetizer was bruschetta with olive oil without salt (we had to ask for it because the chef had apparently forgotten), the portion of lasagna was really small, and the mixed vegetables were just okay. We had to change the house wine because there was something floating in the glass... the interior location was really ugly, like a poorly maintained neighborhood tavern. The prices were high for what they offer. For me, CROSS X

17/09/2025: Extremely long waits. Wrong dishes. Measly portions. At the mall they make you feel more at ease. In a commercial establishment outside of the quality and price range (which doesn't matter to us if you're going out to dinner), you need a smile and some attitude.........to be erased. If you work only for share capital, it's better to stay home.
