08/03/2025: Io non sono la classica italiana che tra le mille pietanze andrebbe sempre sul sicuro con una bella pizza. Non la amo se non é come la voglio io, e raramente la finisco tutta. La mia cena é iniziata benissimo con un ottimo antipasto, offerto dalla casa, perfetto da accompagnare alle chips scrocchiarelle e deliziose (arrivate ben calde e contrastavano perfettamente il fresco sapore della mousse di ceci). Il personale é molto cordiale e gentile. Ho ordinato una “margherita sbagliata” ed é stata la scelta più giusta che potessi fare. Non ho mai mangiato una pizza così buona, un impasto perfetto e ottimo per chi come me spesso non digerisce bene alcuni impasti di pizza troppo pesanti. Un’originalità che sposava perfettamente il gusto, mi ha fatto divorare la pizza prima di tutti e averne voglia di un’altra. Consiglio vivamente.

09/02/2025: Locale bello, accogliente con aspettative molto alte, ma rivelate deludenti. La qualità si sentiva che era buona, ma gli ingredienti non legavano tra di loro con risultato molto scadente. Mi dispiace ma non consiglio anche per i prezzi molto elevati e il menù rappresentato in quel modo sembrava più un giornalino. Non ci sono pizze classiche ,ma solo pizze molto elaborate e secondo la mia opinione la tradizione e la semplicità è molto meglio che il ricercato

06/01/2025: My husband and I stayed at this property the night between 4 and 5 January 2025. Upon arrival, no one answered the intercom. A gentleman who was working in the garden had to open the gate for us. The lady at the reception was eating and greeted us with her mouth full, so much so that she couldn't even respond to our greeting. She told us that she didn't know that we had the spa included, but my husband had purchased the complete package. Given our insistence, with paper reservation in hand, he showed us the time dedicated to us, but shortly after he called us back to tell us to wait longer. However, the most disconcerting thing was that he assigned us a room that was still dirty because the previous guests had just left. So we opened the door and found the bed unmade, slippers thrown around, etc. At this point we were assigned another room, and I pointed out that TO BE A 5 STAR, the essential products were missing, for example body cream! The shower gel dispenser was half empty. The room was definitely not up to 5 star standards, but at least it was clean. In the mini bar there were only two bottles of water and here came the second surprise: the bottle of sparkling water tasted like orange, so it had been used by previous guests (who had evidently eaten an orange or a tangerine) and then filled! The spa was fortunately clean and well-stocked, although the outdoor pool which should have been set at 38 degrees was freezing, and the sauna was not working. The reading room on the ground floor is nice. As for breakfast on the veranda, the products were absolutely not up to par, and it took half an hour to get a hot tea and a cappuccino (we had practically finished breakfast). The gate should have opened automatically from the inside, but instead we always had difficulties. The staff is absolutely unprepared and uncourteous. The location however is beautiful, so it's a big shame!

15/12/2024: Excellent experience, friendly and always helpful staff, beautiful structure, absolute tranquility especially because few cars pass on the road 20 meters from the relais. Clean and equipped spa, and above all private at the time you book it. Lack of balcony and bathtub in the rooms, price per night 200 euros for 2 with spa treatment. Overall recommended.

02/02/2025: Sono stato piacevolmente sorpreso sia dalla qualità dei prodotti che dalla piacevole atmosfera che si respira in questo locale. Ottimo anche il servizio che è stato nel contempo puntuale e professionale. Se siete in zona, sicuramente da provare.

03/11/2024: An experience absolutely not to be repeated and not recommended to everyone!!! Narrow rooms, very small bathrooms (to sit on the toilet you have to open the shower cubicle or what's left of it), rusty and cracked bathroom fixtures, the courtesy set described on the booking page doesn't exist, just as there are no soaps or shower gels, let alone shampoo! But in exchange there are dispensers that throw out a vomiting foam. Furniture full of dust and a smelly wardrobe that you just can't use. Soundproof rooms??? But do they know what it means? First of all they should fix the bedroom doors that don't close well, and then think about removing some dust, especially from those air conditioners. Furthermore, with the modest sum of €1 you can buy a 1 liter bottle of buffered acid which is used for cleaning and sanitizing those toilets. Shame on you!!! Especially when you pocket the money of the people you cheat with fake photos. Furthermore, reading the reviews I notice that the very poor cleanliness is your business card

12/04/2025: Price too high for what it offers, bland pasta, skewers with a terrible flavor and flavored with spices perhaps to cover the non-fresh product, the friendly staff nothing about this but for the rest to be removed, I hope with a good chamomile tea the flavor of the skewers will come back, never again

07/01/2025: Ottima location, servizio efficiente e personale cordiale. Abbiamo preso un tagliere grande e 4 primi. Tagliere ordinario, niente di speciale. Così come i primi. La pasta era buona, i sughi abbastanza piatti. Un ristorante turistico come tanti. La nota stonata: non si può far pagare 8 euro mezzo litro di vino sfuso (peraltro neanche buono a mio parere)

03/01/2025: Senza infamia e senza lode. E' un ristorantino turistico che dichiara di servire prodotti locali. Abbiamo mangiato in maniera sufficiente ma non mi sento di segnalare una portata in particolare. Ideale per un breve break a pranzo. Prezzi turistici.

20/03/2025: Vegetarians, we asked for two pizzas without meat. One arrived with meat on it, we had to have it brought back, in the meantime the other pizza was cold. Truly an unpleasant experience. Not suitable for vegetarians. We won't be returning

02/02/2025: Friendly staff despite the terrible outcome given the inappropriate, uncomfortable arrangement without even having the foresight to make me eat with the tablecloth because I was arranged "as best I could". It would have been more professional to say "we are fully booked". The cold cuts were good, then I had some absolutely tasteless ravioli dipped in sauce and only then literally filled with cheap chilli powder. I ate 2 just long enough to realize that they were simply inedible!!! It was rightly taken off my final bill and I appreciated it I was with 3 other people who ate without being satisfied, each for different reasons. Disappointment for the non-existent truffle (only in cream and similar) Neither I nor they will return to this Osteria again

23/02/2025: Among the most convenient service places on the motorways. Friendly and present staff. We stopped on Sunday for about 30 minutes. I recommend having lunch at the self-service restaurant, excellent food at reasonable prices considering that a sandwich in the bar area instead cost €8-9 with simple cold cuts. Fairly clean bathrooms, certainly at other times of the year it is very busy, there is also parking and a fuel station.

16/02/2025: Consigliato. Sono andato a cena per due sere di fila. La prima mangiato delle ottime ricette consigliate fuori menù, la seconda mangiato ricette dal menù. Tutto estremamente buono e con porzioni giuste (non mi sono alzato con fame). Personale molto cortese, professionale e disponibile

25/01/2025: Trovato per caso mentre eravamo in visita a San Gemini, mio marito ed io siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti del pranzo gustato in questo ristorante. Ricette particolari, sapientemente cucinate . Ambiente piccolo, ma caldo e accogliente. Davvero tutto molto buono, ma la nota di merito particolare, oltre alla cuoca ovviamente, va alla cameriera , molto gentile e accogliente che ci ha fatti sentire come a casa nostra .

15/10/2024: Excellent place from where you dominate the city of Perugia. Inside we find many green spaces, a restaurant which is also suitable for refreshments, very organised, with swimming pools, tennis courts and lots of games for children. We spent a beautiful birthday of our granddaughter, together with all her companions, highly recommended.

12/08/2024: First and last time I come here. The swimming pool itself is ok, shame about the rudeness of the "president" of the sports center. Noticing people at the poolside without swimming caps, I entered thinking it wasn't compulsory, but I was immediately scared of this old man who started shouting to put on swimming caps and read the rules at the entrance (the sign was so discolored that it seemed to date back to when they founded the university). Only later did I discover that he was the president of the CUS. Given his role, I suggest taking care of the environment around the swimming pool (which looks like a latrine) rather than making these inappropriate scenes.

09/03/2025: Sono varie volte che vengo in questo posto ed ogni volta ne rimango incantato, qualità delle materie prime eccellenti e maestria nel prepararle di livello, cortesia e prezzi onesti, super consigliato

08/02/2025: Sapori di una volta, piatti autentici e accoglienza cordiale, semplice e sorridente. Dimenticate gli chef stellati, siamo nel regno della cucina casareccia ma sapiente, un viaggio magnifico nelle specialità umbre. Antipasto ‘l’abbuffata’ e ‘della suocera’ (piccante) sublimi, ma con i secondi si vola. Un viaggio nel tempo con il raponzolo, ortaggio selvatico che mia mamma mangiava da bimba e non avevo mai assaggiato. Consiglio il vino della casa, un rosso ottimo. Poche indicazioni sul parcheggio, ma esiste quello interno. Sicuramente torneremo, ormai un posto del cuore. Vade retro snob culinari e amanti di luoghi fighetti alla milanese. Qualità prezzo ormai rara.

26/03/2025: We stoped by to order some diner as everything was closed in Assisi. We ordered fish and chips and a couple of paninis. The owner I think gave us a couple of free items due to the big ordered. Thank you for such a nice customer service.

14/03/2025: Yesterday I had a coffee, it was super burnt and it poisoned me. It really hurt me
