My partner and I stayed in Norcia for a couple of days and chose Officina 40 for dinner. It was a great experience: a welcoming place, kind and helpful owners, and truly delicious food.
We appreciated both the quality of the food and the relaxed atmosphere, which made for a pleasant evening.
When we return to Norcia, it will definitely be a regular stop.

Today we were passing through Norcia and had lunch at this delightful restaurant. The host, with his kind manners and exquisite affability, offered us authentic dishes made with local products and top-quality ingredients. The dishes, expertly prepared by the attentive and refined chef, made our visit even more enjoyable!

A fabulous dinner of good food in Norcia. The menu offers countless temptations, but we fell in love with Nonno Dante's Tortellini with Truffles, a dish that tastes like home but with an absolute touch of class. Upon reservation, we also tried the Truffle Bourguignon Fondue: a fun, convivial experience, and above all, delicious. Attentive service and a very elegant location. A must-visit!

We had lunch here during our stay in Norcia, as it's owned by the same restaurant as our hotel. Away from the hustle and bustle of the main street, it's located on the ring road with a beautiful view of the valley. The owners are very kind and the products are top-quality, especially the cured meats, which are incredibly tender. A must-try.
