05/10/2025: The Japanese food is very good, the staff is friendly and welcoming, but the place is perhaps a little neglected or at least not very appealing at first glance, but it's still pleasant. Despite this, it's definitely worth going in as the food is good.

04/10/2025: Ordered takeout sushi box for two and ravioli. Everything was delicious.

16/04/2025: This is the second time I've gone in the afternoon during opening hours and found a sign saying "Closed today at 1 PM." I may have been unlucky twice in a row, but that means it's not something "special" or that it "never happens." Obviously, I wasted my time today too...

05/04/2025: I discovered this place by chance, and almost by chance I found myself taking a pastry-making course dedicated to the presentation of Colombe...also by chance I shared this experience with delightful people who love pastry like me (even though I will never be, and never want to be, a pastry chef). I can say that it's no coincidence that the owner Caterina Tripaldi, her brother Giacomo Tripaldi, and their young assistants run this place with love and sacrifice, nurturing it just like their sourdough starter, the star of all their creations. I loved this experience, and even though I don't live near the pastry shop, I will return as often as possible, even with my family, because everyone should be able to enjoy Caterina's hard work. Thank you so much, Caterina, for passing on so much passion and, above all, your precious recipes!

21/09/2025: I only stayed one night. The room was clean, the breakfast was good, and the parking was good. It was quite close to the center (6-700 meters).

04/09/2025: We came from out of town at the end of August for a wedding in the area and booked a double room at this hotel for one night. The hotel's location is convenient, outside the center of Castiglione but still very close—it's a 2-3 minute drive to the historic center, and if you're willing, you could even walk (the center is uphill). The hotel parking lot is on a dead-end street, a bit inconvenient especially if you have a low car, but there's a supermarket parking lot directly across the street, so no problem. There's also a convenient walkway in front of the front door for unloading. The rooms and bathroom were very nice, modern, and well-cleaned. Complimentary toiletries were provided for both of us, and the bed was adequate. I was very pleased. Regarding breakfast, for a 3-star hotel, it seemed a bit limited, but I had it without any problems (I should point out, however, that we left 5 minutes before the end of the day; perhaps 8:00 would have been different, I don't know). The only downside was that we arrived for check-in at 12:00 PM, and our room wasn't ready (though other relatives' rooms were), so we had to wait another half hour. There's also a pool (which I didn't use). As for the price, I don't know, because we didn't pay.

01/06/2025: Great experience here. Waiter was very welcoming and engaging. Food was outrageously delicious - "Era davvero delizioso." Orvieto was stunning. Definitely go here.

03/08/2025: We stayed for a week at the end of July and enjoyed truly relaxing and convivial days thanks to the experience and friendliness of Patrizia and her staff. The place is enchanting, surrounded by nature, with large outdoor spaces ideal for relaxing, laughing, eating, and enjoying company. There's an authentic atmosphere, one of simplicity, beauty, and attention to detail. The food—authentic, abundant, delicious, and prepared with great passion—made the day even more special. Special thanks go to Mrs. Patrizia, who manages the property with warmth, helpfulness, and a rare sensitivity. She welcomed us with a smile and helped make our day even more enjoyable, making us feel at home. She generously shared interesting facts and details about the property and its history, enriching the experience with her passionate storytelling. Whether it's a relaxing getaway, a rural experience, or a moment to share with family or friends, Campo al Vento leaves a lasting impression. The local products, the colors of the sunset, the silence of the evening: everything contributes to creating precious memories. A place I wholeheartedly recommend, and where I will definitely return!

27/08/2025: Super friendly owner. The pool and sun loungers are available. Convenient for visiting Lake Trasimeno, Assisi, and the Sienese hills. Highly recommended.

Buon rapporto qualità prezzo / buon servizio / ottime materie prime .. tutto molto corretto .. i chitarrini al sugo di pesce di lago eccellenti .. gli gnocchetti al gambero di lago perfetto sia come cottura che come equilibrio.. una splendida insalata di gfagilki del Trasimeno ed un indimenticabile ippocrasso fatto in casa

26/06/2025: We had the pleasure of eating at this restaurant a week ago, under new management. We had a very good pizza, large and delicious, as well as a veal rib, cooked to perfection with a side of potatoes and mixed fried food. It was a delicious discovery, a special thanks to the very friendly staff. We will definitely be back!

13/06/2025: I came back after the change of management. We were served by a rude waiter, with no care for the customers. Unpleasant also in his manners. Insufficient quality of food preparation. Much better before! Without a shadow of a doubt.

17/05/2025: The dough is not a fresh product made at the moment but a semi-processed one, the staff limits themselves to the seasoning! It is so thin that it cools down immediately and becomes a hard pizza to eat. Pizza for me is something else. I bought a Francescana, a margherita and a margherita with speck to collect my order I had to argue and take out the receipt because according to the owner it was not my order! Too bad we had already paid otherwise I would have left! I do not recommend!
