20/11/2025: We were a large group with a pre-set menu, and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. For the first course, we were served a meat and chestnut risotto, which was very well made and had excellent flavor. For the second course, we had meat with a side of vegetables. It was turkey, and it was very tasty. I was truly surprised, as we had gone to other places with a pre-set menu before and had never found this level of quality. It’s true that I missed having the dessert included in the menu, since we had to pay for it separately. At least in Spain, we are used to menus including dessert.

03/11/2025: A very elegant venue, with impeccable and attentive service; unique and refined dishes, especially the desserts, which are works of art. The bill is fair, and coffee and liqueurs are provided by the very kind and competent chef Stefano.

20/11/2025: The couple in charge are very keen to showcase and offer local products. The menu is just right, not too overwhelming, and the wine list is excellent. The menu explanation is an art in itself, with prefaces of poems placed on the table. The food is excellent! The background music is excellent. An evening to be repeated as soon as possible.

09/11/2025: An unforgettable evening ❤️ At Floyd, there's more than just food (which, by the way, is top-notch with local ingredients expertly prepared with love)... there's soul, culture, good music, and an unparalleled welcome. Crescenzo and Alessandra manage to convey their energy and infinite love for this job (or rather, vocation). It's a shame they can only give it a 5 ⭐️. We'll definitely be back because it will be like coming home and spending an evening with old friends. Everything is super 🔝... highly recommended!!!!

14/10/2025: Amazing restaurant placed at panicales Piazza. Menu and food was made and prepared in the little kitchen by the wife while the husband and daughter is walking around the restaurant making sure the guests are having an fantastic time. We have our boy (8 years) and they had a special Bambino dish - which was pasta - and they charged us 12€ for it. And he loved it. I have a soft spot for tiramisu - and Lilo Tatinis Tiramisu is amazing!

09/12/2025: Very welcoming and super clean facility, friendly staff, more than generous breakfast. The exclusive spa is superb. Proximity to the center of Assisi, which can be reached on foot or by shuttle. We will definitely be back!

04/12/2025: We stayed at Hotel Terrazza for a short time and had a truly wonderful time. All the staff were extremely kind, helpful, and attentive to our every need. The hotel is very clean and well-maintained, with welcoming spaces that immediately make you feel at ease. A beautiful hotel that we happily recommend to anyone looking for comfort, courtesy, and a pleasant stay. We will definitely be back!

02/11/2025: A restaurant in off-the-beaten-path Orvieto. A charming place that I think is at its best in spring/summer. We went with two very young children, and they welcomed us very well; in fact, they often found ways to entertain them by offering them play dough. Small things, sure, but it's these little things that make the difference between a restaurant/bistro and the ancient art of dining and hospitality. Let's get to the food. We all had a great time. Some had the ravioli, some the amatriciana, some the Umbrian cheese tart. I can speak highly of the steak, but I have very little to say about it. Yes, because the quality of the meat and its perfect rare cooking (and I emphasize perfect, considering it was a Sunday lunch with a full restaurant) leave me speechless, just wanting to return. All at a fair price. Excellent. We can't wait to return, even just for the friendliness of the waiter. PS. I'm an AC Milan fan, but I really appreciated the ASR scarves :) Well done! We will see each other soon!

01/11/2025: A unique experience everyone should know.... You feel right at home right away!!! Welcoming, friendly, as if we've known each other forever! The owners introduced themselves right away, the homemade food is authentic, simple, just like them, and the perfect quantity is excellent wine, all immersed in a wonderful landscape!!! 24/11/2025: Aside from the food and excellent wines, what's special is the owner's passion and warmth for his guests. This isn't just a simple dinner, but a wonderful experience worth trying if you're passing through Assisi.

23/11/2025: We visited this restaurant in Assisi yesterday and had a truly pleasant experience. The restaurant is well-maintained, welcoming, and conveniently located: just steps from the center and very close to the Matteotti parking lot, making it easy to get there. Despite the late hour, the host—the owner of the restaurant—was extremely helpful and prepared a variety of dishes for us, carefully adapting each course to our dietary needs. A rare, attentive, and genuinely courteous service. Good food, a relaxed atmosphere, and a truly welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended!

16/11/2025: A terrible experience!!! Unbelievable. We went to this restaurant on a Sunday for lunch for two. We ordered water and a bottle of red wine, a platter with a focaccia and two tagliatelle, with the idea of ​​​​ordering the second course if there was still room. The service was terrible; we were completely neglected. The platter with the focaccia arrived after about 15 minutes with only water, no wine at all. Then we stood there waiting, but no one showed up for a long time, so much so that when they came to clear our plates, we cancelled the wine. From there, we waited well over an hour for the tagliatelle. I got up three times to ask the waiter for an explanation, but the answer was always the same: "Yes, I asked in the kitchen." Never a hint of an apology or attention... nothing!! We reported this at the cashier, but even there they said they would ask. Absurd!

15/11/2025: A very nice place in the center of Norcia. We ate wonderfully. The menu features traditional dishes, many with truffles. We tried eggs with truffle, pizza with Norcia ham, tagliatelle with black truffle, lentils, chips, and finally two delicious desserts! The service was very friendly. The prices were in line with the quality of the food. Recommended!

16/11/2025: The restaurant, both inside and out, isn't very well-maintained, but the menu, the cuisine, the host, and his professionalism are top notch. The appetizers and first courses are excellent, and the food is made by the host himself, who values ​​quality. The portions are generous (you could easily split a first course between two and be more than satisfied) and the quality/price ratio is excellent. I live far away, but I'll definitely recommend it. The pizzeria will reopen soon.

11/11/2025: I ordered the gnocchi with four cheese and truffle, and it was one of the best dishes I’ve ever had in my life. The waiter and chef came out to speak with me several times and provide a level of service that would rival the best Michelin restaurants in Tokyo. At the end, they brought me a bottle of a my own and let me have as much as I wanted on the house. Where else in the world do you get that kind of service?

04/11/2025: I was here with a group of friends, and believe me, the place is worth it... A cheerful atmosphere, a warm welcome, and that touch of humor that immediately puts you at ease. The food? Wonderful. The service is quick and with a smile, which is rare. In short: "L'Attaccabrighe" doesn't fight anyone, except hunger, which disappears after a few minutes... and trust Him.

18/11/2025: We had dinner last night at this lovely trattoria. The staff were truly friendly and attentive. We had an excellent bean soup and the tonnarelli cacio e pepe, both delicious and perfectly flavorful. The platter of cured meats and pecorino cheeses was also good. Highly recommended.
