03/11/2025: A very elegant venue, with impeccable and attentive service; unique and refined dishes, especially the desserts, which are works of art. The bill is fair, and coffee and liqueurs are provided by the very kind and competent chef Stefano.

02/11/2025: Traditional dishes, but with innovative twists. The appetizers are meticulously prepared and of the highest quality. The presentation is excellent, the service is friendly and homely, and it's a truly excellent restaurant.

14/10/2025: Amazing restaurant placed at panicales Piazza. Menu and food was made and prepared in the little kitchen by the wife while the husband and daughter is walking around the restaurant making sure the guests are having an fantastic time. We have our boy (8 years) and they had a special Bambino dish - which was pasta - and they charged us 12€ for it. And he loved it. I have a soft spot for tiramisu - and Lilo Tatinis Tiramisu is amazing!

24/08/2025: A truly special stay! Thanks to Maurizio and his entire staff, we felt welcomed right at home: kind, helpful, and always ready to make us feel at home. The cuisine is excellent, with tasty and carefully prepared dishes. The pool is well-equipped, perfect for relaxing in total comfort. The rooms are comfortable and spotlessly clean, ideal for a relaxing stay. 18/09/2025: We were four for lunch, the atmosphere is welcoming, well-kept and nice, the owner was kind and very professional and showed attention to our needs, the prices were fair and the products were quality. We will be back.

02/11/2025: A restaurant in off-the-beaten-path Orvieto. A charming place that I think is at its best in spring/summer. We went with two very young children, and they welcomed us very well; in fact, they often found ways to entertain them by offering them play dough. Small things, sure, but it's these little things that make the difference between a restaurant/bistro and the ancient art of dining and hospitality. Let's get to the food. We all had a great time. Some had the ravioli, some the amatriciana, some the Umbrian cheese tart. I can speak highly of the steak, but I have very little to say about it. Yes, because the quality of the meat and its perfect rare cooking (and I emphasize perfect, considering it was a Sunday lunch with a full restaurant) leave me speechless, just wanting to return. All at a fair price. Excellent. We can't wait to return, even just for the friendliness of the waiter. PS. I'm an AC Milan fan, but I really appreciated the ASR scarves :) Well done! We will see each other soon!

01/11/2025: A unique experience everyone should know.... You feel right at home right away!!! Welcoming, friendly, as if we've known each other forever! The owners introduced themselves right away, the homemade food is authentic, simple, just like them, and the perfect quantity is excellent wine, all immersed in a wonderful landscape!!! 28/09/2025: I went on a trip with a group to this place. The owner is a wonderful and caring person, and takes care of his customers thoroughly. The food is unbeatable at very reasonable prices! They also offer wonderful accommodations surrounded by greenery and with excellent amenities!

12/10/2025: A top-notch restaurant where you can enjoy traditional Umbrian recipes, revisited but not overdone. The service is very friendly and courteous. The prices are truly reasonable. The atmosphere is truly family-friendly. I highly recommend it.

10/10/2025: Cozy and elegant restaurant. Must book a reservation ahead of time! Soup of the house (zuppa di casa) - vegeterian with lentes, beans, garbanzo seeds, groats - excellent!! Very good courses - traditional pasta with truffle (mushroom) and traditional pasta with tomato and basil. Excellent local sagrantino wine (2020). Grilled vegetables - not in the league of other courses.

29/09/2025: This is by far one of the best restaurants that I've been to so far on my trip. It is a hidden gem. Think you should make reservations. A must in Spoleto

29/10/2025: A unique experience. If you want to eat truffles—and I capitalize them for a reason—you have to go to this restaurant. The staff is courteous, kind, and welcoming, and the owner is a true master of the art. It's a truly unique place, and the food is excellent. The only downside is the journey; getting to the restaurant is a bit of a hassle, but it's worth it. Highly recommended.

04/11/2025: I was here with a group of friends, and believe me, the place is worth it... A cheerful atmosphere, a warm welcome, and that touch of humor that immediately puts you at ease. The food? Wonderful. The service is quick and with a smile, which is rare. In short: "L'Attaccabrighe" doesn't fight anyone, except hunger, which disappears after a few minutes... and trust Him.

31/10/2025: Recommended by friends, but the restaurant isn't right around the corner...unfortunately! The food was excellent, with unique and unconventional dishes, and excellent value. It's definitely worth the extra mile!
