09/04/2026: I found a specific bottle of wine in this shop, but they gave me a vintage that had already gone bad. This is something a wine shop should know. They also charged me double the price. It's a shame, as they did have a nice collection.
08/04/2026: Every time I return to Assisi, I can't help but stop by for at least an aperitif. Recommended.

04/05/2026: We arrived at this wonderful place for dinner, and we were thrilled to have our husky with us. The waiter was incredibly friendly and personable. The place was well-maintained and clean, with ample parking and a great atmosphere. The food was delicious. We loved everything, and the cheesecake? I fell in love! ♥️ We recommend it to anyone visiting the area – a must-have! Plus, the price is fantastic. We 100% recommend it!

03/05/2026: We stumbled upon this place by chance while walking, a pleasant surprise. The owner is a perfect host, the food is very good, the prices are fair, and the place is beautiful. It's worth a visit, off the beaten path, and perhaps that's why they put so much more care and attention into it. Well done.
02/05/2026: We returned after a few years, and everything is still excellent! Both gluten-free and gluten-free meals! The appetizers include traditional cured meats and cheeses, the torta al testo and the cheesecake, both equally delicious, as is the pasta alla norcina! We ate very well and had a great time!

Top-quality ingredients cooked to perfection, rustic and friendly atmosphere. Excellent Umbrian appetizers, truly delicious meat, and succulent first courses served in a pan. Excellent desserts. A wonderful experience. Thank you!!!

26/04/2026: My mom and I had the pleasure of having lunch at this little restaurant. The staff was super friendly and quick, the entrees were well-seasoned and in just the right quantities, and the meat and side dishes were excellent!
Even though the place was busy, the waiters managed their time and were extremely kind.

at La Torretta in Spoleto. The food was simply superb: carefully crafted dishes, quality ingredients, and an interesting and refined menu, with great attention to flavor. The presentation of the dishes was also impeccable, elegant, and tasteful.
The service was warm, welcoming, and professional from start to finish, making us feel truly welcome. Despite the restaurant being very busy, the atmosphere remained intimate and pleasant, almost family-like.
A place that manages to combine the highest quality and true hospitality. Highly recommended—we can't wait to return.

11/05/2026: We've been customers for a while, always choosing Vecchio Granaio for dinner. The food is excellent and refined, from the cheeses to the meats, not to mention the homemade first courses made by the old-fashioned ladies. The commendable courtesy is a great added value.
