01/10/2025: Despite its predominantly tourist clientele, this is a very authentic restaurant! The owner cooks divine, regionally typical food. She speaks English, German, and French and, together with the owner's daughter, takes great care of their guests. The recommended wines were all excellent. We were thoroughly delighted. Thank you!

28/09/2025: A truly unique little place, where you can enjoy local specialties with a modern twist. Crescenzo, the owner, is so knowledgeable about each dish...it makes you want to try everything! At the end of the evening, it's natural to thank them for the wonderful culinary and human experience they offer.

19/09/2025: The food at Floyd is delicious! Crescenzo's girlfriend's cooking is spectacular, with authentic dishes and attention to every detail. In the dining room, Crescenzo is incredibly friendly and kind: he welcomes you like you're at home. A special place where I'll definitely return!

07/10/2025: Beautiful property surrounded by greenery, the cuisine is exceptional, the local products are uniquely delicious, and the owners make you feel at home. I absolutely recommend it if you come to Umbria.

03/10/2025: If the first thing you're asked after greeting is, "Would you like something to drink? Water or beer?", that's very courteous. Otherwise, it's "Please bring your ID." You can tell that Rebecca and Roberto are fully committed to their guests' well-being. Not only is Rebecca an excellent cook, she also takes time for a quick chat and offers interesting tips for day trips. We were absolutely thrilled. The entire property is very well-maintained, the pool clean and inviting. The view of the valley, especially at sunset, is simply picturesque. After only a three-day stay, saying goodbye was a bit sad. These two are truly special people.

24/08/2025: A truly special stay! Thanks to Maurizio and his entire staff, we felt welcomed right at home: kind, helpful, and always ready to make us feel at home. The cuisine is excellent, with tasty and carefully prepared dishes. The pool is well-equipped, perfect for relaxing in total comfort. The rooms are comfortable and spotlessly clean, ideal for a relaxing stay. 25/09/2025: Very friendly trattoria with authentic regional food cooked by mama herself. We first came in after opening hours just for a drink, but they welcomed us so warmly that we ended up staying for dinner — and returned two more times. The whole family is part of the experience and makes you feel at home. Keep up the great work!

28/09/2025: Great place to eat truffles! The road to get there isn't the best, but it's absolutely worth it. All the dishes are excellent, especially the carefully selected ingredients! Highly recommended.

10/10/2025: Cozy and elegant restaurant. Must book a reservation ahead of time! Soup of the house (zuppa di casa) - vegeterian with lentes, beans, garbanzo seeds, groats - excellent!! Very good courses - traditional pasta with truffle (mushroom) and traditional pasta with tomato and basil. Excellent local sagrantino wine (2020). Grilled vegetables - not in the league of other courses.

28/09/2025: I went on a trip with a group to this place. The owner is a wonderful and caring person, and takes care of his customers thoroughly. The food is unbeatable at very reasonable prices! They also offer wonderful accommodations surrounded by greenery and with excellent amenities!

30/09/2025: A lovely place with a warm, family-like atmosphere, yet the food is refined and delicious. The breads served at the start were especially tasty and unique to the restaurant. Very pleasant to sit and enjoy, and they welcomed us even without a reservation. Highly recommende

09/09/2025: This was more than just a meal! This was the perfect experience! The host was so sweet with my kids! The food was mind blowing delicious! The wine the host suggested paired so well with our meals. I don’t normally eat meat but I would have eaten seconds of the deer and wild boar dishes!
