09/04/2026: I found a specific bottle of wine in this shop, but they gave me a vintage that had already gone bad. This is something a wine shop should know. They also charged me double the price. It's a shame, as they did have a nice collection.

19/06/2026: Today we had lunch at this sandwich shop. The cured meats were top-notch, especially the Folignate and Norcino. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants an excellent sandwich with top-quality cured meats and cheeses and wants to spend a reasonable amount on traditional products.

During dinner, a bell rings: it's the owner calling the guests' attention to explain the origins of the room where we were dining, with a historical overview of Assisi. 28/06/2026: The restaurant overlooks the charming little village of Izzalini. The waiters are very kind and attentive. This evening I went there for the first time with my husband and a couple of friends. After taking our order, the waiter showed up with a delicious welcome pastry cream puff, and after dinner, they offered us a truly delicious pistachio liqueur. The wine list is extensive and excellent. The platter, carpaccio, onion parmigiana, potato soufflé, and saddle were divine. The venison and tagliata were excellent. The tagliata was truly buttery. The desserts were exquisite. I will be back. I highly recommend it. Excellent!

10/05/2026: We'll definitely be back! Great hospitality, we were immediately put at ease by the friendly and competent staff, even though we arrived a little late, around 2 pm. Top-quality ingredients cooked to perfection, rustic and friendly atmosphere. Excellent Umbrian appetizers, truly delicious meat, and succulent first courses served in a pan. Excellent desserts. 10/04/2026: Four of us were friends on a trip to Assisi and had lunch at Osteria Piazzetta dell'Erba—a perfect choice! The gorgeous day allowed us to sit outside, and from there, everything was a pleasure. We were warmly welcomed and served with attention and professionalism: we felt truly pampered. The dish that everyone raved about? The strangozzi cacio e pepe with truffle, a true delight. It was one of those tables where you laugh, eat well, and never want to leave. We'll be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

11/05/2026: The place is beautiful, charming and somewhat old, even though it was recently renovated. We were greeted impeccably. The menu is varied but not overwhelming, with many traditional dishes. The staff and owners are so kind that when one of our guests asked for pennette al pomodoro, they not only prepared it right away, but also offered it to us! The traditional dishes are exceptional, especially the tagliatelle with truffle. The desserts and cheeses are also delicious. The wine list is extensive and the prices are reasonable.

13/05/2026: My family (including two dogs) and I stopped by by chance...we'll be back to Trevi for this wonderful restaurant. The hospitality, helpfulness, and friendliness were superb!!! We had tagliatelle with wild boar ragù, beef carpaccio with arugula and cherry tomatoes...the meat was tender and delicious!!!

11/05/2026: Excellent trattoria in the center of the small village of Trevi... with some friends, we spent a delightful day sampling excellent traditional dishes, mostly Umbrian but not exclusively! Everything was delicious, excellent value, and the staff was friendly and always helpful! The freshly baked bread was delicious! We'll definitely be back in the summer to enjoy the veranda!

22/06/2026: I could tell you about the explosion of flavors, the authentic and fresh dishes, or the carefully selected ingredients, including wild herbs and small local producers. I could also tell you about the wonder of the pairings, which, even when unusual, instill a sense of nostalgia for times that, only apparently, seemed to be gone. But it's the man and his humanity that I want to talk about instead: if you're lucky enough for Adio to have time to chat with you at the table, that's when a visit to the inn reveals its true essence: against all odds, excellent food is linked to human warmth and a sincere welcome...never out of place, never out of place. One doesn't live by work or money alone, but by good food, fresh air, friends, and quality human relationships, where people know and recognize one another. Thanks to Adio and to all the people who work with him with love. P.S. Another gem that perhaps few people know is that at Adio you can find a guide written by him: "Other Roads. Itineraries on the dirt roads between Lazio, Umbria, and Tuscany. Stories of rural resistance." Ask him to show it to you, it's worth it!
