10/11/2024: Food is a dream, always very friendly service

15/10/2024: Very modern "mountain hut" (new building) with great facilities, very nice rooms with single beds and great sanitary facilities. The service was great, as was the food. The half board is more expensive (€69) than in other huts, but the starter and main course were very good and the portions were very large, and the breakfast was also extremely good. The drinks are also a little more expensive.

02/09/2024: Hatte gerade eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung in dieser Bar. Ich kam um kurz nach 11:30 Uhr dort rein (es gab noch jede Menge Leute auf der Teresse mit ganz vollen Gläsern, die gerade serviert worden waren). Und ich habe höflich gefragt, ob ich noch ein Getränk haben könnte. Die junge Bedienung meinte, „ich entscheide das“, wobei ich dann schon sehr erstaunt war über diese Reaktion. Dann hab ich ihr gesagt. Natürlich entscheiden Sie das. Aber wäre es vielleicht möglich, dass ich noch ein Bier bekommen könnte? Dann meinte sie ja ok. plötzlich ruft ihr Kollege von nebenan. Nein, es gibt nichts mehr und als ich ihn freundlich anspreche und frage, dass seine Kollegin mir doch gerade zugesagt hat, dass ich noch ein Bier bekomme und es auch schnell trinken werde, so dass ich wie alle anderen Gäste um kurz vor zwölf fertig bin, Wird er unverschämt, und ich muss dazu sagen, eine solche Behandlung habe ich in hunderten von Bars, wo ich in meinem Leben bisher als Reisender MentalCoach gewesen bin noch nie erlebt! Ich hab ihm das dann auch gesagt, dass seine Art mit Kunden umzugehen durchaus noch verbesserungsfähig ist. Ich hatte schon mal erlebt, dass sie dort in der Bahn nicht gerade freundlich mit uns Gästen umgegangen sind, aber jetzt reicht es wirklich mal. Nie wieder werde ich dieses Lokal betreten.

19/07/2024: This restaurant is a little pearl and absolutely worth a visit. Carefully prepared dishes with surprising combinations, a welcoming environment, impeccable and friendly service, honest prices for the quality offered make it a perfect destination for a dinner out of town. We arrived from Milan and it is easily reachable… I will tell everyone!!! Thanks to the owners and friends who made us discover it.

08/03/2025: I always like to come here for a lunchtime snack. They have great salads, great toast great platters. The whole shop is really nice, you always get friendly service and you can also sit outside on the terrace. I'd love to come back here.

24/01/2025: We had lunch here and loved it. The pizzeria is located at the entrance to the pedestrian zone and offers various slices of pizza. We had Margarita and Regina and were very satisfied. You can sit outside and inside quite nicely. The staff was friendly.

11/01/2025: Siamo stati poco fa in questa pasticceria del centro storico di Bressanone per un supplemento di colazione. Il locale è piuttosto spazioso con molti tavolini che però erano tutti occupati. Così abbiamo deciso di sederci all'esterno nonostante la bassa temperatura. Abbiamo ordinato una fetta di strudel; la porzione era di dimensioni importanti ed è stato difficile arrivarci in fondo nonostante fossimo in due. Ho trovato molto gentile il personale e giusti i prezzi.

05/01/2025: We spent 4 enchanting days. A few km from Bressanone center, bus stop in front of the hotel. Comfortable rooms with great views, wonderful breakfast and dinner cooked with passion by the owner. Relaxing and familiar atmosphere, we can't wait to return.

25/12/2024: Feeling like in a fairy tale, wonderful view, very comfortable rooms, excellent cleanliness, kindness of the staff, Mrs. Martha and her husband are truly special. Good location, only 4 km from Bressanone, parking available. Absolutely worth repeating, perhaps in spring.

29/01/2025: I was here yesterday for lunch with friends. A friend of mine asked for a pizza and the owner told her that it was no longer possible to order pizza for the day. A family (German speaking) arrives shortly after, they order 3 pizzas and the owner calmly scores 3 pizzas without batting an eyelid. At the time of payment my friend asks for explanations and the guy pretends nothing happened without giving explanations and above all without even apologizing for what happened. So pizza is only available to German speakers?

28/01/2025: Servizio pessimo. Una mia amica ha chiesto una pizza e le è stato detto che quella giornata non era più possibile ordinare pizze perché non c'era più impasto. Dopo pochi minuti arriva una famiglia locale (parlavano in tedesco) ordinano 3 pizze e prendono l'ordine senza problemi. Stiamo scherzando? Ci sono piatti riservati a chi parla tedesco? Abbiamo chiesto spiegazioni e hanno fatto finta di niente senza neanche scusarsi.
