04/05/2025: We were in the restaurant, the prices were in the upper range, which you already know, but the portions were so small that I found it a shame. Even the beautiful terrace couldn't compensate for this. In any case not recommended, there are restaurants with better price/performance ratio in the surrounding area. 02/05/2025: The most beautiful place in all of Brixen!!! We ate in the restaurant yesterday and were pampered with every little detail, in a way that is rarely experienced these days. The food and drinks were excellent, I can only heartily recommend a visit to ELEFANT! A big thank you to the owners, who leave no stone unturned to make sure you feel comfortable and enjoy yourself! THANK YOU, and we'll definitely be back!!!

16/10/2024: I spent two days peacefully with my girlfriend. I had the opportunity to enjoy a splendid view from above, from the balcony of my room, of the valley and its mountains. Delighted by the first lights as well as the sunset. Beautiful and quiet location that allowed us to feel at one with the magnificent nature of those places, so when we were in the refined environment with large windows, where we enjoyed an excellent dinner and breakfasts with genuine, 0 km products. The owner and his staff were decidedly friendly and made us feel welcome guests and gave us time and space to our liking, far from the usual frenzy of the city.

02/08/2024: Nice quiet accommodation with nice and sociable owners. Gives great tips for hiking routes. Dinner (3 course menu) is world class!

20/05/2025: A beautiful, traditional hotel where the Habsburgs once stayed. Large hotel park with a pool and tennis courts across the street. A very good "regular" restaurant and a small Michelin-starred restaurant. Modern wellness area with a sauna and steam room. The name comes from an elephant who stopped in Brixen in the 16th century as a gift to the Habsburg court. A mural on the hotel's outer wall commemorates this event.

09/05/2025: In “The Elefant Restaurant” (not apostle restaurant), generally good dishes were served, but with surprising technical errors and a lack of balance, considering that a star-rated kitchen is served in the same establishment. The place setting was served with almost frozen butter that had crumbled apart (no spreadability). The (frozen) hazelnut soufflé was a delicious dessert, but it has nothing to do with a soufflé in terms of appearance or consistency; it could rather be described as a parfait (also taking into account that a frozen soufflé is not the same as a classic soufflé). The veal carpaccio had a very dominant acetic acidity and could have been more balanced. In the case of the veal cheek, a drop of oil was draped on the edge of the plate, but additional drops would have done the dish a lot of good as it was very “flat”. In addition, a little fleur de sel or salt crystals would have rounded off the dish better. Unfortunately not enough for the price and expectations.

14/01/2025: The ambience is very loud because of all the workers plus there is also loud music. We were there at 12:30 p.m., the salad buffet was almost ready and wasn't refilled even though she had promised us that it would be refilled and we waited. We had to ask for place settings and bread! Dessert was a very small scoop of vanilla ice cream. The starter and main course tasted good!

17/05/2025: Great for both lunch and dinner. Unlike many other restaurants in Bressanone and the surrounding area, this place offers the possibility of eating even at times when others have already closed their kitchens. The quality of the food is good and the service is equally good.

10/05/2025: Il Ristorante Muye è assolutamente consigliato! Anna, la proprietaria, e tutto lo staff sono molto cordiali e il servizio è veloce. Il locale è pulito e curato, le stoviglie hanno un aspetto elegante e di qualità. Il cibo è eccellente e molto gustoso. È il mio ristorante cinese preferito a Bressanone – ci tornerò sicuramente!

26/01/2025: I only went because I was invited. There is no parking available. When you enter you are greeted by a nineties atmosphere, and not just because of the style, the padding of the chairs and benches have holes and are worn. The reception staff probably doesn't know they are, table booked for ten they made us sit in the wrong place and then made us move. Once the order was taken, the dishes arrived in bits and pieces. First the two pizzas, once those were finished some first courses arrived and once those were finished the last pasta arrived. Then the meat. Inedible pizzas, raw ingredients and dough. The cream or mushrooms in the pappardelle were sour. The carbonara egg smelled fresh. The grilled food was inedible, the meat was overcooked and tough, with a really strange flavour. Almost everything was returned, most of the guests didn't eat and they clearly took everything into account, like true gentlemen. Among other things, an astronomical bill for the place it is. The only edible thing was the birthday cake only because we took it from a pastry shop. Among other things, the bill presented was from another table. Whoever paid had to go back to dispute the bill and was refunded the difference without much justification. It is useless for the owners to respond to this review to apologize, because it was pointed out to them during lunch and they did nothing.

11/04/2025: Terrible experience at this place. The employees proved to be extremely rude and, even more seriously, had clearly racist and discriminatory attitudes towards Italian foreigners. An unacceptable behavior that completely ruins the image of the place. In addition to this, the ice cream was disappointing: artificial taste, not very creamy consistency and absolutely not up to expectations. I will never return and I strongly advise against anyone from doing so
