30/08/2025: Excellent hotel, charming, professional and courteous service.

29/08/2025: The room was nice, and the spa was also nice, although the indoor pool temperature would have been a little warmer. The Brixen Card wasn't immediately available, and because of this, we used services that could have been free. We also tried the hotel restaurant; in my opinion, the food was good but overpriced for the portions served.

03/06/2025: Avoid when you're not sure the weather will be great. The indoor pool was closed; we took a pass for 1h30 and wasted a good 10 minutes trying to figure out how the lockers work (surprise: you have to pay a €10 deposit to get a wristband and of course, they won't tell you at reception) then another 10 minutes trying to find the outdoor pool because there were no signs. We arrived at the famous one with 20 minutes wasted, and we barely had time to get in the water before we were kicked out because "it's awful outside". Result: €17 and 20 minutes wasted. No refund. And reception hardly speaks any English when it comes to complaints :) I find it very dishonest to sell passes knowing that the pool is going to close.

31/05/2025: The pool is clean, and the facilities are also good. Lifeguards whistle for every little thing. Playing ball in the water is prohibited, sitting at the edge of the pool is also prohibited, jumping from the edge is also prohibited, etc. None of this is a problem at the outdoor pools in the area. The food at the kiosk is not tasty. The fries are too salty, and the chicken nuggets are half-raw.

23/08/2025: Over the past few weeks, I've made reservations at Grissino a couple of times, always with a group of friends, for a total of nine people. The first time we ordered pizza: the reviews were mixed (some said it was too salty), but overall it was good, even if it wasn't anything special, especially considering the price. It's a shame that the drinks arrived too soon after the pizza, meaning the beers were decidedly warm during dinner. The desserts were good but a bit pricey. The second time, they sat us down, brought us the bottles of water we'd ordered (the sparkling, room-temperature kind), and shortly afterward, we were told there would be an hour's wait for the pizzas. As I walked across the restaurant to use the bathroom, I noticed that most people were already eating, so the wait seemed incredibly long. When I returned to my table, they informed me that the wait for the pizzas was due to a group of young people (about 15-20) who had ordered pizza. A restaurant with over 100 seats has a kitchen that overflows with 20 pizzas? Having abandoned the idea of ​​pizza, we chose from the menu. The curry rice arrived almost immediately, while the other dishes arrived much later, when our companion was practically finished eating. When we reordered water, we specifically asked for it to be chilled: the still water was fine, the sparkling water was again at room temperature. In short, the restaurant is beautiful and well-kept, but it seems all show: the feeling is of poorly organized, careless management. The lighting at the outdoor tables is dim, there was no air conditioning inside, and the stairs to the bathroom are unsuitable for people with disabilities.

21/08/2025: Wow! So much choice! I've eaten here several times and always chose something different. Everything was delicious! It's also nice that it has an open kitchen. The staff is also very friendly! And you get your food very quickly.

29/08/2025: Mediocre food. The service is friendly, but honestly the food is bland and overpriced. If you are looking forward eating a shoe sole don’t miss out the schnitzel. The wedges were nice, but who can mess up frozen food?

20/08/2025: A Ruined Lunch and Unacceptable Management ​We were at the Grillage in Bressanone, but unfortunately our experience was extremely disappointing. While we were at the table, a young waiter spilled an entire beer on me, completely soaking my head, shoulders, and shirt. Not only that, but he also smeared the people sitting next to me. ​It's true that accidents can happen, but the subsequent handling was embarrassing to say the least. True, there were apologies, but their solution was simply to offer us a beer; previously, they had only wanted coffee after an initial complaint. ​We expected at least a significant reduction on the bill, given the inconvenience caused. Instead, when we expressed our disappointment, we were hastily told that "these things happen." ​This type of attitude demonstrates a complete lack of professionalism and respect for the customer. It's not just the incident itself, but the handling of the issue that made the experience unacceptable. We will never return and I strongly advise against this place to anyone who expects top-notch service.

They also offer several varieties of pizza and burger sandwiches. They also rave about their shawarma, but I haven't tried it.

07/08/2025: Following in the footsteps of elephants, albeit "against the grain," we've reached a wonderful home on our bike tour from Vienna to, hopefully, Lisbon. What the brave pachyderm Soliman/Solomon had to accomplish almost entirely on foot almost 500 years ago is made easier for us in the 21st century 😀. The magnificent hotel, where kings and emperors have stayed, welcomed us with great support and true generosity. We can't thank them enough!

30/07/2025: The charm certainly lies in the rustic decor. The wellness area is relatively new and beautifully designed, but difficult to access. The fitness room offers rather limited options. All in all, OK.

An unacceptable behavior that completely ruins the image of the place. I will never return and I strongly advise against anyone from doing so
