07/03/2026: The family rate offers a lot: indoor and outdoor pools, a children's playground, slides, diving boards, whirlpools, a snack bar, etc. We always enjoy coming back to Brixen.

31/01/2026: The restaurant is very well-maintained and the staff is particularly friendly. The meat dishes are good, especially the ribs, which are among the best. The pizza, however, is not up to par and definitely overpriced. The dessert portions are very small and the prices are high. We appreciated the restaurant's cleanliness, which was done by a vacuum cleaner. The kitchen is located upstairs and is connected by a freight elevator and intercom system.

01/03/2026: Spacious and well-stocked, the pastry shop is clean and offers plenty of seating. The selection of products is wide, fresh, and inviting. The cakes are excellent, but the croissants were a bit disappointing: dry and lacking in filling. The Apfelsaftschorle is very good. The prices are average, and the staff is quick and friendly.

10/01/2026: I was just in Brixen by chance today and stopped here. I've never in my life had such a delicious cake (strawberry yogurt) and a nut croissant. Keep up the great work! ✌️😀

30/10/2025: A warm and welcoming pastry shop/café in the center of Bressanone, the staff are friendly. Their thick, hot white chocolate is a must-try; it's excellent, a little treat on a cold day.

31/12/2025: I wanted to thank the kind sales assistant at this enchanting place: in the final hours of 2025, she gave us a gift and wished us a Happy New Year...we didn't immediately realize the exquisite attention she had shown us. 29/11/2025: The strudel here is incredible. I highly recommend the shortcrust pastry one, especially—it's truly delicious. I don't understand why other people have found the staff rude or unfriendly, as they were otherwise very kind and helpful. If you need to give someone a gift, trust me, you can't go wrong with this strudel.

24/12/2025: It's a small shop next to the train station. The staff are super nice, and the kabab comes with lots of meat, so you can eat your fill.

18/12/2025: A wonderful weekend, thanks in part to the hospitality of the Krone staff. It's very close to the center, and you can leave your car in the garage and explore Bressanone without a care in the world. Highly recommended restaurant.

12/12/2025: First time at this hotel, excellent central location in Bressanone. The rooms are beautiful and very spacious. We dined at the hotel as we booked half board. The staff were very friendly and the food was excellent. A tip for those staying half board, as they offer a tasting menu. Offering typical local dishes is an alternative to the menu, as some guests may have allergies or dislike certain dishes. Overall

21/01/2026: Amazing big and delicious kebab in bread. Only one thing should be done. Update the price list which they have in the restaurant. They charge more as it is written, even though I didn't mind because of the great value you are getting

04/01/2026: We went to Brixen specifically to stay at this hotel, and to dine in its Michelin starred restaurant. While we were not overall disappointed, we would have expected a little bit better. This historic establishment has a marvelous location and the building itself is quite like a museum when it comes to history, arts and furnishing. We stayed in the main building, in standard rooms. The rooms are clean, but really basic. The bathrooms were very small and showed some wear and tear. Very few amenities (no shampoo, nor conditioner, just shower gel and body lotion). The Spa is well advertised on their website and I was expecting something a bit better. The sauna was small, with little information about the "dress code" (some people were nude, others weren't), the wet sauna was turned off. I was told there is water available, and I am sure there is, but I couldn't find it. Most spas also offer herbal teas, which was not the case here. The pool area with loungers is nice. The pool is lightly heated. I disliked the fitness room. It is extremely small. I gather it might have been a cellar as the ceilings are very low and vaulted - which doesn't make it for it being airy enough to feel confortable. There is only a tredmill, a bike, a bench and a few dumbells. Regardless: you wouldn't want to exercise heavily in that space. No water in the fitness room - no towels either. The best part of the experience is the breakfast buffet and the overall service. Breakfst offers a bounty of options - both sweet and savory- of outstanding quality. Service is impeccable. I think you pay for the history, the location and the (past) reputation of the establishment. I have been in 4 stars (this is a 4 stars + according to their ad) that provided a more comfortable stay, better facilities for a lower price. I understand that might not be the case in Brixen, but some standards should be quite universal. That being said, I don't regret going there.

20/12/2025: ​The communication here is extremely poor. They respond instantly to inquiries that benefit them, but completely ignore messages regarding issues or refund requests. I was told they were too busy with emails to reply to my urgent request, yet they replied within minutes only after I mentioned leaving a review. Highly unprofessional and unreliable service.
