Dear Überbacher Family, dear Pfeiss Team, we would like to thank you again most sincerely for the wonderful time we were able to spend at the Pfeiss. We felt very, very comfortable. Everything was perfect: super friendly staff, a family who are truly passionate about their hotel, and a fantastic location where you can relax without any disturbing noise. Something that is always important to us on vacation is our little dog. We had the impression that our little darling was not only tolerated, but also welcomed. Since we always take her with us to meals, this is usually a problem in many hotels. Not so at the Pfeiss; although we were in a separate area, we still sat with the other guests. The facilities left nothing to be desired, and breakfast and dinner were always very good and plentiful. The additional special dish was always fantastic! Of course, we have enthusiastically recommended your hotel to our friends and acquaintances. And we have already received some positive feedback. Excellent food and top-notch service! We visited Hotel Pfeiss as external guests for dinner. We opted for the six-course surprise menu, which was absolutely fantastic from start to finish – creatively presented and a true culinary experience. What made our visit particularly special, however, was the incredibly friendly and attentive staff. From the very first moment, you feel welcome and perfectly cared for. If you're looking for excellent food in the area and value outstanding service, this is the place to go. We'll definitely be back!

A beautiful hotel with great attention to detail. Super friendly from the moment we arrived until our departure. The food...a dream! A huge compliment for such a cozy atmosphere, making us feel comfortable and able to enjoy ourselves! ...is at the very top of my list to return to!!!

We are absolutely thrilled. We've stayed here five times so far and have been completely satisfied every time. The room, the pool area, and the spa were all fantastic. The staff and the owners are incredibly kind. The breakfast and the other meals are also excellent. For us, this place leaves nothing to be desired. We've already booked again and are looking forward to our next stay.

A lovely hotel with warm and welcoming hosts. We felt very comfortable from the moment we arrived. The hotel is located on the edge of town, yet it's just a short walk to the bus stop, which provides easy access to Merano, Burgstall, and other destinations. A beautiful, large outdoor swimming pool with warm water refreshed us after our hikes, and we also enjoyed relaxing in the saunas. The food was delicious, attractively presented, and plentiful. I especially loved the small rolls at breakfast; you could try several different kinds. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our four-night stay. Everything was perfect: the heated outdoor pool, the food, the lovely rooms, and the beautiful spa area. Everywhere you look, everything is just right. The food was also excellent. We would come back in a heartbeat. Thank you to the whole team.
