15/10/2025: The restaurant looks very nice... large spaces, nice decor, welcoming staff. On a Thursday evening, two of us arrived without a reservation and were seated immediately. The food is excellent... The only downside is that some dishes sell out quickly, so even though they're on the menu and we weren't told anything beforehand, we had to change our order three times. The pizzas also look good, but we didn't have a chance to try them.

15/10/2025: Turned up at 220pm and was turned away as they were closed, despite them having listed on google kitchen open till 3pm

13/10/2025: 2 km from Laion, along the main road leading to Ortisei. Bus stop nearby. Spacious, warm, and clean rooms. Very kind and helpful owners. We opted for half-board, and the food was excellent, with a choice of two starters, two main courses, and two desserts, as well as a generous vegetable buffet. Convenient parking. Definitely recommended for those staying in the area.

08/12/2025: We stopped at this restaurant for dinner and had an extremely positive experience. The staff, always friendly and helpful, welcomed us with great professionalism, making us feel immediately at ease. The dishes were truly excellent and so generous that I decided to take a second course home. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to enjoy traditional local cuisine, carefully prepared and served in a warm, welcoming setting, characterized by wooden beams that create a particularly pleasant atmosphere. I would gladly return. Highly recommended!

21/11/2025: I paid €38.90 for a master brewer's platter that contained reheated food, which, I'm sorry to say, was of poor quality. A tough, clearly pre-cooked pork knuckle, a sausage of undefined color and flavor, two slices of smoked meat I can't classify because they were dry and full of fat. A tasteless, lukewarm dumpling, and some sauerkraut I barely touched. Then a small pan of seasoned, half-raw sautéed potatoes, a medium beer, and a bottle of water. I never want to leave negative reviews, but there are places that, in my opinion, are asking for them, and you can't ignore them. The bill was exorbitant for practically nothing. Absolutely not recommended.

12/09/2025: A restaurant and pizzeria in the city center. All the dishes are delicious and the portions are generous. The pizza is excellent, even at lunchtime. Highly recommended.

12/11/2025: A spectacular sight; the landscape is beautiful, the combination of the Dolomites and the little houses with their wooden roofs and full of flowers is very beautiful.

26/10/2025: The cable car ride itself is a small adventure – especially if you sit right at the front and dare to gaze down into the depths. If you're not afraid of heights, you'll love the view even during the ride! The prices, however, are less pleasant: For an adult and a seven-year-old child, you pay a hefty €56. The lady at the ticket office could have been a bit friendlier too – she apparently didn't think it was appropriate for us to sit down on the bench before buying our tickets. After the steep hike from the parking garage (it's really quite uphill!), we just needed a moment to catch our breath. Once at the top, however, the slight annoyance is quickly forgotten. The view is simply breathtaking – mountains as far as the eye can see, and a feeling of freedom that is hard to describe. An absolute highlight! If you like, you should definitely plan the leisurely walk to the summit cross. At around 1.5 hours (if you take it easy), the trail is easily manageable and leads through beautiful alpine scenery. Just before the summit cross, the rustic Raschötz Alpine Hut awaits hungry hikers, and right at the mountain station, you can also stop for a bite to eat and round off the day. We were there at the end of August.

03/12/2025: Great place, very friendly owners and waiters. The atmosphere is welcoming and familiar. The place is clean and well-maintained.

13/11/2025: Today I was totally disappointed with the quality of the food. The meat was burnt and when I called to report it he kept saying he didn't understand if I was speaking clearly and in the end he just told me to send a photo. He didn't even have the courtesy to apologize or call back to remedy the inconvenience and it is not advisable to order home delivery.

14/12/2025: Not only do you eat quality traditional Trentino cuisine, but the atmosphere is pleasant and the staff is courteous. It's best to book in advance.

14/12/2025: The attentive and discreet service at this restaurant is the perfect complement to the impeccable traditional cuisine. The wine list is simple, mostly local, but well-researched. The wine and recommended dishes are perfect. Well done ☺️

07/12/2025: We came up to spend a weekend visiting relatives in Coredo, we stayed at this hotel and had a great time! Very spacious, warm, and spotlessly clean room, helpful staff, and everything was perfect 💪🏼💪🏼

29/10/2025: I haven't been this impressed in a long time! A truly charming atmosphere and really good, high-quality home-style cooking! Very friendly service, and the owner was right there in the thick of things and so incredibly likeable 👏🏻 The food was served quickly, too. Tip: Try the trio of dumplings and the Kaiserschmarrn! 🤤 The only downside is the very narrow entrance and parking situation. But that somehow fits with the "hidden gem" vibe 😅

15/08/2025: The place is very nice, with outdoor seating, and is ideal for families with children because there's a large green area where they can run around in plain sight. Easy to get to, and convenient parking. The cured meats and meats are excellent, but we drank a Gewurzt from a well-known winery, which didn't taste like Gewurzt...the wine quality could be improved. The food was quite good.

The orders arrived quickly, in less than 10 minutes, and the portions were generous. We are six adults and ordered five dishes, which was more than enough. Our experience with the dishes: • Red Pasta: Very delicious, I highly recommend it, with a slight spiciness. • White Pasta (similar to fettuccine): Delicious. • Vegetable and Mushroom Pizza: Very tasty. • Spinach Pasta: My father loved it. Our order consisted of: 5 dishes + 2 waters Cost: €120 The restaurant had a very pleasant atmosphere, with comfortable seating, and although it was cold outside, the inside was warm and cozy. The staff were extremely polite, and a few of them even greeted us with “Assalamu Alaikum.” Ordering was very easy since they spoke English, and the food was halal. 07/12/2025: We stopped here for lunch, but unfortunately the experience wasn't entirely satisfying. The food quality seemed average to me and definitely not up to par with the prices, which I think are a bit high for what's on offer. The atmosphere is pleasant and the staff is courteous, which made for a pleasant lunch nonetheless.

16/10/2025: Delicious food and friendly service. I personally find the kräutersalat going better with the goulash than with the original dish. Thank you for the free local wine :)

29/09/2025: A small, fine restaurant in a small alley – typically Italian. We had a fish soup, which I think was the best I've ever eaten. Served with the pizza dough topping, it was simply fantastic. We also had a fish risotto and steak with boiled potatoes, both incredibly delicious and beautifully presented. For us, it was the best meal of the entire week. Everything was just perfect here – that's why we're giving it all the Dolce Vita stars!

10/12/2025: Very nice place, we ordered fettuccine with ragù, they brought us fusilli with ragù on top, saying they didn't have fettuccine. We sent everything back, then they told us that tagliatelle were available but we would have to wait. If maybe they offered us alternatives instead of bringing us what they decided... then the fusilli instead of fettuccine (the only type of pasta I don't like) I basically didn't like the way they presented it. The carne salada was excellent anyway. I recommend asking customers for alternatives so you can possibly choose another type of pasta, by doing so they made themselves ridiculous.
