02/07/2025: A wonderful and quaint restaurant – both indoors and outdoors. The service is incredibly good; you're served quickly and attentively. You don't have to wait long for the food either. The dishes are hearty and delicious! We enjoyed them so much that we even ate there twice on our trip. We can highly recommend this restaurant!

30/06/2025: We've been coming to Lake Kaltern for several years now. Weis-Keller has always been a staple. The food was okay, the location nice, but the team was always great. They were in a good mood, always had a good joke, and a pleasant conversation. Apparently, that's not so important anymore. We had a reservation and arrived 25 minutes early. Without even asking for our names, we were turned away, told our table wasn't free yet. This was despite the fact that tables were available. Remember, we had a reservation! After 25 minutes, we returned, were actually asked for our names, and were given exactly one of the tables that had been free 25 minutes earlier. We ordered immediately, but the wait for drinks was 20 minutes, almost at the same time as the food. Friendliness? Almost zero. My wife got her plate with her back turned because the next table was being served at the same time. I observed the rolling eyes of the waiters at other tables. There was only so much food... getting spare ribs that dry is almost an art. That was definitely our last visit to Weis-Keller.

03/07/2025: We visited the garden bar a few times during our stay in Bolzano. Very nice park-like bar with great food and drinks. From an American perspective, the food and drink prices were very reasonable.

10/06/2025: A garden in Bolzano that every guest should see. We stopped by the cozy bar in the evening. There's soft music playing, and the service and drinks—even the non-alcoholic ones—are excellent, served with olives, croutons, and wasabi nuts. The ambiance is heavenly and well worth a visit.

11/07/2025: While passing through Rovereto, we dined at this charming and well-stocked restaurant. Excellent game and traditional dishes.

11/07/2025: We came to this restaurant inspired by the reviews and photos, but the menu has changed from the one on Google. The prices are higher, and in my opinion, the menu lacks identity and isn't particularly rich or inviting. In short, it doesn't represent Rovereto or how the restaurant aims to be. The tataki was nothing special for €25, the goulash was decent, but the polenta was completely tasteless and bland. The only redeeming feature was the dumplings; they were very good, tasty, and plentiful. Having not tried the other dishes, I can't give a full review, but I was left unsatisfied and a little disappointed.

30/06/2025: The atmosphere is informal and the pizza didn't excite me. I normally go to another place but I said to myself: let's try something different. I was disappointed, if only for the pizza. Then, for goodness sake, it's a matter of taste, someone else might like this more than the one I'm used to. In any case, as far as the service goes, nothing to say, on the contrary, very friendly and courteous staff.

02/05/2025: Con alcuni amici, trovandoci in zona, abbiamo pensato di fare una escursione da Cavareno ai laghetti di Ruffré, il tutto intervallato da una piacevole sosta per il pranzo presso l’Agritur Coflari Ranch. Siamo stati fortunati e, anche per la bellissima giornata, abbiamo potuto pranzare all’aperto. Il posto é molto gradevole, tenuto molto bene ed accogliente. Buono il servizio, i piatti (molto abbondandi) si sono confermati gustosi e pienamente rispettosi della migliore tradizione trentina (tortei di patate, carne salada e cavolo cappuccio con speck, é stata la nostra scelta). Il prezzo contenuto e rispondente alle caratteristiche e qualità delle materie prime. Una ottima esperienza, in un tranquillo e bellissimo contesto.

21/06/2025: I stayed at this hotel for a summer vacation in July and the experience was nothing short of perfect. Excellent owners, friendly and helpful. The strong point is the Spa and its large spaces compared to the competition. Excellent restaurant. Excellent standard double room with its enchanting wood scent.

06/06/2025: Great hotel in Riscone, just outside Brunico. Half of the hotel has been completely renovated, very nice rooms and common areas, nice spa even if small. Very good restaurant, fantastic wine list and focused on the wonders of South Tyrol

Fabulous risotto. Very good duck. Very good desserts too. Courteous and professional service. Applause to the Chef.
