01/07/2024: Relaxing environment, small but beautiful, with tables outside for the summer, very good and particularly refined food, "served buffet" system, too bad they don't open for dinner, in my opinion it would always be full.

22/08/2024: You put your heart into it. Great, quick service and very tasty food. There is always a great daily menu. It's a very idyllic place to sit under grapes. In the back there is a huge children's play area. For campers there is a parking space behind the restaurant in the middle of an apple orchard. We stood there very quietly.

20/08/2024: We just made a quick stop to quench our thirst. However, very nice innkeepers. We didn't try any of the food, but there was a great menu with regional dishes.

20/08/2024: The food was very good The starters were excellent, the fish main course was perfectly fried. The pizzas were great and the vegan food was also impressive. Only it could have been a little more seasoned for my taste, but everyone eats a little differently. Dessert was really great. The service was very enthusiastic and friendly. We were decgs people for dinner.

03/08/2024: Prima volta in questo ristorante pizzeria a Merano, location informale, graziosa e accogliente con un bellissimo spazio esterno. Abbiamo assaggiato Gulasch Knoedel, Bandnudel Hirschragout, Wienerschnitzel, tutto delizioso e realizzato con buone materie prime. Accoglienza cordiale e servizio veloce. I prezzi dei piatti sono adeguati alla proposta e alla qualità offerta, da provare se si è in zona.

15/08/2024: Super nice (old) Alm, with the best fried potatoes. Top service 👍. The Alm is located in a beautiful valley, surrounded by high mountains just before the ice farms. A steady climb of 300 m in a sunny location is a little more demanding but doable.

02/06/2024: Incredibly good food in a place you probably wouldn't look for it. This great restaurant is hidden a little away from the towns and with a beautiful view of the mountains. When we arrived there were no free seats. The young waitress was very friendly and asked us to wait a while because she suspected that a table would soon become available. After a short time we had our table. The prices are great and the portions are very reasonable. We had the beef goulash and dessert, everything was very tasty. We can highly recommend the restaurant.

20/08/2024: Positive experience from all points of view. On a landscape level, the location is truly suggestive. It is located at the beginning of the beautiful Val Ciamin and right next to an ancient water-powered sawmill. The food, although not very wide in choice, is made with well-cooked local products. Above all, the trout stands out, cooked naturally, with beautiful side dishes. The grill is also excellent.

19/08/2024: The pizza of the day was to die for. An absolute recommendation

04/08/2024: We were just there for 14 days and were really thrilled with it...The view is just great every day. We found the room to be completely sufficient for the two of us, especially since you have the huge terrace when you go out, which is divided into private ones Area directly in front of the rooms and the common area that can be used by everyone... The breakfast was always good and varied. (salami, ham, cheese, fruit, cake, juice, yoghurt, coffee machine, cereal, croissants, honey, jam. There is also a toaster for white bread and you can also fry eggs if you wish Let's forget about the breakfast service. We found everyone nice, regardless of whether it was reception, waiters, cleaning staff, etc. Many products are made in-house, far beyond the balsamic vinegar or the olive oil. You can even get a short tour of the production facilities, which was very entertaining (also thanks to the very nice Luca...) We went to the attached restaurant twice, which were both quite good The pool (and small whirlpool) shouldn't go unmentioned, of course. It's not huge, but it's great for cooling off every day. The room was cleaned every day, the towels changed on request. We had the feeling that overall A lot of effort was made to give the guests a good time. Two quick points that can also be mentioned: The 'cooling system' in the rooms is a kind of floor cooling which ensures that the tiles are often a bit damp. We found That's not a bad thing, but it was often over 30° in the two weeks. And the restaurant is often very busy in the evenings, which can lead to some parking stress if you come back by car at exactly that time. But in the end we always found something. We would come back at any time and were overall very satisfied.

23/07/2024: Pergine Castle has only one star but it deserves 10!!! Perfectly maintained and preserved in its originality (as far as possible since some furnishings and other things were stolen) by Cristina who is truly a very good Queen of her castle🫶 if you need relaxation and no stress you absolutely must stay here! Super and abundant breakfast.

08/08/2024: Spectacular location with a wonderful view of Lake Caldaro and the vineyards. The style is very elegant and suggestive, even if the bathrooms are really TOO black. The menu is quite limited, but varied and the food excellent. There is also a lot of choice of cocktails (including non-alcoholic ones). Extremely friendly and kind service, shame it's really too slow. Other than that it's a real gem. To be recommended.
