13/07/2025: The menu is rather extensive, and we had the tagliatelle with mushrooms and sliced Angus beef. Both were delicious and well-seasoned. The restaurant is conveniently located, just a short walk from both the Seceda and Alpe di Siusi cable car stations. It can get a little crowded and noisy during peak hours, but still a great spot for a satisfying meal after a day in the mountains.

12/07/2025: The restaurant is nice and tidy. Risotto 10/10 🍚 Margherita pizza 8/10. It was very thin but acceptable 🍕 Crème brûlée 100000/10. Very delicious 🍮✨ Orange juice was like Sunquick. I didn't like it.

06/07/2025: Historic place in the valley. If you want to eat properly made potato tortei, this is the right place. The owner is always available and attentive to the needs of customers. Recommended.

02/07/2025: Good food, friendly staff. I had the sausages with polenta and they were very tasty (would have been perfect with a little less salt) but overall it was a great dinner. Recommended!

02/05/2025: Wir waren wie jedes Jahr, mal wieder im Knödelglück , mit Freunden, zum Essen und um den herrlichen Blick über Meran zu genießen. Der Service war nicht wie immer herzlich und freundlich, was uns schon ein bisschen irritierte,lauter fremde Gesichter. Die Karte schien auch etwas geschrumpfter mit weniger Angeboten. Wie bestellten 2x Knödeltris, Schnitzel und Gnocchi mit Ragout. Die Knödel kamen aus der Tüte,das Schnitzel aus der Fritteuse und das Ragout war trocken und lieblos hergerichtet. Wir bestellten zu den Knödeln extra Krautsalat,der sonst dazu gehörte, und bekamen einen kleinen Klecks dick geschnittenes Kraut, das geht gar nicht. Auf den sonst so leckeren Nachtisch verzichteten wir! Uns schien es, als wenn der Besitzer gewechselt hat . Das war nicht das Essen welches wir gewohnt waren.Schade!

20/06/2025: We stumbled upon Zum Falken in Girlan quite by chance – and were completely thrilled. The hospitality was exceptionally warm; you immediately feel welcome. The food was really good – fresh, regional, and made with love. Our children were also well looked after; overall, it was very child-friendly and relaxed. What was particularly nice was the quiet location and the pleasant, relaxed atmosphere. You can tell it's a family business – with a lot of personal commitment and attention to detail. The prices are absolutely fair. A definite recommendation!

A huge thank you to the entire team for the outstanding menu! What is brought from the kitchen to the plates here is truly culinary art at a very high level. It was a great menu where you could taste the attention to detail, the quality of the fresh, seasonal, mostly regional products and the creative sophistication in every component. The dishes were not only visually beautifully presented, but also perfectly balanced in terms of taste, excitingly pointed and consistently a delight. The service was in no way inferior! Very attentive, warm and simply perfect. Thank you very much again for so kindly implementing the wish I expressed in advance via email. Not only was everything as hoped, but it was also handled so personally and warmly - that really made the evening special. You can feel the passion for excellent food and outstanding service here. 24/06/2025: Arrogant, impatient, unhelpful waiter, that gave the impression of being too full of himself for the job. Interestingly, he was the complete opposite of the host, who was kind, energetic, and extremely willing to help. We had parmesan soup, which was the only worthwhile course in the whole dinner. The pizzas were disappointing, barely had any cheese. I didn't like the local "tyrolean cuisine", for the escape of which, this place is appreciated in my eyes.

25/06/2025: MUST of all our holidays in the Ledro/Garda area. Very good Carne Salada, both raw and cooked. Fabulous appetizer with their giardiniera and cured meats. Fair prices considering the quality of their raw materials. The girls on the staff are very kind and helpful. Large free parking and dogs are welcome. Highly recommended!

17/03/2025: Hotel in the center of Campiglio with a view of the famous 3/tre slope. Clean rooms, welcoming common areas and excellent and varied food, but above all the kindness and availability of the owners make the difference. Spa large and complete with a beautiful hot tub with a view. What can I say, I hope to return soon!
