28/07/2025: Ich hatte das Restaurant aus meiner Kindheit in guter Erinnerung. Leider wurden wir an dem Abend sehr enttäuscht. Sowohl, dass für einen zweiten Teller (der zu spät zum teilenden Gericht kam) wurde etwas berechnet als auch der „Willkommensdrink“ der als Gast des Hotels umsonst sein sollte. Als wir das mit dem Drink anmerken wollten, wurde der Chef ausfallend und laut und hat (vermutlich!) das Getränk aus der Tasche seiner Mitarbeiterin (die den Fehler wohl gemacht hat) zahlen lassen. Die Mitarbeiter rannten rum wie aufgescheuchte Hühner, bei dem Chef und der ständigen Angst im Nacken wohl kein Wunder! Leider ein rundum katastrophaler Abend! Essen war ok! Große Portionen, allerdings keine besonders gute Qualität. ✌🏻

26/07/2025: Wir hatten den Ruster Biergarten eigentlich in schöner Erinnerung – mein Mann war früher schon mit seinen Eltern hier, wir waren mehrfach mit unseren Kindern da, und diesmal wollten unsere inzwischen erwachsenen Kinder ein weiteres Mal gemeinsam dort essen. Der Anlass war der 60. Geburtstag meines Mannes Leider wurde der Abend eine große Enttäuschung. Das Essen war bestenfalls durchschnittlich – eher Masse statt Klasse. Das Personal wirkte durchweg hektisch und angespannt, was wohl auch mit dem äußerst unfreundlichen Chef zusammenhängt. Es entstand der Eindruck, dass das Team regelrecht Angst vor ihm hat. Ein kleiner, aber bezeichnender Punkt: Für einen zweiten Teller zum Teilen einer Vorspeise wurden 1,50 € berechnet – mit der Begründung, dass es kein Gedeck gibt. Das mag formell stimmen, aber in Lokalen, die ein Gedeck berechnen, bekommt man dafür üblicherweise einen Brotkorb mit Öl oder Butter – hier gibt es nichts dergleichen. Auf der Rechnung war zudem ein kleiner Fehler. Als wir höflich um Korrektur baten, hatte man das Gefühl, dass die sehr freundliche junge Bedienung den Fehler aus eigener Tasche begleichen musste – was uns sehr unangenehm war. Als wir schließlich das Gespräch mit dem Chef suchten, wollte er erst gar nicht zu uns kommen. Auf unser Bestehen hin erschien er doch – jedoch ausfallend, respektlos und in einem Ton, der völlig unangebracht war. Wörtlich sagte er: „Dann schreiben Sie doch eine Bewertung!“ Dieser Satz spricht für sich – Gästezufriedenheit scheint hier keine Rolle zu spielen. Offenbar verlässt man sich auf täglich neue Kundschaft. Sehr schade – ein Ort, den wir einst mochten, hat sich für uns leider komplett verändert. Wir werden nicht wiederkommen – und können es auch niemandem mit gutem Gewissen empfehlen.

25/08/2025: Beautiful, traditional, family-run restaurant. You're welcomed like family with a smile and kindness. The food is truly delicious and home-cooked. The prices are very reasonable. We had a really good time and I highly recommend it for a traditional meal.

03/07/2025: In terms of food quality, it's a McDonald's, there's nothing to complain about. You go there, you know what you want, and you get what you want. Efficient. As for the welcome and service, however, frankly, there's something to complain about. My friend and I had just spent a grueling day on our bikes (we were coming from Ried im Oberinntal, 160km before!) and we were both out of battery, injured, and simply looking for some peace and quiet and something to charge. The staff's vehemence when we tried to park our bikes inside was beyond compare, even though there were scooters parked haphazardly upstairs. Because of you, we had to sleep at Marius's (the nudist, Diogenes syndrome supplement). Embarrassing.

03/07/2025: I waited 30 minutes for my food and for it to be called "fast food" it was slow. I could have gone to a restaurant and gotten the food quicker and the quality would have been better. And the food was cold.

01/03/2025: Rifugio Strepitoso ! Accogliente , curato in ogni minimo particolare . Siamo stati lì per cena , un atmosfera indescrivibile ! Per non parlare del cibo …… tutto veramente buono. Dalla carne al pesce hai primi! Direi che non c’è nulla da aggiungere ….. se non un consiglio , se andate a Corvara , andate a trascorrere una serata qui !

29/01/2025: Bellissimo posto, terrazzo molto accogliente al sole. Buona qualità del cibo (non da top, ma molto buona). Peccato non ci sia servizio ai tavoli seppur i prezzi sono come se ci fosse.

17/08/2025: The owner is rude and dismissive. She constantly complains, refuses to charge with a credit card (when it's mandatory), and if you ask for it, she gets upset and rude! Highly discouraged.

04/03/2025: Ristorante molto accogliente location molto bella curata e rilassante. Dai proprietari allo staff tutti gentilissimi e accoglienti. Si mangia benissimo e trovate il miglior Spritz di Andalo . Super consigliato piatti della cucina deliziosi così come le pizze delicate e squisite.

26/02/2025: Beautiful bar. Very kind. First we went to the Duomo bar next door and they literally kicked us out. We came to this bar and the waitress Chaimaa was perfect and very kind, it was even her first day. The music was also interactive and fun, as soon as we arrived they even opened the heating lamps for us. Furthermore, the price is very convenient, €2 for a cappuccino (even after 5) instead of €2.30 in the bar next door. Not only convenient but also delicious! 10/10 recommended

19/06/2025: Good restaurant beside the hotel. We’ve tried Italian and Indian food. All dishes were very good and we enjoyed the atmosphere. We would recommend this restaurant.

25/06/2025: Locale adiacente un piccolo campeggio molto rustico costruito internamente di tronchi di legno cucina tipicamente trentina piatti abbondanti meritano minzione le tagliatelle spesse e ruvide con ragù di selvaggina!!! Prezzo nella norma

24/03/2025: Che dire in una serata di marzo, prendere l’ovovia alle 20 e giungere in questo locale sconosciuto, essere accolti da focolari all’esterno che rendono l’atmosfera magica. All’interno la società che ci ha invitato aveva organizzato un buffet di antipasti pantagruelico. A seguire primo, secondo e dolce serviti al tavolo. Personale gentilissimo e super disponibile. A chiudere musica e balli. All’una di notte l ovovia ti riporta in paese. Fantastico.

22/03/2025: Personale molto simpatico e ben disposto, locale pulito e ben curato con un panorama veramente fantastico I ragazzi del bar Diego e Pioggia hanno saputo assecondare al meglio ogni nostra richiesta per tutta la settimana Dalle 2 in poi la festa è assicurata Lo consiglio a tutti

29/06/2025: Closed. According to the note attached to the door, they only work in the winter season. There are no other bakeries in town, apart from the market in the center that opens at 8:30. If you are out early for a walk in the cool air and want to stock up on some sandwiches, I recommend you plan differently.

02/04/2025: It should be 4.6 at least! A lovely find on the high street. Quality made to order sandwiches, beautiful bread, freshly made biscuits, coffee and lovely people serving you! You cannot see in from the high street, but you have to go! Quality produce, we went three times in the week and tried different things each time! The strudel is delicious! And we r fussy!

13/07/2025: Sono stato a mangiare a pranzo con tutta la mia famiglia in questo rifugio e ho trovato uno staff molto gentile e cortese che sanno fare molto bene il suo lavoro quando l’ambiente è positivo il servizio si riflette sul cliente ed in questo caso il servizio è stato ottimo complimenti a tutto lo staff, ma soprattutto a Daniel

13/06/2025: Volevo terminare in bellezza una bellissima vacanza con un tempo favoloso, in uno dei posti più stupefacenti d'Italia, invece sono capitata in un locale che più che un rifugio o comunque un posto d'accoglienza Montanaro mi sembra un manicomio. Camerieri, evidentemente sovraccarichi di lavoro, danno i numeri in un posto che definire squallido è fargli un complimento: non c'è la minima cura in nessuna parte del locale e non è lontanamente paragonabile a tutti gli altri rifugi, malghe e posti di ristoro che voi potete trovare a Seceda e all'Alpe di Chiusi. A dispetto della vista meravigliosa il locale è veramente di ultima categoria. Non posso giudicare la qualità del cibo visto che con l'andazzo che c'era mi sono limitata a ordinare un semplice succo di frutta. Veramente una pessima sorpresa.
