Beautiful view, great terrace. We had Kaiserschmarrn, which was a bit small. The staff was very friendly and we were served promptly.

In our opinion, the best mountain hut/restaurant in the entire ski area. A magnificent panorama meets delicious food. Whether it's fresh pizza from the stone oven, homemade apple strudel, shepherd's macaroni, or much more, everything here is always delicious and at fair prices. If you're in the area, you should definitely stop by. It's absolutely worth it. Best regards, Martin

Great panoramic view. The usual food selection; we found the pizza good, the pasta dishes rather mediocre. The tiramisu and apple strudel were good. However, the prices are also relatively inexpensive.

A modern refuge with spacious interiors and exteriors, a playground, excellent food, friendly staff, and moderate prices. We were a group of six adults and six children. They brought us books and coloring books for the kids, the service was very fast, and we had a delicious lunch. We left a small tip, and the one coffee we ordered after lunch was also free. Recommended!

I'm usually a bit skeptical of the large slope restaurants but nothing to complain here. Friendly and accommodating staff, fresh food, nice views, very clean bathrooms. Also, veggie options available .

The Jochtal mountain restaurant is located in Vals in the Gitschberg-Jochtal ski area, right next to the mountain station. Here you can enjoy good food at fair prices, with everything from typical South Tyrolean dishes to pizza. Next to the restaurant, there's also a lovely children's playground, which is especially convenient for families with children.
