Passaparola In Levico terme

The food was typical of Trentino, and deliciously prepared. We've been there three times and were very satisfied each time. The local rosé wine was excellent. We will definitely eat there again when we're back in Levico. Thank you for your hospitality.

I really enjoyed my meal. The food was excellent, with flavors to suit all tastes, from the most delicate to the most daring. I had a well-stocked appetizer of cured meats and cheeses, complete with a sublime jam. We chose two first courses and two second courses, both truly excellent; the meat melted in my mouth. Thank you so much for making such a relaxing evening possible.

Well, what can I say? What a great find! While visiting Levico Terme, we searched Google for a restaurant that served traditional Trentino cuisine, without frills or fancy fare that would rip off customers. We chose Passaparola, and it was the perfect choice. It's a traditional restaurant, the owner Marco is a wonderful, down-to-earth, and approachable person, but the food...simply sensational. I still dream about the canederlotti, not to mention the beef stew with polenta and mushrooms. My partner had the pansotti and pork cheeks and was thrilled. Add the excellent house Teroldego, and the whole thing is complete. The portions were generous, and we walked out rolling and spent €45 each, which, considering everything we ate and drank, is reasonable! We hope to return soon!

Excellent restaurant highly recommended

The tagliatelle with venison ragù are delicious!! We discovered this place by chance, but I recommend you go and try these delicious tagliatelle! The ragù and pasta are incredibly fresh!
