09/04/2026: We ordered BBQ spare ribs. A vegetable plate was served. I don't need zucchini, eggplant, or any other vegetables with spare ribs.

17/03/2026: Once I discovered this wine bar, I found myself coming back every evening during my ski trip for aperitif time—I only wish I had found it sooner. Max is a fantastic host, the wines are excellent, and his recommendations are always worth trying. Whether the bar is busy or quiet, the atmosphere remains warm, friendly, and unpretentious. This place was truly one of the highlights of my week in San Vigilio. Hopefully I will be back next season.

31/01/2026: It's not a hotel, it's more of a B&B. There's no reception, so you have to make do with everything. Breakfast is served, but it's late, in my opinion. The rooms are somewhat comfortable. In short, there are some things that could be improved.

17/05/2026: The mountain hut is easy to reach with a very short walk from the parking lot. The place is beautiful, with various animals to observe up close and a small playground. The problem, as we've noted in the past when we came for dinner, is the management. No smiles, no welcome, no manners. Arriving in the afternoon with three other customers, we stood for 10 minutes watching the baristas, hoping they'd come to our table. They glanced at us fleetingly with mournful expressions, but nothing. So at the counter, we asked for a coffee and a macchiato. The barista even took a note on a piece of paper (!), and we received... 2 macchiatos. Obviously, "thank you," "you're welcome," and "goodbye" don't exist here. That's fine for them, just because there's no competition. Being locals, we're used to the good-natured grumpiness of the locals, but we definitely won't be returning.

30/03/2026: they say they are open everyday but then you go up a Sunday and they are closed without any warning in the entire hike

14/05/2026: I'm only reviewing the food here. I had simple but very tasty spaghetti al ragu, and my husband had spaghetti al amatriciana. It's not always about over-seasoning; honest cooking that uses little and still delights the palate is what truly matters.

30/04/2026: My experience with the hotel staff was unfortunately very unpleasant. I was staying at a nearby hotel that does not have its own parking, so I stopped for about 30 seconds in their parking area only to drop off my wife and child. Shortly after, a man from the staff approached me in a very aggressive and inappropriate manner, telling me that I had no business being there if I was not a guest of their hotel. I politely asked him for just a minute of understanding, but he responded with offensive language in Italian and rudely dismissed me. I left immediately. This incident was very disappointing, especially since I had planned to visit their restaurant later that evening. After this experience, I cannot recommend this place. At the very least, I would expect a basic level of respectful and professional communication.

25/08/2025: I had a wonderful time at this family-run agriturismo. You immediately feel at home. It's a great location for hiking. Beautiful views, peace, and quiet. I had the opportunity to have dinner. The food was excellent and good value. The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional. Recommended.

08/02/2026: The trip to and from the 2026 Olympic mixed biathlon event was very poorly organized. The outbound journey took two hours, the return three hours, through mud and at night, in overcrowded buses with people collapsing from exhaustion. The buses were not given priority, and the Carabinieri were outnumbered and overwhelmed.

03/07/2025: A very cozy outdoor dining area, authentic and friendly staff, unique and high-quality drinks and snacks (the pulled pork focaccia is especially recommended 👌), and all this right in the center of Auer! We'd definitely love to come back! Highly recommended! ❤️

04/04/2026: I really like the pizza at Blue Sax and eat it often. One special feature of the place is that it has a Sky subscription, which I occasionally use to watch tennis matches. The owner and waitresses are really kind!
