09/10/2025: The good reviews made us eagerly anticipate the country inn. However, my dumpling trio was rather hard and dry. And the grilled meats weren't very juicy either. Unfortunately, we wouldn't go back.

06/01/2026: We ate very well. The owners were kind, friendly, and helpful in providing us with directions. The wine was truly good, fruity, light, and pleasant, even for those unfamiliar with it. We had an appetizer set out beautifully, as pictured, three first courses, including strangolaoreti (a type of pasta) and polenta with exceptional cod. And to top it all off, dessert was also included. Affordable prices.

20/12/2025: We went there for lunch with my in-laws for the first time. The restaurant has just one small, intimate dining room, typical of an osteria. The staff is incredibly kind and friendly, and the food is delicious and simple, ranging from the classic tagliatelle with ragù to the potato roll with spinach and ricotta. Everything was delicious. Not to mention the desserts; I had the cheesecake, which was fantastic. I highly recommend stopping by if you're passing by.

12/12/2025: A place that at first glance seems authentic but then leaves you a bit disappointed. The waiter says they do good fish, and we opt for that. The dishes actually look inviting, as do the generous portions. The mussels and clams sauté is not bad, although the thyme is a bit out of place. For the first course, we order the seafood gnocchi, which has the same sauce as the mussels and clams, and after a while, you can't eat it. The other first course, the seafood risotto, is good if it weren't for the stick of butter in it... after three forkfuls, it falls out of your eyes. It's a shame they don't know how to make the most of the raw ingredients.

10/10/2025: TOP view, TOP chalet, TOP cuisine, TOP hospitality, TOP relaxation - that's what sets the Pennhof apart! The Pennhof is a place where we were able to recharge our body, mind, and soul in a very short time - the view of the Sciliar from the chalet and garden alone provides peace and energy. Beautiful hiking trails with fantastic views of the Dolomites, vineyards, and apple orchards are nearby. You can also enjoy perfect mountain views through the chalets' large windows, directly from your bed, from the sauna relaxation area, or from the infinity pool. Our favorite ritual was cooling off in the pool from the heated wooden hot tub on our chalet terrace - what an invigorating feeling! The cuisine at the Pennhof is outstanding - especially the freshly squeezed juices and the delicious organic egg dishes are particularly noteworthy - as are every single course of the evening menu. The entire staff was extremely friendly and helpful; you simply feel at home at the Pennhof! THANK YOU for the wonderful break and time to recharge!

13/01/2026: It's been renovated and is now under new management. All-you-can-eat is also available. The service is always polite, fast, and fresh. I recommend coming here as soon as it opens to get your food as quickly as possible with the all-you-can-eat option. There might be a wait during peak hours, but it's all perfectly manageable. Definitely recommended! Since I've seen in other reviews that many people have communication problems, I recommend simply writing down the phone numbers and giving them to them; then everything will go smoothly.

03/01/2026: A stay at Neuhaus Castle in South Tyrol is like a dream come true. It's not just a building that resembles a castle – it's a real castle, lovingly restored over time, preserving its original beauty. The castle boasts a magnificent tower with a new roof, offering breathtaking views. The complex also features its own chapel with relics, from whose tower you can enjoy another captivating panorama. The original bells, rescued before the First World War, still ring today – even traditionally on New Year's Day. The interior is furnished in an antique style with genuine antiques, yet exudes warmth and comfort – not least thanks to the magnificent tiled stoves. The rooms are cozy and offer a peaceful retreat. The culinary experience is in a league of its own: Andy, the chef, is a true virtuoso, and his dishes are of a five-star standard. Parking is available directly at the castle, and there is also a sauna and a whirlpool, a wonderful addition outside of the winter season. Upon arrival, you are greeted by the lord of the castle, Siegfried. He is a wonderful man, without whom this castle would not exist – he is the true soul of this place. This was my second fascinating visit, and each time I discover new antiques that touch my heart. Special praise is due to the wonderful staff. Although we were a large group of about 45 people (families with children), the team was absolutely perfect, warm, and anticipated our every need. We didn't just feel like guests, but like part of the castle – like the lords themselves, like nobility. Best regards, Marek

04/02/2026: Our go-to place for the kids' ski school. Where we have lunch on the last day before leaving, on the terrace facing Sasso Lungo, kissed by the sun! Beautiful!
