10/01/2026: A great place to enjoy a coffee or a snack. There's also a cozy upstairs dining room. In nice weather, you can sit outside in the beautiful Piazza del Nettuno.

20/09/2025: The waitress was alone, and we had to wait 10 minutes at the counter before we could order. We ordered two aperitivos and two sandwiches. After 10 minutes, the waitress reported that she was out of grilled vegetables and buffalo mozzarella. She couldn't make us an aperitivo either because she didn't have any drinks. We were very disappointed, so we left after waiting at least 20 minutes.

28/02/2026: Café Trude in Kaltern completely won me over. I was particularly impressed by the staff: friendly, attentive, and pleasantly relaxed – without ever being intrusive. ♥️
I had a delicious, thick hot chocolate and a slice of cake – both were absolutely delicious and highly recommended. The prices are also reasonable, especially considering the quality. Very convenient: they accept both cash and card payments.
The only slight drawback is the location directly on the main road. However, this hardly detracts from the overall experience – a clear 5 stars from me!

The owner's kindness (like someone straight out of a Brothers Grimm tale) is embarrassing, and he manages to make you feel at home.

Everytime great food, fast service, even when there were 10 people queuing at the front door to wait for a free table. And they are great in this also. They manage to keep track and deliver the tables pretty fast and in the correct order. Thank you guys for making our stay in Folgarida so much nicer!

19/03/2026: Mid-range hotel, convenient parking adjacent to the building, excellent location for mountain hikers, varied breakfast, and restaurant adjacent to the hotel.
There's no minibar in the room, but a vending machine on the ground floor. I recommend it.

17/01/2026: The manager of the restaurant was extremely rude. I asked for a reservation for a table for two people, so far so good... Until he asked me the time. I told him between 1:20 and 1:30 pm because I had a commitment. He replied with arrogance and arrogance that there was no such thing as talking around with him, but it was necessary to be precise and specify the time. I politely told him (unlike him who has no manners) to write down 1:30 pm. As I was leaving, I heard him making fun of the other waiters. Dear manager, if you earn those few pennies thanks to us tourists that we give you, you just have to thank us, otherwise you would have been milking cows in the Dolomites.
13/01/2026: Great experience! The place was packed and a bit chaotic, but they were very kind in finding us a table for two without a reservation.
The guy who served us was very knowledgeable about gluten-free options and pointed out everything I could eat without a care or that could be modified, including desserts! The food was so rich and excellent, both in terms of selection and quantity. I highly recommend it!

02/02/2026: I returned to the spa as an external guest, and as always, I was greeted with incredible kindness and pampered with attention and service. The aufguss ritual, new this year, offers a cleansing experience for body and mind. The talented women who perform it dance to the special music they choose, with a uniqueness that engages and moves. I recommend it to everyone, a must-try for a special moment!
01/02/2026: I have never encountered such level of hospitality so far ! All the staff is extremely friendly and welcoming! The Boss himself was very attentive and their dog 🐕 was an even better presence 🫶🏻! Attention to details, very well located steps away from the cable car ! I highly recommend this place! Perfect 👌🏻

28/12/2025: I stopped in almost by chance for a quick salad, but I was pleasantly surprised. Besides the quality of their baked goods, I tried their pulled pork burger... and I must say, I was truly captivated!
The burger was very good, flavorful, and well-balanced, made with quality ingredients. It's also an excellent option for a quick but tasty lunch, not the typical "bakery" you might imagine.
A super positive experience, I'll definitely be back to try more.
15/12/2025: Nothing to say about coffee, pastries, desserts but very high prices I paid 3.5 for a beer, I had breakfast more than 5 euros... if I go I avoid and just have a coffee

20/02/2026: We waited a full two hours for our delivery, even though we were only two streets away.
The delivery app said 30-50 minutes. If we had known that, we wouldn't have ordered.
The food was also really bad. The taco was soggy, you couldn't even tell what was in it, and the sauce definitely wasn't the one we ordered.
Other items we ordered were mixed up.
When I called after an hour of waiting to ask how long it would take, they said: "We're the next delivery," which then took another (!!!) hour.
Unfortunately, we can't recommend them...
21/01/2026: The best burger my wife and I have ever eaten. The fries were delicious and crispy. You can even order two sauces with your burger. The garlic sauce is highly recommended. It's so good you could drink it. The staff were friendly and attentive. We'll definitely be back. #yummi

26/07/2025: There were three of us at the restaurant, and we were all thoroughly impressed. I had the pickled trout as a starter – wonderfully tender and perfectly balanced in flavor. The main course was the kid goat, which was cooked to perfection and tasted excellent. The recommended red wine was also a perfect complement. The service was attentive, the atmosphere pleasant – there really was nothing to complain about. We were all very satisfied and would gladly return.
20/07/2025: We stopped for an event. The food served was regional and very good. The view directly below these mountains is magnificent. We'll definitely stop by again on our next trip to South Tyrol.
