18/10/2025: A modern, beautiful hotel with a great, spacious room. The service was always friendly and accommodating. Breakfast and the half-board meals were delicious, fresh, and regional. Our dog was also welcome and allowed in the restaurant. A great base for walks by the lake, as well as long or short hikes. We were completely satisfied with our stay at the Alpenrose!

27/09/2025: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed and in excellent hands. We'd like to extend a very special thank you to Julia – we were truly impressed by her friendliness, warmth, and attentiveness.
The entire team was also incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. We would especially like to emphasize the cleanliness throughout the hotel – everything was immaculately maintained and created an all-around pleasant feeling of well-being.
Everything, from the room to the service to the atmosphere, was simply perfect. Thank you to everyone for this wonderful experience. We would love to come back 🥰❤️

20/01/2026: The pizza is good, and the waiters change, so you'll find some who are kind and some who aren't.
It's inconvenient to go with friends because it's not easy to get to, being right in the center.
01/01/2026: Five of us had dinner on New Year's Eve.
The menu had a wide selection, and I can say it was all good. Other tables had pizza, but I can't say what it was like. I can say the food is good.

04/10/2025: The hotel is highly recommended: beautiful, modern rooms with stylish bathrooms, excellent breakfast and dinner, and extremely friendly and attentive staff.
Perfect for visiting Trento, the villages along the wine route, or excursions into the mountains.

01/08/2025: I came from Canada and stayed near Cembre. During our short stay we ate here - twice! The pizza was fresh and tasty, but the best part was the kind and patient owner. We dont speak Italian, but she was so polite and helpful. Highly recommended!

28/12/2025: Every time I come to Bolzano, Thaler is always a marvel. The beauty of this place captivates you, as do the fragrances. The staff is always kind and helpful, even when I haven't bought anything, they always make me feel welcome. The bar is also wonderful. I haven't been to the restaurant yet, but it will definitely be my next experience. Highly recommended.
07/12/2025: Every time I try to enter, they reiterate that it's a store with assisted sales only if you meet a certain standard, only if you make money thanks to your designer bag. If you're a normal person, they barely pay attention to you, leaving you there waiting despite doing almost nothing. I've rarely found staff who treat all customers the same. The store is beautiful, for goodness' sake, as is the layout, but the service really needs an overhaul.

29/11/2025: We stopped at this pizzeria on the way. It's a simple but clean place, and the pizza was truly excellent.
I had a Margherita, which was perfect in every way: cooked, dough, and mozzarella.
Then I had a Romana, which was even better.
The staff were very friendly, and the atmosphere was informal.
Possibly the best pizza in Bolzano.
27/09/2025: I had a nice time here for dinner. Sitting outside despite the weather, chill atmosphere, and very friendly and helpful staff.
The food (custom pizza, salad, beer, coffee) was all really good and came quickly.
The price was also fare, no surprises.
If you pass by, give these nice guys a chance!

02/01/2026: The waitress seemed annoyed by the items requested, none of which were available, probably due to the time slot, but it wasn't indicated (e.g., pancakes and specialty coffees). Furthermore, the (requested) cookies served with the tea were tasteless, possibly and could very well have been the waitress's snack.
P.S. If you don't feel like working on New Year's Eve, you can stay closed.

30/09/2025: We stopped here on a trip to Rovereto, and it's wonderful to find a place like this. The spaces are well-organized: a glass terrace complements the outdoor seating. The staff is very courteous and attentive to their guests' needs.
