19/11/2025: Discovered by chance one evening while passing by for a quick pizza, we promised ourselves we'd stop by to try the fish, tempted by the beautiful presentation and portions ordered at the tables near us. Last Saturday we booked a table with friends and it was a perfect choice! The staff was exceptionally kind, and the food fully met our expectations! Superlative fish and cod! 21/10/2025: We had dinner there, as it's connected to the adjacent hotel where we were staying through a door, making it very convenient. We chose pizza: the crust was soft, but the artichokes were a bit too hard for my taste. The service had a few issues, but they resolved them courteously.

04/12/2025: We stayed at this hotel, whose rooms are excellent, the facility is well-maintained and welcoming, but the service and staff are truly unsatisfactory. After dinner and payment, I told the owner (or I think he was) that I had a wonderful time but had just one complaint: that paying €5 for a bottle of water seemed a bit excessive. His response was that I pay €3 on the highway and don't get clean bathrooms, whereas in Sicily he himself paid €4, and that the water he serves comes from his private tap, which cost him a million euros, and that those are the prices he decided to impose. I think it's good manners and good manners to listen to the guest, who, in this case, had stated that they had a wonderful time but had just one complaint, which was intended more as an observation than a criticism. Responding with arrogance and condescension suggests the need to rethink the way one conducts one's professional activity, because the client shouldn't be the one to point out that an observation should always be accepted, regardless of how it is used.

31/10/2025: This is a lovely, family run hotel and you can see that in the attention to detail. Its a little outside Sterzing, but up a bit in the mountains with a fab view, especially the next morning when we walked out of the hotel to discover snow on the mountain tops. We had a big room (the sofa could have been used for 2 kids) and everything was super clean. The small sauna area was a very welcome surprise after a long car journey. And the food! Wow! I took the 'Surprise Menu' in the evening which is literally what it says. I was asked what I most definitely wouldn't like to eat, but after that I had no clue what I was getting. It did not disappoint! The breakfast was gorgeous too, with lots of fresh fruit and fresh local eggs. All yum!

10/11/2025: I came here after seeing a recommendation on Xiaohongshu (a Chinese social media platform). The owner was incredibly warm and friendly. The Thai shrimp fried rice I ordered was absolutely delicious, just as good as the street food I've had in Bangkok! For those who can handle spice, I recommend adding extra chili for an even better experience. The sweet, spicy, and sour flavors were perfectly balanced. The ingredients were fresh, and the portion size was generous. The fried rice was more than enough for one person, and I was even a little full. I wish the owner great success in their business, and I'll definitely come back next time I'm in Bolzano!

17/12/2025: We ate here on Tuesday for lunch, and there were two of us! Beautiful place in the center of Siusi! Everything was superb, especially the braised beef cheek, which melted in your mouth. The chef is young but has experience and passion, which is evident in his dishes! The prices are more than fair for a tourist destination! Highly recommended.

03/12/2025: My friend and I spent two nights in Trento. We had dinner here both nights. A classic restaurant that deserves 5 stars EVERYWHERE. We ate: salad, a pasta dish, and dessert: everything was delicious. But the tapas are exceptional... I already miss them!!! The carne salada parcels, speck with potato tortel, and their vegetable focaccia are exceptional. So good. The waitresses were very kind. The atmosphere was quiet, relaxing, with comfortable sofas, a clean bathroom, and very fair prices.

09/09/2025: Excellent restaurant with a beautiful location. A nice bar for enjoying good beers and a delicious aperitif. The food is excellent, even if a little too generous... 😃 You can also enjoy a delicious dinner outside and enjoy the evening in peace.

17/10/2025: Great view. Open early. The dining room filled up quickly, unfortunately with the smell of smoke. I have to advise against the grilled specialties – the tagliata wasn't grilled, but fried in plenty of oil. I wasn't asked if I wanted salt and pepper or another drink.

20/11/2025: The almost heavenly, radiant, incomparably enchanting charm of the radiant, angelic service, fused with a management of divine precision, a service that is delivered at breathtaking speed as if by magic, and a symphony of heavenly culinary delights of almost magical sensuality, elevates this culinary jewel miles above the ordinary spheres of comparable establishments, so that even the stars turn pale with envy.

18/11/2025: Stopped for an aperitif before lunch, only the aperitifs arrived without accompaniment "at least 2 chips" like in all bars... nothing at all.. Very different from the service of others.. A real shame...

06/11/2025: A typical Trentino restaurant from days gone by, with good food and traditional dishes, and friendly staff. Worth a try.
