21/01/2026: Horrible incompetent service. And very poor quality food. The waitresses are angry at best and basically rude, moody and incompetent. They slap the menu in front of you, slam the drinks on the table (we were with 3 but only got 2 glasses with our wine and waters so had to ask for the 3rd glass). The red wine seemed watered down. A simple menu question could (or would) not be answered which resulted in some weird sausage shaped pizza-style dish. When the food arrived they plunk it in front of you, it also does not arrive at the same time for the same table. Quality of food is mediocre to bad really. We had pizzas: they were thick bready and lukewarm. The sausage on tope was burned, while the cheese underneath was not properly melted and the entire pizza was sort of soggy wet. I think a pizza from the supermarket next door would be better quality. At arrival I was a few minutes earlier than my parents, I was sat down but could not yet order a drink. My parents had already been once earlier during the previous week (on 5 Jan 2026) and had received similar service. On another night (8 Jan 2026) my father had asked to book a table for 3 (as I was arriving in the village that day). He was told 'not necessary to book', but when we arrived around 18:45 without the attempted reservation we were sent away. So our experience was not based on a one-off situation. We are not snobby or needy people and enjoy simple friendly style without too much fuzz. But one can expect to at least ve welcome, but in this place they not seem to care about the customer at all. What a shame this restaurant was sold in April 2025. And what a shamefull performance by the Santner comoany compared to the previous owners. We had been yearly returning guests (of the previous owners) for around 17 years. And used to eat here around 6 nights per holiday each year. The family that used to run this restaurant did so with grace, friendliness and professionalism. They could manage the whole place on just a 2 or 3 floor staff, never a queue and always with a smile. And the food and pizzas used to be so delicious varied and really home made. Also their interior was charming & traditional yet fresh looking. Now not only has the Interior been painted dark, it seems the entire service has turned dark and sour!! With the exception of one friendly gentlemen, all staff seem to not want to be working here. And worse they do not seem to want you there as a customer. So after years of regular visits, we will not be coming back!

18/01/2026: Unfortunately, it's not like it used to be when Kalle was still the owner. Large selection of pizzas, but only a few other dishes. The pizza is tasty, but smaller than it used to be. The portion of spaghetti carbonara is tasty, but small and barely qualifies as an appetizer.

27/10/2025: A unique experience, immersed in nature at 1,400 meters, we find the Predaia refuge, with a fantastic view, top-notch hospitality, and helpfulness. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience.

15/11/2025: Excellent pizza and friendly service. Neapolitan-style pizza, excellent ingredients. In my opinion, one of the best pizzas in the city. I always love coming back.

03/09/2025: An unforgettable experience – the staff was super friendly (including a zither game and group music in the living room); the food was delicious, and the view was indescribable! We'd love to come back – the climb is a bit long, but easily doable in 1.5 hours.

15/01/2026: We ate at this restaurant with a reservation on December 26, 2025. We were intrigued by the menu's offerings, which included typical Trentino dishes and Indian dishes. I must say we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of both dishes. Some people had the shank, the cutlet, and some the Indian dishes, and I must say both were truly well-made and tasty. The owners are Indian. They are very kind and efficient. The service is fast. I recommend it.

06/01/2026: We went here for lunch with The Fork and discovered some incredibly kind Indian people who have fused Indian cuisine with Trentino cuisine—a real discovery. Well done!

04/01/2026: The pizza dough is delicious, and the brewmaster is top-notch. The venison ragù is one of the best I've tasted in Trentino, and it really shines when paired with the homemade pasta. A wide variety of beers, and a selection of accompaniments to match your dish. A must-try if you're in Fiera di Primiero.

His discreet yet attentive presence contributes significantly to creating a pleasant atmosphere, where you can experience authentic South Tyrolean hospitality. Our stay at Gasthof Paul exceeded all expectations: cleanliness, comfort, professionalism, and friendliness combine perfectly, making this property an excellent choice for anyone looking to enjoy a few relaxing days in the Isarco Valley. 13/12/2025: We were there for the first time today 😊 We had a pizza and Parmesan cheese. The Parmesan wasn't quite piping hot, but it tasted good. But the pizza was absolutely fantastic. The staff was very attentive despite the large number of customers. The atmosphere was perfectly fine for me. And dogs are allowed. For me, this is a top pizzeria that you absolutely must visit if you're in Riva del Garda. We'll definitely be back.

21/09/2025: A very nice restaurant, typical of Dolomite locations. Both first and second courses are delicious. The menu isn't extensive, but that's a good thing, in my opinion; all the options on the menu are carefully curated.

15/01/2026: I had an amazing pizza, with fresh ingredients and a very light dough. From the welcome to the service, everything was perfect. You can tell when there's passion in what you do. I'll definitely be back very soon, highly recommended!

24/12/2025: Christmas Eve... Fish and pizza... I opted for a parcel with asparagus and Bolzano sauce, even though it's out of season for this typical Terlano (BZ) pizza calzone... I have to say it's every bit as good as the one you'll find at pizzerias that serve asparagus in season. The empty plate demonstrates the deliciousness of the dish. Recommended.

08/12/2025: Last night at 7:36 PM, a kind waiter came over; while we were ordering pizzas, he told us we'd have to wait 30-40 minutes. At 8:20 PM (or 44 minutes later), we paid for our drinks and left because, as we'd told the waiter, we'd be busy at 9 PM. The pizzas weren't ready yet. Not even an apology... sad... very sad...

29/11/2025: I entered this pastry shop and café with my dog, convinced that in 2025, the age when cars drive themselves and even the refrigerator knows better than me when to eat, allowing a well-behaved pet was no longer taboo. A total illusion. As soon as I crossed the threshold, I was told in a questionable tone that "dogs are not allowed." In a world where technology races forward at supersonic speed, it's astonishing that anyone still clings to prehistoric rules. My "monstrous" furry companion and I turned around and went somewhere more modern, or at least closer to the Renaissance.

11/11/2025: A very cozy ice cream parlor located in Kaltern with many delicious treats to enjoy. There's also a pastry shop next door.
