11/11/2025: Dogs are not allowed. 🐕 There's no such information on Google. We were given a menu, but weren't informed that only pizza was available because the kitchen was out of order. We don't recommend it. Unfortunately.

01/11/2025: Simply fantastic!! We're repeat offenders; a stay at Hotel Terzer is a must in spring and autumn. We had a wonderful week and were pampered by everyone. Five stars are far too few!!!! THANK YOU

07/07/2025: Highly recommended – warm hospitality and perfect service at the Hotel Terzer We spent two nights at the Hotel Terzer and felt completely at home. We received a warm welcome right from the start – the host is extremely attentive, friendly, and truly dedicated. You immediately sense the passion that goes into running the place. The modern wellness area deserves special mention; it was just what we needed after a long day on the bike: well-maintained, thoughtfully designed, and wonderfully relaxing. The personal service was also exceptional – from breakfast to the last question, everything was individually addressed. We particularly appreciated the valuable recommendations for our onward bikepacking tour – routes, tips for refreshment stops, and information were perfectly tailored to our needs. We would have loved to stay longer and can warmly recommend the Hotel Terzer to anyone – whether passing through, on an active holiday, or just for relaxation. A place with character, comfort, and genuine warmth.

17/09/2025: If you want to eat fish as it should be, if you want it fresh... really fresh... if you like a first course with seafood or seafood... that tastes like the sea... then you have to try Portichetto 2.0... I can't judge the pizzas because I've never tried them with fish here... at a fair price and with the chance to try typical Campanian delicacies. Try it. M

07/10/2025: We stayed at this hotel for a week. It's a wonderful, centrally located location. The rooms are spotlessly clean and spacious, the food is excellent and well-prepared, and the spa is a wonderful place to relax. The owners are incredibly kind and welcoming. Highly recommended.

21/09/2025: Everything was fantastic: designer furnishings, a very good and varied breakfast. The room was cozy, especially for our little poodle, and attention to detail was evident throughout the hotel, with designer furnishings throughout. The housekeeping service was excellent; I really appreciated the flowers on the bed on the last day. The helpfulness and kindness of all the staff was appreciated, which is not always a given in hotels in general. I will definitely be back. Thank you for everything.

04/10/2025: The place is beautiful but unfortunately the cup of hot chocolate was empty, with two sips you paid €2.50 + the cream €0.20

04/10/2025: A great, sunny spot in the center. Very attentive service and fantastic food. Exciting dishes, something a little different, and beautifully presented on original tableware.

28/10/2025: The iced coffee is very good. It's a perfect place to relax and watch the hustle and bustle of Tramin. From here, you can start the Gewürztraminer circular trail, which begins on a small hill above the town.

Quality ingredients, generous portions, and traditional cuisine... competitively priced. Excellent selection of wines, both by the bottle and by the glass. The strudel is unmissable ♥️

28/11/2025: My wife and I had breakfast at this pastry shop one morning at 8:00. The staff was busy, despite the small number of people, and uncommunicative, perhaps because they had only recently opened. The croissants were good, and the cappuccino was average, but in very small cups (mine wasn't even full). Everything was pretty normal, so why only two stars? The reason is that spending €9.20 for two cappuccinos (€2.20 each) and two croissants (€2.60 and €2.20) is, to me, a complete and logical exaggeration. I say this because in the cafés in my city where I happen to have breakfast, cappuccinos range from €1.70 to €1.90 and croissants from €1.30 to €1.60 (baked goods that have not been defrosted), and €1.90 and €1.60 are already above average. The only explanation I could come up with was that workers' wages here are much higher than in Romagna, where I'm from. But then I thought that at the farm where I had dinner yesterday, the prices were actually a bit lower than ours, and so, in conclusion, I believe there's no valid reason that could justify such exorbitant prices for breakfast.

12/09/2025: I only had breakfast, but I want to say that the croissants were really good, soft and easy to digest... Fast service. Recommended for a good breakfast.

17/09/2025: The ambience would be nice, but unfortunately the audience is sometimes a bit emotionally arguing due to the excessive wine consumption.

02/09/2025: Simply Kaltern’s most beautiful place!

15/09/2025: We had the opportunity to have breakfast at this wonderful café after staying in one of the suites. The wide selection of products allows you to sample both sweet and savory; in addition to the entire coffee and juice section, they offer freshly made strudel, an incredible raspberry jam tart made with special flours (not a typical tart), a basic chocolate cake, pancakes topped with Nutella, honey, and various jams, as well as a selection of cured meats such as speck, cheeses, and scrambled eggs. The waitress was extremely kind and efficient. We will definitely return if we pass by again.

08/09/2025: I can't speak to the food, having only had coffee and a croissant. But the staff is helpful and friendly, and the atmosphere is pleasant. For me, it's the place to go for a carefree coffee in Folgaria.

05/11/2025: We had a wonderful time at the HI Hotel Torbole. Our room had a large covered balcony with a beautiful view, and the hotel is in a quiet location, yet you can quickly reach the town and the lake. The panoramic hiking trail near the hotel is also highly recommended. We used the small sauna area with the whirlpool and the heated outdoor pool daily. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also very good and varied. Our only minor suggestion for improvement: the stairs to the bike room in the basement were a bit difficult for our e-bikes; perhaps another solution could be found for this. Otherwise, everything was great! We'll be back, thank you for everything!

14/10/2025: I had a wonderful time at this hotel, where I spent three nights. The double room we had wasn't very large and had limited space to store your things. The view of the lake was beautiful. My room had a terrace overlooking the lake, but there are rooms that overlook the internal courtyard. The location is a 15-minute walk from Torbole, up an uphill road. The continental breakfast was excellent, and the spa was well-maintained and ideal for recovering from a day exploring the mountains. The spa should be included for all guests at no additional cost.

12/03/2025: Helpful and welcoming staff, good pizza with several varieties. Reservations are recommended if you want large quantities.

08/12/2025: The waiters were quite rude, we ate late and in the cold, after waiting about 2 hours.

08/12/2025: Booked with friends on 06/12/2025 for 13:00, on 08/12/2025 we try to warn them by phone of our 15 minute delay but no one answers. We arrive and the reservation does not appear. They somehow make us sit down when we order they inform us that the kitchen is closing and that some dishes are finished..... it was 13:45 you draw your own conclusions.
