The food is all very good.
The pork shank is superb 😋: you'd want to eat the bone too 😄
Of course, their beer 🍺 is superb 🔝
The service is attentive and the staff is kind and helpful.
The atmosphere is welcoming and typical of a beer hall.
The prices are in line with the quality of the food.
26/11/2025: In fact, in this city, you're doomed to this kind of restaurant. It's hard to find a good restaurant open after 8:00 PM. So, during our seven-day vacation, we spent six dinners here. The food was good, the service was excellent, so I highly recommend it. The photos show a weekly review :)
Reservations are a must!

07/12/2025: Everyone was friendly and accommodating. The pizza was delicious, the dough was easy to digest, and the toppings weren't greasy.
The atmosphere was pleasant, if not the newest, but very cozy.
11/11/2025: Great South Tyrolean pizza. Friendly, attentive service. Not a fancy place, more like a village pizzeria frequented by locals.
We stop by every time we travel to the Adige Valley because of this.

25/09/2025: A good restaurant on the hills near Trento, with friendly and helpful staff and satisfying food, neither good nor bad.
30/08/2025: Family dinner for three. We ordered two starters and two main courses. The food wasn't fresh but tolerable, except for the bones in the fried fish, which were extremely greasy. A Margherita pizza, definitely not among the best, barely tasted like a pizza once it cooled. They forgot about dessert. I waited half an hour for a tiramisu, which was completely ignored. Another waiter came to ask for dessert, and he brought it right after we'd waited a long time. The waiters' attitude is beyond reproach. This isn't typical train food; I definitely wouldn't recommend it.

27/07/2025: A small hotel just a few kilometers from Lake Ledro. The rooms are clean and comfortable; ours was small but perfect for one night. The bathroom was clean and equipped with a hairdryer and complimentary toiletries (shampoo, soap, and glasses). A generous breakfast included fresh croissants and warm pancakes. The owner and staff were helpful and welcoming. The hotel also has a tobacconist and restaurant, making it an excellent base for exploring the beauty of Lake Ledro.

05/10/2025: Simply the best! Delicious pizza, said by someone who's tried pizzas all over the peninsula, including, of course, in the shadow of Vesuvius. Needless to say, we're talking about a magnificent Neapolitan pizza made with top-notch dough and top-quality ingredients.

24/09/2025: The waiters were kind and professional. It's a shame we chose this bistro for a good rib-eye steak. For €37, we were served a rib-eye steak that was supposed to be rare but completely raw, and a medium-rare one that was so rare it felt like a shoe sole, so tough we couldn't chew it. The grilled vegetables were raw, for a total of €74 wasted. To have such a renowned name, I think the owners should hire kitchen staff at least as good as the prices.
Two bad rib-eye steaks out of two speak for themselves, vegetables included.
17/09/2025: Good selection of dishes. Meat is preferred, even though it's quite expensive. Service is so-so: slow and the waitress is uninformed. Otherwise, prices are high, like the rest of the area. The atmosphere is new and well-decorated, although the interior is a bit cramped.

02/10/2025: Delicious cake, great terrace. Disagreements among the staff are noticeable to guests. Right on the Marlinger Waalweg (Waal Trail).
29/09/2025: We stopped here as a stop on our hike. Down the path, there's a sign pointing to a restroom.
We would have liked another drink, but since our first stop was the restroom, the waiter rudely informed us that it was for guests only. In such an atmosphere, we were happy to forgo our beer and moved on to the next restaurant. Therefore, I can't comment on the quality of the food and drink.
