12/03/2025: Amazing, super creative food and wine pairings, beautiful presentation, knowledgeable and friendly service, wonderful experience all around. My husband and I have enjoyed a lot of phenomenal and high end fine dining venues, Suinsom exceeded our high expectations and then some! We will for sure be back the next time we are in the Dolomites!

07/01/2025: Semplicemente perfetto e unico dalle portate alla cortesia al rapporto qualità prezzo finalmente ho trovato proprio quello che cercavo lontano dalla massa e dai soliti piatti scontati di montagna senza nulla togliere alla tradizione direi un mix tra bellezza bontà e bon ton. Grazie mille alla titolare e al suo team per averci fatto passare un paio d'ore stupende.... non appena ricapitarò da quelle parti tornerò a trovarvi. Giancarlo

01/01/2025: Trovato per caso cercando qua e là durante una piccola cacanza in Trentino. Rimasti piacevolmente stupiti Ambiente : si vede che chi ci ha messo le mani ha gusto e tanto anche , ben curato negli spazi e negli arredi Menu : poche cose, ma fatte veramente bene, inutile infarcire il menù e poi fare male , meglio così Prezzo : nella media per un ristorante di questo livello che propone buon cibo Il servizio è stato impeccabile, la signora di sala, credo la titolare sa fare il suo sia per cibo che per vino, la collaboratrice pur essendo giovane ma è attenta e cordiale. Il cibo era tutto ottimo anche se unica piccola nota la farei sul tiramisù che a me personalmente non ha fatto impazzire….ma sono gusti ! Per il resto tutto al TOP PRENOTATE SEMPRE PRIMA E SE AGRTE CANI DITELO COSÌ LORO VI TROVANO UNA STOSTAMAZIONE Buon appetito

13/04/2025: Locale perfetto per ogni tipo di occasione.. anche per toglierti la voglia di mangiare del buon pesce. Ordinata, per non correre il rischio di non trovarla, abbiamo mangiato un ottima ed abbondantissima frittura di pesce, asciutta e buonissima, per finire con dolci che squisiti è dir poco. Lo staff sempre gentile e professionale. Come sempre consigliatissimo!!!

19/03/2025: Siamo tornati dopo una prima esperienza positiva e confermiamo la nostra scelta. Personale accogliente, gentile e preparato, cucina strepitosa. Abbiamo scelto la carne salada tipica, una tartare di manzo, un pasticcio con broccoli e carne salada ed il piatto del giorno fenomenale, con pasta fresca all'uovo, condita con punte di asparagi, gamberi e guanciale. Altro punto forte il pane made home. Avremmo voluto assaggiare anche i secondi, ma le porzioni hanno messo a dura prova anche noi buongustai. Bravi ragazzi!

25/05/2025: El mejor restaurante en Bolzano! Comimos fuera en un patio precioso. Tuvimos un camarero adorable que hablaba inglés perfecto y tenía grandes recomendaciones. Comí el aperitivo de ensalada de alcachofa, del que nunca había oído hablar, y estaba delicioso. Mi marido tenía el aperitivo de atún, que le encantaba. Ambos teníamos el filete especial como nuestro plato principal. ¡Estuvo delicioso! Este restaurante tenía todo - deliciosa comida; buen servicio y un camarero maravilloso y acogedor. Recomendaría encarecidamente este restaurante si usted está buscando una comida realmente deliciosa!

21/04/2025: Absolutamente fantástica experiencia de la comida fantástica, gran servicio a hermosos interiores. También se puede reservar una mesa en la propia bodega, lo que haría una experiencia fabulosa, pero el comedor principal realmente es hermoso, gran ambiente. No me gustaría estar en la zona de arriba del restaurante principal, aunque ya que pierde el encanto un poco. El personal era muy atento y amable, pero no dominante. ¡Espero volver!

23/09/2024: A warm and welcoming place... where you not only eat well... but rest well... in front of a warm and crackling fire... and we saw the first snow...

13/09/2024: In August I came to eat with my husband in this refuge which I had heard so much about. Unfortunately we were disappointed, the staff were super friendly, but we woke up hungry, which has never happened in a refuge. I attach photos of the dishes (I don't know why they are not displayed) to make it clear the quantity; as you can see, the mixture was made up of two balls of polenta, a single small all-bone rib, two small pieces of venison, a small piece of open sausage and a bit of mushrooms. We spent a total of €52 for the two dishes plus a can of beer. My husband also complained at the checkout about the quantity of the dish. We will never return to eat at this refuge again.

07/03/2025: An institution in the Dolomites! Excellent products, competent and friendly staff, close to customers on every occasion. Thank you, we will see you next year, as we have done for the last 20 years.

07/02/2025: Pasticceria di qualità, ad alta produzione ma artigianale. Strudel, torte alle mandorle, meringhe e dolci. Inoltre miele e grappe tipiche, e ottimo speck. Se si sale da Vigo di Fassa per Canazei, si lascia a destra la provinciale appena l'indicazione stradale "Pasticceria Fassana". Ampio parcheggio. Inoltre possibilità di fare sul posto piccola colazione con caffetteria e piccoli dolci. La produzione in laboratorio è giornaliera, ma l'apertura del negozio è nel fine settimana, dal venerdì mattina al lunedì.

12/04/2025: Just left this place. Normal place, friendly staff, clean environment My husband and I ordered a radicchio pizza and a gorgonzola pizza. Frankly, I wonder what they can call "pizza" is that sort of dried-up bar that they served to us. Frozen pizza from the supermarket, reheated in the oven at home, is a gourmet pizza in comparison! It looked like a piadina the size of a baby pizza dried in a gas oven! Definitely failed!

23/03/2025: We sat in the pizza area, the oven was burning and giving off a nice warmth, the service was friendly, the pizza served was very tasty and the beer tasted good too. We'd love to come back!

18/05/2025: I have been a regular customer for years now, pizza is always delicious and generous in size, very kind staff, pleasant atmosphere, convenient parking outside in the square. Pizza also at lunchtime

24/06/2025: Recent change of management. The very elegant and panoramic environment corresponds to an insufficient restaurant cuisine (buffet only in winter) with unjustified luxury prices. Poor service only for waiting for dishes longer than 30'

13/04/2025: First time, very nice location. There is plenty of parking outside. Parking for the little ones, fenced. Pizza, definitely above average. The mixture was excellent and I digested it well. Friendly staff. I don't know about the prices, I didn't pay this time. We will definitely be back!
