19/03/2026: One of my favorite places in Folgaria. Small but very cozy. Excellent selection of beers, wines, and gins. Plus, I love the wonderful atmosphere. Indoor and outdoor seating. Furry friends are welcome. Did I mention I love it? Stop by if you're passing by.

24/08/2025: Amazing bar and restaurant....the food is excellent, the owners are welcoming and friendly, and if you're hungry, they're ready to satisfy you at any time...and why not eat a nice dinner or lunch of fresh fish even in the mountains, freshly made hamburgers and amazing fried pizza...thanks Giovanni and Giorgia for this new management, and don't forget a good pistachio at the end of the meal, you won't be able to do without it, too bad the holiday is over

20/03/2026: The Stegeralm is a wonderful place in the heart of the Dolomites. After a lovely hike through the snowy forest, Osvaldo welcomed us to the refuge, offering us dumplings in broth, sausage, and potatoes, and a warm welcome. We'll definitely be back in the summer.

03/03/2026: I stayed at this property for a month and had a truly excellent experience. The building is modern, meticulously maintained, and impeccably clean. The owners, Melanie and Andreas, are extraordinary people: always available, attentive to every need, and extremely friendly. The staff also stands out for their professionalism, kindness, and helpfulness. The atmosphere is familiar and welcoming: from the first moment, you feel at home. I also had the opportunity to visit the kitchen, which is impeccably organized and meticulously maintained. The quality of the food is excellent: I sampled numerous typical South Tyrolean dishes, prepared with fresh ingredients and handcrafted by a truly talented chef. From the starters to the main courses, right down to the desserts, every course was exquisite. The rooms are spacious, always perfectly tidy, and offer splendid views. The hotel's location is strategic: both by car and public transportation, you can easily reach all the main attractions in the area. There's also ample outdoor parking. My heartfelt thanks to everyone I've had the pleasure of meeting during this time. I'll definitely be back!

26/02/2026: For work, I landed at the Trudenhof...and I immediately felt at home 💕 Melany and Andreas are truly helpful, kind, and thoughtful. It's a little tricky to get there for those who aren't used to the hairpin bends and snow, but... once you're there, you're close to heaven and the atmosphere becomes magical. Clean and tidy in every room. Abundant, traditional cuisine. It's hard to leave...

22/02/2026: I just got back from the ski season, and my whole team is delighted with this hotel. The location for mountain walks is perfect. The location for the Alpe di Susi ski slopes is perfect, especially since the hotel offers transportation to the gondola lifts in the morning and pickup at the end. The breakfast was delicious – quite a large selection, and you can make your own. The dinner – oh my, even better. You get your choice the day before, and the next day you get what you chose. The service was first-class – the kind and friendly staff are always there to help and solve any problems. I'll get organized when I get back and book a place for next season. See you soon.

01/02/2026: A hotel immersed in nature, just steps from Lake Fie. The bar and dining room have been renovated to 5-star standards. Impeccable service and exceptional customer care are the hallmarks of this hotel. The setting and location are enchanting, especially after a snowfall, making it feel like a fairytale. The pool, sauna, and Turkish bath complete the hotel's exceptional amenities.

05/10/2025: This review only applies to the restaurant! We received a warm welcome and enjoyed delicious, regional food. It's in a fantastic location high above Appiano and Bolzano, with views of the Dolomites. The farm has been family-owned for over 200 years.

08/09/2025: In our opinion, this is the most beautiful and cozy hut in the Latemar, with a wonderful view of the mountains near and far. The Kaiserschmarn (sweet pancake) is highly recommended! I wanted to visit the hut a second time and had ignored all the others. Unfortunately, the opening hours on Google don't match – it was closed on Mondays. Hence, one star less.

07/09/2025: A cozy hut with a loving host family, already in the next generation. Not as crowded as Oberholz or Mayerl Alm. We felt very comfortable and were lucky, as today is the last day for now until the ski season starts on December 4th. We'd love to come back next year!

27/09/2025: Definitely worth a visit. Lovely, rustic dining room. In addition to the menu, there are also specials, today's liver, which is excellent. And, to top it all off, a beautiful view.

03/09/2025: A lovely, small, traditional alpine hut. Great starting point for a hike up the Hasenöhrl. Very relaxing there...

15/08/2025: A very nice, quiet spot with delicious, homemade food and a great view. A short climb from the parking lot. This was our second visit, and we highly recommend it.

20/12/2025: Great food, delicious, and a wonderful atmosphere! We had Nonna's Bowl twice. A fantastic and incredibly tasty vegetarian dish! We also enjoyed a delicious espresso and a very tasty freshly squeezed multivitamin juice (apple, orange, carrot)! A great café that serves breakfast and brunch until 2 pm. You can also sit inside. We've rarely seen such a clean restroom. If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely be back!

05/12/2025: We received a gift voucher for brunch for two. The food was all very good and carefully prepared. They brought me everything lactose-free, given my intolerance, and my brunch truly had everything. Excellent service, friendly and welcoming staff. Quiet place. We'll definitely be back, and it's definitely a great gift voucher idea.
