20/08/2024: We have known Weigler Schupf for many years. In winter we always stopped in for dinner because the food was always very good. Recently ordered a Kaiserschmarrn while hiking, which unfortunately was terrible. It didn't look like Kaiserschmarrn and didn't taste like it either. The service was ok, but could have been friendlier. Nevertheless, you can enjoy a beautiful view outside.

08/08/2024: Delightful cabin in which to enjoy fantastic food and views. Quick and personal service who speaks Italian correctly (we are in the province of BZ). I ate a delicious sausage with potato salad, perhaps excessively expensive (€12). You can also pay with the POS at the table. The receipt is issued spontaneously, without the need to ask for it as unfortunately often happens in other huts/malghe.

05/08/2024: Let's start from the assumption: if I go to a pizzeria at midday I expect a pizza, but in this pizzeria at midday there is no trace of pizza. The atmosphere is tidy, clean and beautiful; I would have given it 5 stars, if there weren't so many flies. The service is excellent. Regarding the food, the hamburger I ordered was overcooked and the menu was not extensive.

26/08/2024: Not easy to review due to the obvious ups and downs that this hotel contains which needs a good refresh. Let's start from the price: the 4*S are absolutely disproportionate to the hotel's services (each star must correspond to a level of service): the (oriental) staff are kind, but inadequate for a 4*S, as are the rooms (old and not at all soundproofed), the reception (which in a 4*S must be 24 hours a day while from 6pm you will no longer find anyone (no one) as well as during the lunch break, unfortunately the cleaning in many cases is also summary in the common areas, spa and alpine village (unfortunately poorly held with cobwebs, it would be an incredible gem). Let's say it's a great 3* The cuisine is in line with expectations. No organization of excursions for guests, nor activities (another thing normally expected in a 4*S). Hope you don't meet families with children because the hotel does not have dedicated and separate spaces (pools and play areas) (especially from the spa) and there is no supervision, so you will always find them underfoot if the parents don't care. ..the only truly 4*S part is the aesthetics and the truly beautiful and well-kept massage-relaxation rooms, as well as the view. I forgot in the hotel garden there is an area dedicated to bees which is an honorable project in itself... but not recommended for those who don't like flying insects because especially at breakfast you have to share it with them. In summary, if you find offers in the low season and are looking for a good 3*, give it a try, but in the high season and if you want a 4*S I would think twice.

18/08/2024: We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. Despite the wonderful location, the hotel is neglected with no air conditioning, rooms with few obsolete light sockets, unhelpful staff only a few kind and helpful Indian waiters. The owner of the hotel never even greeted us during our 5 day stay. The food had small portions and the buffet had vegetables that were not fresh.

14/08/2024: Qualità pessima, pasta al ragù arrivata 2 minuti dopo averla ordinata, pasta gommosa, chiaramente precotta e riscaldata. Stinco sembrava quello in busta del supermercato, strangolapreti senza sapore. Pessima qualità prezzi alle stelle. Mai più.

19/04/2024: The food tastes delicious, and it's super cheap too. I usually always get rice with vegetables, at the price of only €4. The service is quite fast, it is always better to book the food at least 10 minutes in advance if you order takeaway, given that during peak hours there may be many home delivery services, so priority is given to them. I absolutely recommend it.

19/02/2024: Everything is terrible!! Very greasy spring rolls with a bad smell and taste (probably fried in an oil similar to used engine oil!!). Vegetable and chicken udon with jarred jardiniere-type vegetables found in the supermarket (gross and disgusting). Almond chicken with a few almonds. All dishes had bad smell and taste

31/07/2024: Without a doubt the best pizza in the world in one of the most beautiful places in the world. It's a shame that I live far away and am here on holiday otherwise I would come every evening. A show. The service is also impeccable with the staff always very kind.

31/08/2024: Relaxing stay, excellent location 300 meters from the center of Canazei. Spacious and very clean room, very friendly and welcoming staff. At the restaurant, typical and very good dishes and excellent portions, a rich buffet! I definitely recommend it and I plan to return

30/08/2024: This was the worst hotel experience of my life. The room was appallingly unclean, with human feces found in the bed and throughout the bathroom. When I informed the owner, he offered no apology or compensation.

19/08/2024: The food was really delicious. The panorama is incredible and the service and price are simply unbeatable! Only recommended. Opening hours on maps are incorrect. Therefore it is best to call in advance.

16/08/2024: The kitchen was fantastic! Every dish tasted incredibly delicious. Unfortunately we were only here on the last day of our vacation - otherwise we would have come back immediately the next day. The view offers a beautiful panorama. It said on Google that it was temporarily closed, but the restaurant was open. Otherwise just call.

29/07/2024: Stop for a coffee break before returning from holidays. Very nice and clean place. In front of the outdoor tables there is a nice playground with slides and swings for children of different ages. I would love to come back to try the food.

25/07/2024: Rapporto qualità prezzo da migliorare. Nella zona vedo un aumento generale e poco giustificabile dei prezzi che mi convincono sempre più ad evitare il pranzo in malga. Interessato anche questo locale: necessario migliorare qualita dei piatti per sostenere questi prezzi. Penso sia decisamente nelle possibilità del locale.
