21/08/2024: The service is A+, tables are set correctly and attention is paid to order and cleanliness. Breakfast and dinner were rich and good, but you can never please everyone anyway. Traffic, as someone complained, is like in the country during the day, so it's not normally loud. In the evening it is quiet. Some guests don't know how to behave, they think they are alone, but the hotel can't help it. Boss has a memory of the finest. From day one, she was able to remember the needs of her guests. One star deducted, why? Hotel has no air conditioning. So the intermarital conflict was already resolved. (What did you book there???) Rooms are and will remain heated up. If the outside temperature is still 31°C at 11pm at night, you know how hot it is in the rooms. There was also no fan, so I had to cover myself with a towel soaked in cold water. Even my wife, who prefers to walk around in a hat and scarf in the summer, was hot. At times we slept with the room door open so that there might be some draft in the room. If not air conditioning, we would have liked at least a fan. We will visit this hotel again, but definitely not in midsummer. It has a very nice pool with a view of the valley, and the relaxation area is also great. There is a big plus point: it is a child-free hotel. Only from 14 years old. No shouting and raving, you can really relax and unwind from everyday life.

08/07/2024: Central location in the wine-growing region for (motorcycle) trips to the Dolomites and Lake Garda. Very well maintained hotel with high quality cuisine. The very attentive, approachable and humorous employees are exceptional and amazing, regardless of their background. A distinctive culture of hospitality can be experienced here.

27/08/2024: We went on a bike tour of the Dolomites with ten friends and stayed one night in the Putzer (B&B). The hotel has a nice and interesting atmosphere with its own brewery. Classy furnished rooms. Everything is tip top. There is nothing to complain about in terms of service or food. Unfortunately the hotel is on the main street. If you have a room facing the street, you have to close the window at night or you'll notice a lot of traffic. We found breakfast and dinner a bit expensive.

16/08/2024: Very good pizza with fresh products and lots of choice. I've already been there several times both to eat in and also to take away. But alongside pizza they also make burgers and sandwiches. Top!☺️

02/03/2024: Rifugio molto bello e tipico. Abbiamo ordinato canederli e cotoletta,entrambi ottimi piatti gustosi e porzioni abbondanti. Consigliamo di andare se volete un pranzo tipico tirolese in un rifugio con una bella vista sulle montagne. Personale cortese. D’inverno non è possibile prenotare ma noi abbiamo trovato posto facilmente. Unica “pecca” è la strada che fatta in auto è molto stretta anche se tenuta bene e con spiazzi dove fermarsi per far passare le altre macchine,si consiglia di fare attenzione e di farla possibilmente con la luce del giorno. Il rifugio si può comunque raggiungere anche a piedi (con una camminata abbastanza ripida) o con gli scii. Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo per il posto. Abbiamo speso 20 euro a testa circa

06/08/2024: An excellent fine-dining experience in Ortisei. Yes, the price is above average, but the quantity is also huge. Plus, great service with a nice view over the mountain. Highly recommended.

14/07/2024: Atmosfera molto accogliente. All'esterno è fantastico, si mangia sotto dei glicini (se non sbaglio) molto belli, i tavoli sono ben distanziati, la musica di sottofondo è rilassante e di classe. Abbiamo preso il percorso di lago e ci è piaciuto molto, i piatti sono molto equilibrati e si sente bene la qualità degli ingredienti e soprattutto del pesce, in quanto i sapori sono in armonia tra loro e non si sovrastano l'uno con l'altro. Anche il servizio è stato eccellente e professionale, ti servono sempre con i tempi giusti e sono tutti molto gentili e disponibili. Complimenti alla chef e allo staff per l'impegno e la passione

17/08/2024: We had lunch there on a Saturday in August. We got two platters with good products, but unfortunately it all tasted like vinegar since the pickles were on the same plate. Poor customer care, never a smile. At the checkout for several minutes waiting for him to finish washing the dishes, without any sign, as if we weren't there. Problem that we encounter every now and then "The Internet doesn't work so only cash" which fortunately for them we had.

20/08/2024: We went to this restaurant in the center of Trento as a couple and with our newborn daughter's pram in tow. We had asked for an external seat to have more space given the size of the wheelchair but it was not possible to be satisfied because the place was short-staffed from what we were told by phone. Despite this, we went anyway, but since the room was really minimal and with so many tables all occupied, it was really uncomfortable to stay. Food of reasonable quality and average quality, but very slow service, more than an hour to receive the dishes, and the only waitress who was not exactly welcoming and in a "good mood". The environment was very hot given that the place is not equipped with air conditioning, therefore, particularly not recommended in summer. Course prices not exactly convenient but, given the enormous speculation these days, implemented by restaurant operators, not even among the worst seen around.

19/08/2024: I give one star but it's given for free! The food is good and so is the price but the service is really bad. More than an hour to be served! And when I tried to ask politely (after 1 hour and a half) how much waiting there was still, the waitress very rudely said that we have to Be patient because there are 3 of them. Already upon arrival we waited several minutes to be calculated. Never again in this place!

22/08/2024: Unfortunately the pizza was a Pinsa, which was probably frozen. Nothing against Pinsa, but if pizza is on the menu, I expect it too. Slices of ham were way too thick and not very tasty. Very thick dough and overloaded! It's a shame, there used to be great pizzas! Service was very friendly!

17/07/2024: We were last in Algund about 10 years ago and also at the Bruthendler. We designed the outside area to be very modern and stylish. You sit very well and the service staff is very attentive. Food and drinks very tasty and reasonably priced. At the end there was a delicious drink on the house. We just arrived yesterday and will definitely visit at least one more time

12/08/2024: Pizza was fine, nothing special though. Pasta con frutti di mare very good. Spritz? 😅😅😅 Hell no. Disaster, too sweet and cheated. Gelato for bambini in kids menu is the cheapest supermarket gelato on stick 🥲, after recounting small pizza, little glass of juice and this gelato wasn’t even worth this 13-14€. The worst of this experience was service - boys were sassy and rude. Rushing up the order, not caring at all about clients. Two water bottles were delivered to the table 15min.. Little kid got the meal last one after waiting 10 min from other meals. It was expensive and at the same time not worth this money. I don’t recommend, avoid, there are much better places around.

26/08/2024: You should not miss this restaurant. Ate twice during our holiday. Miscellaneous pizzas and also the chef's skewer. That really fills you up! Really super tasty and very friendly service.
