07/07/2025: Highly recommended – warm hospitality and perfect service at the Hotel Terzer We spent two nights at the Hotel Terzer and felt completely at home. We received a warm welcome right from the start – the host is extremely attentive, friendly, and truly dedicated. You immediately sense the passion that goes into running the place. The modern wellness area deserves special mention; it was just what we needed after a long day on the bike: well-maintained, thoughtfully designed, and wonderfully relaxing. The personal service was also exceptional – from breakfast to the last question, everything was individually addressed. We particularly appreciated the valuable recommendations for our onward bikepacking tour – routes, tips for refreshment stops, and information were perfectly tailored to our needs. We would have loved to stay longer and can warmly recommend the Hotel Terzer to anyone – whether passing through, on an active holiday, or just for relaxation. A place with character, comfort, and genuine warmth.

29/08/2025: We stopped to buy some typical products and, along the way, discovered they also had something to eat. Delicious sandwiches and truly excellent tortel! The place is cute and very welcoming. The only downside? The young waiter: we're in Italy, and if a law is fair, there's no point in arguing about it being an Italian law. Otherwise, everything else was fine.

20/08/2025: We stayed at this hotel, which felt like paradise with its stunning views. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean, and the food was plentiful and varied. We'll be back next year and can't wait!

17/08/2025: We stayed at this charming hotel, located directly opposite the majestic Sciliar massif, and were captivated. The view is simply breathtaking: every window seems to frame a natural scene. The staff is one of the hotel's strong points—always smiling, friendly, and close-knit. There's a familiar, welcoming atmosphere that makes the stay even more enjoyable. The rooms are simple and basic, perfect for those seeking tranquility without frills. The beds are quite comfortable, ideal for resting after a day of hiking and relaxation. Our room didn't have a minibar, but we're not sure if that's the case for all rooms. In any case, cleanliness and functionality were impeccable. After dinner, relaxing on the large lawn in front of the hotel was a real pleasure: an ideal place to enjoy the silence of the mountains and the last light of day. The food? Abundant and delicious, with dishes that pamper the palate and reflect the care and attention to local cuisine. The parking lot is large and convenient, a significant detail in mountain areas. And speaking of details, the hotel management is attentive and meticulous, even down to the smallest details. The property also offers a spa and jacuzzi, which we didn't have the chance to try, but we imagine are worthy of the rest of the experience.

17/08/2025: Very high disorganization but above all attention to the customer, nothing. We went there last night, there were two of us; We hadn't booked but the waitress made us sit at the only free table. After about 15 minutes the latter comes to take the order (drinks only, our usual during karaoke evenings like yesterday) and already there she repeats twice: just drink, don't eat?". After about twenty minutes they brought us the order and we were told that the table was booked (there was no placeholder and in any case they had made us sit) and that we had to free it. I resist by saying that they should have told us before; after a while the pizza chef comes to tell me the same things, adding that we were the ones who sat down without asking (I raise my tone and tell him that this is absolutely not true, so much so that his colleague had also brought me the chair, which was missing). The first waitress returns with an arrogant tone, saying that we could join another table in front, already largely occupied by people we didn't know. At that point, I decide to leave, also paying for the drink. Moral of the story: that table wasn't really booked and they certainly needed to maximize revenue, given that the new couples arriving would probably have dined (and not just drank like us). Time always pays off and venues with management like this are bound to fail sooner or later, because all in all a statistically satisfied customer brings in three more, a dissatisfied one takes away ten...

16/08/2025: Five days in Trentino around mid-August. We were staying at a nearby farmhouse. Where should we eat in the evening? A few suggestions, using search engines, but many were closed for vacation. The reviews for this pizza restaurant are outdated. We were told it had changed ownership, taken over by Indians, but the descriptions didn't tell us anything else... On the fourth evening, we decided. Aside from a few linguistic misunderstandings and a waitress who clearly lacked patience with the workload, we were amazed by the vast selection of local and ethnic dishes. Service was fairly quick, and in our opinion, the dishes were delicious and plentiful: that's why we left over. Ethnic dishes may or may not be popular, but there's a wide selection, including pizzas. Finally, a photo of an article where they were awarded for successfully serving a dish typical of the old management: white asparagus.

24/08/2025: Pretty good pizza and, i believe, typical for this region. Tasty and well prepared, although personally I prefer the more “southern” style. That is just my personal taste though. It is always worth trying pizza in every Italian region or even every city because each one is different and has its own character. This one is worth a try 😁

04/09/2025: A snack with ham and cheese for €19.50 was a joke at that price. Nothing filling. The photo shown in the menu was much more substantial.

01/09/2025: A beautiful mountain hut, perfect for families with children. It's welcoming and full of activities and games (ping pong, sandbox, trampoline, swings, golf, volleyball net, soccer goal), and further down the valley, a cage with delightful rabbits and goats. Excellent, high-quality food, a little different from the usual offerings while still maintaining a rustic Tyrolean style. I recommend the spaetzle with venison ragù, which is truly exceptional, and the Kaisersmarren (with pine nuts added 😋). The staff are super friendly and helpful; the owner offered us grappa and bitters and provided lots of information. It's a bit of a hassle getting there with kids, but it's definitely worth it! I recommend staying at least a couple of hours.

28/07/2025: I consider my stay a negative one because two rings and a gold bracelet were stolen from my locked room while I was in the pool (SPA); the gold items were on the nightstands. Upon returning to the room, I noticed that the room had been cleaned. When we realized they were missing, I notified the facility (Nicole), who, however, said she would check and let me know. Since I didn't receive a resolution to the problem, I was forced to report the incident to the Carabinieri. I would like to point out that, in addition to the significant financial loss, there is also emotional damage: they stole my wedding ring, a ring given to me by my father, and my wife, a gold bracelet, a memento of her mother. I regretfully can say that I felt a lack of interest in the incident and no communication from the facility. I hope there will be more oversight in the future to prevent similar incidents.

19/06/2025: I had the pleasure of having dinner with my wife at the hotel restaurant. I must say that the local dishes we ordered were delicious. The service was very nice.

26/08/2025: The pizza was delicious, as were the salads. The service was friendly. We sat in the beer garden on the market square, with a very nice atmosphere. Cutting the pizza was a bit difficult due to blunt knives. We'll be back.

26/08/2025: The salad was terrible: two apple pieces and three small avocado bits with a lot of greens. The kid's pesto was too salty, and the other pasta cream sauce had lumps. I've never had such awful food in South Tyrol. At least the shandy was good. I won't be back.

27/08/2025: Hello. Good iced coffee, ice cream, and pancakes! You get a glass of water with your cappuccino! The cappuccino isn't strong enough. Great place.

01/08/2025: I booked at short notice to ride the Sella Ronda on my road bike. The hotel's location is truly perfect: centrally located, easily accessible by train, and ideal as a starting point for athletic tours. The hotel itself exudes true South Tyrolean charm – quaint, traditional, and lovingly run. Anyone seeking authenticity will feel at home here. My room was very spacious and offered a stunning view of the surrounding mountains, simply wonderful for relaxing after a strenuous day! A big compliment also to the entire team: Mrs. Obermair, the host, is extremely warm and helpful, as are the two service staff at breakfast and dinner – always friendly, attentive, and very attentive. I was also thoroughly pampered with the food: The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, as was the dinner – tastefully prepared, hearty, and filling. Just what you need after an active day in the mountains! Conclusion: A hotel with a lot of personality, charm, and excellent service—I'd love to come back to tackle more Dolomites passes!
