06/04/2025: Cena in compagnia, locale tipico e molto accogliente, il servizio impeccabile! Buona selezione di vini e piatti deliziosi ci siamo trovati molto bene, sicuramente ci ritorneremo.

02/02/2025: Siamo stati oggi in questo delizioso ristorante dove abbiamo trovato una pregevole ricerca di piatti elaborati frutto anche della scuola d'alto livello seguita dal giovane chef. E' tutto molto gradevole dagli originali primi fino ai favolosi dolci utilizzando cibi del territorio: in una parola una bella pagina della cucina italiana che è già stata definita la migliore del mondo. Non ultimi sono i complimenti per il piacevole ambiente montano e per la gentilezza della giovane coppia di padroni (anche del cameriere di sala) che non perdono il sorriso anche di fronte all'impegno di soddisfare le attese di ogni cliente . alberto

01/09/2025: I've eaten at this restaurant twice (in two consecutive years). The menu features elaborate dishes, but nothing particularly noteworthy, to my taste. On the surface (I'm a teetotaler), the wine cellar appears to be very well stocked with fine wines; on the other hand, the name of the establishment speaks for itself. The refined atmosphere and the classy service ensure a pleasant evening for diners.

02/08/2025: Gnocchi di formaggio alla ladina veramente buoni! Tagliere di formaggi così così. Molto buono il dolce lamponi caldi e gelato alla crema. La cortesia del personale così così.. Fuori dalla baita abbiamo incontrato un bel po' di mucche, e nei recinti le caprette e i conigli!

16/07/2025: Forse il migliore del Pralongià.,Posto molto tranquillo,personale cortese ottimi piatti (eccezionali le tagliatelle con i funghi e i ravioli di farro e capriolo)., porzioni abbondanti e soprattutto prezzi molto sotto la media degli altri rifugi.

30/07/2025: Bel locale in centro a Borgo Valsugana, specializzato in portate di pesce e molluschi. Possibilità di ristorante e take away. Piatti ottimi e ben preparati. Crostini con vari tipi di pesce speciali come anche cozze, vongole, gamberetti e seppia in umido. Grande scelta di vini. Personale gentile e cortese.

01/05/2025: Piatti semplici, abbondanti e ben cucinati, serviti rapidamente da personale attento e gentile. I fuori menu sono sfiziosi e consentono di assaggiare le specialità di stagione e del luogo. Si può mangiare nella veranda esterna, con vista meravigliosa sulle Alpi che al tramonto si tingono di arancione. Da provare assolutamente !

27/04/2025: Esperienza culinaria indimenticabile dopo una piacevole camminata nei boschi sopra Madonna di Campiglio. In una baita caratteristica ed accogliente, abbiamo pranzato magnificamente degustando piatti tipici del Trentino preparati con cura e con materie prime di qualità. Consiglio: rosti di patate e speck, ravioli di cervo, capriolo con polenta e torta linzer (ricetta segretissima). Personale attento e cortese. Paolo Beatrice Supervisor

We were there relatively early, and after us, the place filled up quickly, so I can imagine it might be difficult to get a table on some evenings. The drinks came quickly and were delicious. It was very comfortable to sit there, and I would recommend a visit to anyone.

23/08/2025: Over the past few weeks, I've made reservations at Grissino a couple of times, always with a group of friends, for a total of nine people. The first time we ordered pizza: the reviews were mixed (some said it was too salty), but overall it was good, even if it wasn't anything special, especially considering the price. It's a shame that the drinks arrived too soon after the pizza, meaning the beers were decidedly warm during dinner. The desserts were good but a bit pricey. The second time, they sat us down, brought us the bottles of water we'd ordered (the sparkling, room-temperature kind), and shortly afterward, we were told there would be an hour's wait for the pizzas. As I walked across the restaurant to use the bathroom, I noticed that most people were already eating, so the wait seemed incredibly long. When I returned to my table, they informed me that the wait for the pizzas was due to a group of young people (about 15-20) who had ordered pizza. A restaurant with over 100 seats has a kitchen that overflows with 20 pizzas? Having abandoned the idea of ​​pizza, we chose from the menu. The curry rice arrived almost immediately, while the other dishes arrived much later, when our companion was practically finished eating. When we reordered water, we specifically asked for it to be chilled: the still water was fine, the sparkling water was again at room temperature. In short, the restaurant is beautiful and well-kept, but it seems all show: the feeling is of poorly organized, careless management. The lighting at the outdoor tables is dim, there was no air conditioning inside, and the stairs to the bathroom are unsuitable for people with disabilities.

21/08/2025: Wow! So much choice! I've eaten here several times and always chose something different. Everything was delicious! It's also nice that it has an open kitchen. The staff is also very friendly! And you get your food very quickly.

24/07/2025: I visited the winery in July 2025, and it was a fantastic experience. The 1.5-hour tour was very thorough and extremely knowledgeable. The subsequent 1-hour tasting included eight wines and provided a nice overview of the winery's wide range of wines. I particularly liked the Sauvignon Blanc and the blend of Pinot Noir and Pinot Noir. The Sauvignon Blanc offers very good value for money, but the blend is a bit overpriced in my opinion.

28/08/2025: The rooms are a bit dated, but overall the hotel offers a complete service. Breakfast is good, dinner is excellent (the vegetable/appetizer buffet was a bit lacking, as it was almost always sold out by 7:30 PM). Top-notch personal service, which is definitely its strong point: very kind and helpful staff.

21/07/2025: I stayed at this hotel for a few days and I can say it was truly excellent in every way! The facility is modern and well-maintained, the rooms are comfortable and clean. But what really made the difference was the dining room staff, made up of extremely kind, polite, and professional young women. Their service was impeccable, always ready to accommodate our every request with a smile and courtesy, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The food served at the hotel was truly excellent! The variety of dishes was wide and satisfying. 🥰🥰🥰 Highly recommended. Thank you 😍😍😍
