02/06/2025: Great experience at Garda Thermae! My friend and I wanted to spoil ourselves and we definitely did! We really enjoyed the Tibetan bowls session with Albino and the augufuss with Stefano and Walter. Lovely swimming pool, sauna, steam bath. A special thanks to Maret for the kindness and professionalism. We will come back for sure!!😊

01/05/2025: Per noi questo posto era una tappa fissa quando andavamo a Mezzolombardo, ma a malincuore devo dire che non ci entreremo mai più . Bruttissima esperienza per noi a Pasquetta, il ragazzo alla cassa estremamente arrogante e mal educato con i clienti. Infatti chiedo ai titolari di guardare le telecamere se ci sono , potranno vedere con i loro occhi come questo ragazzo ha lanciato le brioche, perché il mio compagno gli aveva detto che mentre le inseriva nel sacchetto stava fuoriuscendo il cioccolato. Secondo il mio modesto parere, non è predisposto per lavorare con il pubblico, e una visita dallo psicologo gliela farei fare sinceramente, potrebbe costituire un pericolo per i clienti, non sa assolutamente controllare le sue emozioni di rabbia.

16/12/2024: Place with attention to detail, very intimate, small size for this intimate also for small groups. Good choice of wines. It goes without saying that, being in Gries and being a wine shop as well as a restaurant, the price is not within everyone's reach. It aims for quality rather than quantity.

06/03/2025: Locale molto bello e suggestivo situato poco dopo la fermata dei bus e del parcheggio pubblico. Meta di grande affluenza di turisti. Possibilità di mangiare piatti locali e bere bevande gustose. Prezzi molto alti e porzioni limitate. Ottimo Panorama!

24/02/2025: Dopo la bella escursione al Monte Specie, ci siamo fermati qui per il pranzo. Il locale è molto frequentato e il personale lavora ad un ritmo frenetico. I piatti, gustosi, sono abbondanti. Mentre si mangia, se il tavolo è all'esterno, si gode del bel panorama.

18/02/2025: Il ristorante ha una vista pazzesca sulle montagne, i prezzi sono leggermente alti, ma le porzioni sono abbonamenti e buone, consigliata assolutamente la birra weizen. Sicuramente merita una sosta.

02/03/2025: More luxurious restaurant, bar. I didn't really like the hot chocolate here, it was more cocoa. They have better ones at the upper station. The soup was good as well as the main course, just the right portion. And a good hot bombardino 😏

27/06/2025: I had a really disappointing experience at Old Wild West. The quality of the food is absolutely terrible: the burger and fries taste like plastic and arrive cold. In particular, the fries are fried in old oil, you can tell by the fact that many are burnt. Also, the prices are too high for the quality offered, which makes the value for money really disappointing. I will definitely not return and I do not recommend it to anyone looking for a good meal in the area. The only positive note: fast waiters.

27/06/2025: I was at this place about a week ago and the experience was truly excellent. Even though the place was full, the organization was impeccable: a team of very young people managed the service in the room with surprising professionalism. They welcome each customer with a smile, transmitting enthusiasm and immediately creating a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. Red meat is undoubtedly one of the strong points of the menu: cooked to perfection, tender, juicy and full of flavor. Each dish is taken care of in the smallest details, both in the presentation and in the quality of the raw materials. The service is one of the aspects that strikes the most: fast, friendly and well coordinated. Despite the continuous flow of customers, everything runs smoothly and without stress, thanks to an attentive and always available staff. A note of merit also to the cashier, who was very kind in splitting the bill without any problem, with patience and courtesy. A place to return willingly, ideal for an evening with friends. 07/06/2025: An excellent culinary experience based on fresh fish! We were three for dinner and we were really enthusiastic about the experience. If you are looking for a place to enjoy excellent fresh fish, this is definitely the right restaurant. We enjoyed every single course, prepared with care and with raw materials of the highest quality. The fish was cooked to perfection, enhancing the natural flavors without covering them. To accompany the dinner, we chose a bottle of wine that turned out to be a perfect match, further enhancing the dishes. The service was attentive and friendly, helping to make the evening even more enjoyable.

20/05/2025: A beautiful, traditional hotel where the Habsburgs once stayed. Large hotel park with a pool and tennis courts across the street. A very good "regular" restaurant and a small Michelin-starred restaurant. Modern wellness area with a sauna and steam room. The name comes from an elephant who stopped in Brixen in the 16th century as a gift to the Habsburg court. A mural on the hotel's outer wall commemorates this event.

09/05/2025: In “The Elefant Restaurant” (not apostle restaurant), generally good dishes were served, but with surprising technical errors and a lack of balance, considering that a star-rated kitchen is served in the same establishment. The place setting was served with almost frozen butter that had crumbled apart (no spreadability). The (frozen) hazelnut soufflé was a delicious dessert, but it has nothing to do with a soufflé in terms of appearance or consistency; it could rather be described as a parfait (also taking into account that a frozen soufflé is not the same as a classic soufflé). The veal carpaccio had a very dominant acetic acidity and could have been more balanced. In the case of the veal cheek, a drop of oil was draped on the edge of the plate, but additional drops would have done the dish a lot of good as it was very “flat”. In addition, a little fleur de sel or salt crystals would have rounded off the dish better. Unfortunately not enough for the price and expectations.

10/04/2025: Unbelievable, a steak full of expectation ordered medium rare, delivered completely disappointing, well done. When the boss asked that it was unfortunately too done, “Are you saying we can’t cook?” Impudence, unfortunately yes, you just can't cook, you're not even able to deliver anything close to good service, it's sad, we were there with 20 people, for the last time, unfortunately avoid this place, it's not viable and viable on your own, it's a shame because it was expensive too...make something of it, it's a shame

21/03/2025: Con la mia fidanzata cercavamo un posto tranquillo per un pranzo veloce senza pretese, ci siamo seduti nella veranda di questo locale ed abbiamo pranzato in maniera impeccabile, canederli e rostì di patate da contorno, tutto buonissimo in un clima davvero piacevole. Torneremo sicuramente!
