An enchanting place in the setting of the Sciliar!! Beautiful in all seasons; in autumn it has fantastic colors!! Courtesy, kindness and professionalism, more guests than customers! Surrounded by nature. The torchlight procession is beautiful! Excellent cuisine; Our dog was also very well received! Gym, sauna, tennis, swimming pool... and much more.

Sehr freundliches familiäres Hotel, mit hervorragender Küche (auch auf Sonderwünsche wg Allergien/Unverträglichkeiten wird Rücksicht genommen). Wir kommen deshalb schon mehrere Jahre zum Skiurlaub hierher. Nach der Skipiste kann man sich noch im Schwimmbad und der Saunalandschaft erholen.

Positive: Location nice but secluded. Dinner and breakfast are qualitatively good and there's a good selection, Cleaning ladies and waiters are very friendly. Owners polite and friendly Shuttle taxi to the slopes included Large pool and clean wellness area Negative: No water boiler, coffee machine or fridge in the room. Not even a glass! The absence of the fridge is counteracted by the fact that during the day the heating doesn't run and the rooms are cold. In general, the rooms are small with an unpractical layout No tea choice and towels in the wellness Bathrobe to be rented additionally. The towels for the sauna not suited for more robust customers. Naked mixed sauna, with windows facing the road and the parking.. Really unpleasant

Per noi è veramente un luogo del cuore: all' interno di un parco naturale, sulle rive di un caratteristico laghetto e sotto l'imponente Sciliar, sembra di essere in un luogo incantato. Struttura bella, accogliente, camere spaziose e pulite, ottima ristorazione, cortesia e professionalità da parte di tutti. Negli anni abbiamo consigliato tanto volte questo hotel e tutti quelli che sono venuti ne sono rimasti entusiasti! Grazie mille a Judith e alla sua famiglia!!!

Zimmer sauber, Betten bequem, deutsches Fernsehen vorhanden, WLAN funktioniert einwandfrei. 20m Indoor Pool, tip top gepflegte Saunalandschaft. Frühstück sehr reichhaltig und lecker. Abendessen im 3 Gänge Menü in der Halbpension inklusive…..das ist so gut dass man wenn man hier zu lange residiert man nicht mehr durch die Tür passt 🤘🏼🫨 Frisch gekocht, kein Catering Dreck. Die Lage mit Blick auf den Schlern unbezahlbar, morgens wird man von Kuhglocken geweckt. Je einen halben Punkt Abzug für fehlende Fliegennetzgitter vor den Fenstern und Abtrennung bzw Sichtschutz zum Nachbar Balkon hin ( keine Lust auf fremde Gesichter am Morgen) Alles in allem eine klare Empfehlung 👍
