19/10/2025: The staff sucks, if I go in you have to stand still like a statuette, but don't cry if you're about to fail, respond with different things

18/10/2025: Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing due to the unprofessional attitude of the staff and owner. This is definitely not a place for small children, and unfortunately, this is the first, and hopefully last, experience I've had. Furthermore, reading the responses to other customers' reviews, I've noticed a consistent tendency on the part of management to justify themselves or respond irritably to any criticism, rather than showing openness to improvement. I fully understand that not all establishments are designed to be family-friendly, but being polite and professional should be the foundation for any business open to the public.

15/10/2025: Good food, too bad the service wasn't up to scratch. We arrived first and left last because we were forgotten for an hour. After being found, we had to wait another half hour to be served. The bill remained the same even despite this major inconvenience; I don't recommend it.

06/09/2025: We ate really well!! An exceptional risotto with speck and apples and then the strudel... oh, how delicious!

21/09/2025: 4 stars for the pizza and prices alone. A nice place in the center of Canazei, but a little cold inside and terrible service. There's not much to say about it; we didn't feel welcome from the moment we walked in until they almost kicked us out.

13/09/2025: Overall, a positive experience! Welcoming atmosphere, super friendly, helpful, and accommodating staff. We ate here twice and tried the entire menu (each ordering a different dish). Everything was exceptional, even the pizza! The polenta and the Trentino soup are highly recommended. We'll definitely be back! P.S. The coffee is also good (a rarity in the valley).

29/08/2025: I went to the inn for dinner on the way back from Rovereto. I looked for it because I'm celiac and need to eat gluten-free. They belong to the AIC AFC circuit, so I'm 100% sure. I enjoyed an excellent lake and river fish appetizer, and a crusted char. All washed down with an excellent Traminer. Honorable mention for the Moscato grappa semifreddo! I could eat a kilo of it!! The girl who served us was very kind. The atmosphere was also very nice, but the parking lot is a bit tricky if you're not used to maneuvering 😂😂😂 luckily that's not my case 😎

15/08/2025: A farmhouse nestled in the vineyards, offering authentic, fresh food and their own wine. We dined every night of our holiday, always changing the menu, and were always satisfied with the taste and quality. It's the perfect place to immerse yourself in nature and Venetian tradition.

23/06/2025: A beautiful, romantic location invites you to dream and relax, but is also more than suitable for an active holiday. Very friendly hosts, excellent cuisine, and the service is always accommodating. Nothing is left to be desired. Viktoria and Elmar are simply wonderful, as are the family dogs, Mia and Milo. We'd love to come back. See you soon.

06/06/2025: My dad and I stayed at the Plonerhof for one night. We loved everything: great owners, lovely farm dogs, a fantastic view and room, and the breakfast was delicious. The location is a bit out of the way, but the amazing view makes up for it, and the extra 10 minutes by car are worth it. We didn't experience any unfriendliness at all and felt very welcome, so we'll be happy to come back on our next trip. Greetings from the north 🇩🇰

12/10/2025: The Jimmi is probably the coolest hut in South Tyrol...and the Sella base is always in view...simply a beautiful panorama...it couldn't be better...even if the drinks cost maybe a euro more than at the other huts. As I said, the panorama is worth every cent...I can only recommend it...again and again...

27/09/2025: We had two barley soups that were very salty and inedible, so poor we had to dilute them with water. I had a portion of strudel that was strudel only in name. The waiter was rude. The prices were high. The atmosphere was very nice.

18/09/2025: We've been visiting this restaurant for many years, and it's definitely the culinary highlight every year. We always choose the surprise menu and have never been disappointed or had the same dishes. Anna and Roland are a great team, and we look forward to our visit every year. Highly recommended!
