24/06/2025: Nestled in the Tuscan hills, Tenuta di Mansanello gave us three days of relaxation. Rooms furnished in rustic style, excellent breakfast with local and homemade products. Beautiful panoramic pool overlooking the hills. The restaurant offers typical dishes with top quality ingredients. The location is perfect, 30 minutes from Siena and San Gimignano, so ideal for exploring the area. Friendly, cheerful and helpful staff. Highly recommended!

The menu features a variety of typical Tuscan dishes that you rarely find elsewhere. The ribollita is the best between Florence and Siena, and Enrico's tartare is impressively refined. The entire menu is accompanied by wines of the highest quality. Everything about this restaurant is just right. It has a cozy atmosphere and friendly service, and sometimes the setting makes you feel as if you're in one of Federico Fellini's best films. Enrico and Luciana Paradisi, along with their daughter Christiana, are excellent hosts. It is also the best value for money that I have found in Tuscany. I have been eating at this restaurant for 25 years and have never been disappointed. The menu offers a variety of typical Tuscan dishes that are difficult to find. The ribolita is the migliore tra Firenze and Siena, while the tartare of Enrico is raffinata al punto giusto. The intero menu is accompanied by wine of high quality. It's perfect in this restaurant. The atmosphere is accompaniment, the cordial service and the ambient atmosphere are similar to the famous films of Federico Fellini. Enrico and Luciani Paradiesi, with the figure of Christiana, are also the fathers of the house. This is perfect and it also has a better quality report - before it was born in Tuscany. 23/05/2025: During my experience I encountered serious hygiene problems, finding worms inside the food. In addition, I witnessed a worrying scene with the owner lying on the floor in an apparent state of overdose. I strongly advise against this place. If you are looking for a place to eat, I suggest you go elsewhere, perhaps to a trusted kebab shop.

23/06/2025: We had a great time, cleanliness, rooms, staff and breakfast. A really rich buffet for breakfast, sweet and savory. Fresh fruit too, excellent. The rooms are spacious, clean, really comfortable beds. Air conditioning. We had a great time. Thanks to the staff for their kindness and helpfulness. It's nice to arrive at the hotel and when the welcome is accompanied by a chat, not just a registration, the room key and little more, it makes you feel "almost at home", an attention to the customer that really pleased us. Thank you. Private parking, ideal for motorcyclists 🏍️. Hotel very close to the Crystal Museum.

06/07/2025: During our stay at the hotel across the street, we ate here three evenings. No matter what, everything was delicious and authentic, from appetizers to dessert. Everything was exceptionally tasty and reasonably priced. The ambiance takes some getting used to at first, but as the roof of the terrace opens and the evening progresses, it becomes more pleasant and cozy by the minute.

17/07/2025: The place has a great atmosphere and the service is kind, though a bit slow. The food was delicious, but... those were the smallest pasta portions I've ever seen. I recommend it, still.

16/07/2025: Eines der besten Restaurants, die wir bisher besucht haben! Die Bedienung ist extrem zuvorkommend, charmant und um jeden Gast bemüht. Das Essen hat Spitzenqualität und dabei doch ein ganz hervorragendes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Die Location ist natürlich himmlisch. Unbedingt dort essen, wenn ihr mal in Colle seid! Besondere Bemerkung: Es gab bei uns zuvor ein kleines Missverständnis mit einer Buchung in einem anderen Lokal dieses Inhabers und wir wurden sogar kontaktiert, um dieses zu beheben - was dann auch geschehen ist. Diese Kulanz und Kundenfreundlichkeit ist nicht zu toppen! They surely go the extra mile!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ One of the best restaurants we have visited so far! The service is extremely courteous, charming and endeavours to look after every guest. The food is star quality and still excellent value for money. The location is, of course, heavenly. Be sure to eat out there if you're ever in Colle! Special note: We had a small misunderstanding with a booking at another restaurant run by this owner and we were even contacted to rectify this - which was then done. This goodwill and customer friendliness is unbeatable! They surely go the extra mile!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
