05/03/2025: In this pastry shop breakfast is better! Very welcoming, clean and designer place, with the sale of fresh pastries, cakes, sweets and even savory snacks. Wide choice. Courteous staff. You can choose to sit at the tables set up inside, or outside on stools or even in the comfortable outdoor area, for a more calm break. Highly recommended!

03/03/2025: I bought two takeaway coffees. The ladies realized that we were foreign tourists and decided to charge our bill, the coffee cost 3 Euros and the bill was 7 Euros. Dear tourists, be careful. I still have a receipt where I made several purchases and there we spent 2 Euros extra, (VARY). If you want, can we continue the discussion? It would be best to talk to employees so that they no longer resort to such thefts.

05/01/2025: Marvelous! Breakfast: rich cappuccino full of foam and hot chocolate donut (and not hazelnut cream) €2 and a few cents!!!! Also great for lunch!

31/12/2024: Historic postponement, with a vast choice of fresh cured meats, cheeses and various side dishes, phenomenal homemade desserts, a refreshing stop for those traveling on the panoramic inland roads heading towards the sea.

10/03/2025: Would not recommend. Food did not seem fresh. VERY salty. Small portions. The ravioli dough was very thick. The carbonara did not at all taste like real carbonara. Poor service even though we were the only ones in the restaurant. Atmosphere was the only thing that was nice with pretty decor.

16/01/2025: For the inhabitants of Colle it needs no introduction because it is now a historic business that has an excellent pastry shop and a sautéed department that includes excellent pizzas and stuffed flatbreads. A snack with freshly baked round pizzas is a tradition!

06/02/2025: Bella location con vista su San Gimignano e non solo.... saletta da pranzo decorata e con caminetto, pranzo di buona qualitá, ottimo il mascarpone, personale gentile.

30/12/2024: I came here as part of a tour. The organization to get food out to everyone quickly was good. The view of the vineyards was beautiful. However the food was not good. The appetizer mixed plate had a good variety. The pasta potion was small and tasted abit bland.

01/03/2025: As soon as you enter you wouldn't think it was a pizzeria because there is a pleasant order, the waiters don't "run" around the tables, there aren't many children, and in general it's all quite formal (then there's no shortage of decorations that remind you of being in a pizzeria). They also have a "privé" for tables of 7/8 people maximum. The waiters are polite and helpful, the only problem is, if you consider the level of the place, it should be noted that the service was a little slow (except for the "starters") and then the pizzas arrived before they removed the "starter" plates. Good but not great. Moving on to the menu, all the dishes were pizza, even as an APPETIZER they offer you fried calzones to share or a pizza to share. For this reason, perhaps if you are a couple it will not be easy to get one of their appetizers. Everything they fry is good, I would say a real specialty, I would use the filling of the CALZONI a little more considering that they should be shared. The PIZZAS... I don't want to give bad publicity to the 83rd pizzeria in the world in 2023 or 2024, but probably due to an error that can happen to anyone, the pizza that my guests and I ate (all non-fried pizzas) had the defect of having a dough that was perhaps too chewy and mine in particular was particularly grizzled with burns, both on the top and bottom. I don't want to delve into theories that don't belong to me, maybe the owner will be able to explain to me what the reason could be. "Aside from this which is the reason why I didn't give 5 stars, THE RAW MATERIALS are truly of quality, refined and good, it is no coincidence that it is in the red shrimp guide. The price of €16 for a pizza with refined raw materials is justified by the raw materials themselves, but not so much dough. Gourmet pizzas at €25 make sense since they are a real culinary experience, you have to see them from the perspective of not eating a pizza but savoring a dish. The classic Margherita €8 is not a lot but not a little either and the other "basic" pizzas have prices no higher than €12 from what I remember, therefore accessible to everyone if desired.

15/02/2025: Pizza ok ingredients ok service ok, but when you get home all your clothes need to be washed because they smell like a fryer. Despite the food and good service, I won't go back. There are many good pizzerias.
