28/10/2025: Mediocre pizza. Terrible dough, practically nonexistent toppings. Ordered a lactose-free white pizza with mushrooms and parmesan. A red pizza arrived with four pieces of mushrooms and a sprinkling of parmesan.

They responded quickly and warmly, demonstrating a strong focus on the end customer and their satisfaction.
The product is artisanal, good, and tasty: I will definitely be their customer again.

03/01/2026: We've been to Il Torrione both on a weekday and on a Saturday when the restaurant was full. The friendliness, hospitality, and customer service from the staff were always top-notch. Both the dishes and the pizza, which was very tasty and light, left everyone extremely satisfied and satisfied. Highly recommended.

04/01/2026: A fantastic experience!! The location is evocative and meticulously maintained, every corner exudes history and charm. The food is pure poetry, top-notch ingredients cooked to perfection. The wait staff is highly trained and available to answer any questions or concerns about the venue. The price is reasonable for the quality of the venue, the service, and the cuisine. I will remember it for a long time, and I will return at every opportunity.

Exceptional livers, beautifully cooked pigeon, smoked spaghetti with black garlic and anchovy sauce—spectacular, tasty, and with perfectly balanced flavors.
The service was very pleasant, with kind and attentive staff.
The wine list was very adequate, with a good selection and competitive prices.
Excellent value.

08/11/2025: A small bakery on the road from Colle Val d'Elsa to Pian della Speranza, before leaving Gracciano, on the left is this small shop that bakes products of infinite goodness, at prices competitive with many other bakeries, including supermarkets, but with much higher quality.
12/10/2025: Nice local bakery with freshly baked focaccia and other pastries.

01/01/2026: Excellent food, plentiful! The ossobuco was top-notch and the tagliata was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had dinner on January 1st, 2026, and everything was extraordinary! It was our first time dining there. We recommend it to everyone.

14/12/2025: I went on a pizza tour, but the experience wasn't positive. The pizzas had very cheap and basic toppings. I understand it's a pizza tour, but the quantity and quality were truly minimal.
The dessert pizza was extremely limited: we asked for three, but were told we were only entitled to one piece each. Considering we were a table of about 20 people, and therefore making a profit, these complaints could have been avoided. Furthermore, the so-called strawberry dessert pizza was served cold and actually contained jam.
During dinner, the place filled with smoke from the oven, so much so that many of us had to wash our coats.
At the final bill, no discount was applied, not even a token one, despite the problems encountered, including hair found on the pizza.
I hope this criticism is constructive.
24/10/2025: Best pizza restaurant in Toscane!! Staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is very cosy and real Italien. We will come back here! We recommend the Diavoli and the Burrata with pesto.

10/03/2026: Truly excellent, I have to say the overall experience deserves an A+. Since I have serious allergies, the staff was very careful to explain everything about the dishes and ingredients (and I must say, that doesn't happen in many restaurants, so that alone is a plus). The dishes were excellent, well-prepared, and flavorful. The only downside was the pecorino flan; I would have preferred it to be a bit more palatable, despite it being covered by the quince sauce, but that was good too. My partner and I ordered an appetizer, two first courses, a second course, two desserts, a coffee, two glasses of wine, and water. The price, in my opinion, was very fair, especially considering the quality of the ingredients and their location in the area. The glass I ordered was a local wine, and I was very happy with it. Thank you so much, highly recommended!

staff made my birthday party wonderful!! A very well-kept venue, with a quiet and welcoming atmosphere. The waiters were professional, attentive, and helpful. The food was delicious and the kitchen was punctual.

02/03/2026: Anyone who's ever wanted to know what it feels like to be a nuisance will find it in this pastry shop.
This pastry shop is conducting a fascinating social experiment: How many customers can you drive away with maximum rudeness?
The young man behind the counter has perfected the art of the exasperated eye roll and communicates primarily in a tone that sounds like, "Why do you exist?" Language barrier? Clearly a personal attack.
The woman—presumably the owner—follows the minimalist principle of hospitality: no greeting, no eye contact, no thank you. Efficiency through ignoring.
For 12 euros, you get average pastries and an atmosphere like a waiting room just before a tax audit.
If you want to spend money to be treated rudely and disrespectfully, feel free to try it. I will certainly never set foot in this place again. I'd rather burn my money than buy anything here again. Negative points would be too kind.
28/02/2026: Try those pastries with chocolate, absolutely delicious. We also liked the cappuccino and americano. Wish the service could be more friendly as the other places we experienced in this lovely town. Faces with smile should be easy.
