01/03/2026: We came across this amazing spot in the Michelin guide. It was simply brilliant and such a special place to celebrate my 30th birthday. The service was expectional - guiding us through wine choices. The setting balanced a private dining experience, while retaining the authenticity and buzz of a Tuscan restaurant. The attention to detail (in presentation, flavour and textures) was so clear! I hope one day to be able to return.
04/01/2026: A fantastic experience!! The location is evocative and meticulously maintained, every corner exudes history and charm. The food is pure poetry, top-notch ingredients cooked to perfection. The wait staff is highly trained and available to answer any questions or concerns about the venue. The price is reasonable for the quality of the venue, the service, and the cuisine. I will remember it for a long time, and I will return at every opportunity.

16/04/2026: From the outside, the restaurant looks almost chaotic, but inside you'll find true Italian soul. You have a direct view of the open fire in the wood-fired oven and receive an incredibly warm welcome from the team (chef and servers). Communicating with gestures worked perfectly!
The food: The best pizza I've ever had. Here, quality trumps quantity – the pizza isn't overloaded, but impresses with excellent ingredients and pure flavor.
Conclusion: Unassuming ambiance, but unbeatable prices and top-notch quality. If you're looking for authentic food, this is the place to go!

Excellent service. The acoustics are terrible; it's difficult to talk, and especially to hear people at the same table as you.
09/03/2026: Average food, very good service, attentive and very friendly staff, unfortunately the evening featured a sort of karaoke at an unbearable volume, a shame because it could have been a very pleasant place.

02/05/2026: Two days of motorcycle touring throughout the beautiful Tuscan countryside, combined with two evenings of fine dining in the cheerful company of the unsurpassed staff at Locanda di Berto e Giangio. This is my perfect combination for unwinding from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and recharging body, mind, and spirit.
I highly recommend this inn to lovers of good traditional cuisine enhanced by the warm hospitality of its staff.
My personal go-to for Colle Val d'Elsa and the surrounding area.

19/04/2026: The restaurant sits right in the in the famous Arnolfo's Square. A beauty itself. Everything is elegant and the surrounding alone worth a visit.
Then there is the stuff, very welcoming and knowledgeable. They were happy to talk about the food we were about to orde. Very polite and friendly. Especially the owner.
Food was of outstanding quality and my risotto Verde were delicious.
We were very happy and we can't wait to be back.

21/01/2026: I had made a reservation for lunch on January 18th. However, when my family and I arrived, we found it closed. Shameful and disrespectful.
20/12/2025: The all-you-can-eat formula is truly a success; you can try every dish on the menu and decide whether to continue and gorge yourself on the food or sample everything, enjoying both the delicious starters and truly special main courses. The service is very friendly and efficient. Highly recommended.

08/11/2025: A small bakery on the road from Colle Val d'Elsa to Pian della Speranza, before leaving Gracciano, on the left is this small shop that bakes products of infinite goodness, at prices competitive with many other bakeries, including supermarkets, but with much higher quality.

13/04/2026: Unfortunately, not a good experience. The names of the dishes were very sophisticated and in essence nothing special. The prices were very high, around €20 on average for a first course, and the actual quality was very low. Two dishes were served half-frozen and then had to be remade and were charged the same. On the other hand, the view was very beautiful.

01/10/2025: Pici all'aglione, peposo with polenta, and grape and walnut cake. Amazing!!! Everything homemade, served with kindness and courtesy, and a more than reasonable price (€49 for two). Highly recommended!
