14/04/2026: Excellent restaurant with delicious pizza (including gluten-free!) located in Castel San Gimignano, centrally located and easily accessible, especially if you're traveling. Excellent service and very friendly and polite waiters. A bonus is the wide selection of gluten-free dishes and drinks, which are not always easy to find.

05/05/2026: A friend and I went to a pizza and foccacia making class one afternoon. The experience was wonderful and so much fun. I truly learned how to make them both. They provided unlimited wine of our choosing while we were in the class. The instructor did not speak English so another employee was with there to interpret everything. We were able to eat everything we made after with wine which was delicious. I think this would be fun for older children (9 and up) to participate in also. Another day we were bike riding and went there for lunch. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive. The food was absolutely delicious … you truly taste the freshness of the farm to table experience. They had a tour group booked for olive oil and wine tasting so they were very busy accommodating the tour group and private diners . Did not matter to us ….the surroundings provide a beautiful view. We just relaxed and enjoyed the authentic Italian experience. Thank you for 2 amazing experiences!

14/03/2026: This is our second time here, different menu, but still just as delicious. The ambiance is all white, and the food is sensational. They offer very unusual seafood dishes that you can't find anywhere else. Our first visit was by chance, but today's was planned because the food is so incredibly tasty.

01/03/2026: We came across this amazing spot in the Michelin guide. It was simply brilliant and such a special place to celebrate my 30th birthday. The service was expectional - guiding us through wine choices. The setting balanced a private dining experience, while retaining the authenticity and buzz of a Tuscan restaurant. The attention to detail (in presentation, flavour and textures) was so clear! I hope one day to be able to return.

04/01/2026: A fantastic experience!! The location is evocative and meticulously maintained, every corner exudes history and charm. The food is pure poetry, top-notch ingredients cooked to perfection. The wait staff is highly trained and available to answer any questions or concerns about the venue. The price is reasonable for the quality of the venue, the service, and the cuisine. I will remember it for a long time, and I will return at every opportunity.

16/04/2026: From the outside, the restaurant looks almost chaotic, but inside you'll find true Italian soul. You have a direct view of the open fire in the wood-fired oven and receive an incredibly warm welcome from the team (chef and servers). Communicating with gestures worked perfectly! The food: The best pizza I've ever had. Here, quality trumps quantity – the pizza isn't overloaded, but impresses with excellent ingredients and pure flavor. Conclusion: Unassuming ambiance, but unbeatable prices and top-notch quality. If you're looking for authentic food, this is the place to go!

09/04/2026: Very, very good pizza Excellent service. The acoustics are terrible; it's difficult to talk, and especially to hear people at the same table as you.

09/03/2026: Average food, very good service, attentive and very friendly staff, unfortunately the evening featured a sort of karaoke at an unbearable volume, a shame because it could have been a very pleasant place.
