A wonderful dinner! Excellent food and prices, wonderful, cheerful service. Plus, the surrounding landscape is breathtaking and surrounded by greenery.

Good food, comfortable place and like being at home

We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance during our travels and were warmly welcomed by a waitress who spoke perfect French. Thank you for this much-appreciated effort, especially since we couldn't understand the menu at all! We had a wonderful meal, enjoying generous and flavorful local specialties. In short, a lovely experience at a very reasonable price.

Very good food. Excellent first courses with delicious homemade pasta. The pizza was also excellent, cooked well without burning. The staff were kind and friendly.

Quality food, with a clear focus on the right ingredients. Typical Tuscan dishes, locally sourced. The atmosphere is rustic and very welcoming. The service was a bit inconsistent and inattentive, which caused some unnecessary waits, but overall, it was a great place to stop, surrounded by nature and ideal for summer, with outdoor seating available. I wouldn't say it's a sore point, but it's something to be reconsidered: the quantity of appetizers, given the price. The ingredients are good, but the quantities are a bit limited. Especially considering the menu includes an appetizer with cured meats, cheeses, and pickled vegetables, and there's only one type of cheese, a piece, while the pickled vegetables are just two olives and little else that can be eaten in a spoonful. Overall, though, we had a good time. €55 for an appetizer, two first courses, water, a glass of wine, two coffees, and limoncello.

Great place, kindness, availability..

We ate well, the service was excellent, the place is beautiful and welcoming... it's a shame that I was charged a €2 surcharge just for ordering the two undercooked pizzas, it seems like an unnecessary exaggeration.

We went for lunch. We wanted to eat mushrooms, but apart from the porcini salad with parmesan shavings, the other mushroom-based dishes disappointed us. The tagliolini were overcooked and the fried mushrooms were full of oil. Praise for the desserts. The price was excessive: for 2 appetizers, 2 first courses, 2 side dishes, 2 desserts, 2 bottles of water, and a beer, €90.

After a nice hike in the mountains or a game of beach tennis in the beautiful nearby meadows, it's a pleasure to eat, drink and relax here in the cool air.
