Eleonora gentile al telefono e impeccabile nel servizio in sala, complimenti alla creatività della cucina un menù fisso che mi ha soddisfatto dall'antipasto al dolce. Qualita prezzo per quanto ho mangiato ottima.

Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff, excellent food, quality raw materials, generous portions. Particular attention to gluten free, gluten-free dishes are not only beautiful but also delicious.

16/02/2025: One of my favorite places in Pietrasanta is in all of Versilia. In addition to the less (excellent) "normal" they also make everything completely gluten-free. Tiziano the room manager is very attentive and helpful. The menu is special.

07/03/2025: Al gatto nero si respira storia e si mangia una ciccia super buona! La fiorentina era spettacolare... E anche i bimbi hanno gradito tutto! Servizio cordiale e professionale. Noi abbiamo apprezzato anche la parte superiore del locale dove si possono apprezzare i dettagli di quella che una volta era una cella di prigione..l'esterno è altrettanto piacevole e arioso.

03/03/2025: Locale caratteristico, che offre portate limitate ma di buona qualita! (prefriscoi poche portate fresche che il contrario) . Rapporto qualita prezzo ottimo, anche se sottodimensionati a mio avviso come personale e questo porta a tempi di attesa lunghi e a volte portate non caldissime. Da ritornarci ma potete migliorare!

18/02/2025: Booked for Valentine's evening with a tasting menu chosen by the chef with dishes taken from the à la carte menu. Extremely refined environment with beautiful open kitchen, friendly and professional waitstaff. The basic dishes chosen for us were pleasant due to the types of recipes chosen such as the Genoese fusilli but they did not present any imaginative flair which I would have expected in a restaurant of this kind. The seafood salad, of which I do not doubt the freshness of the raw materials, had cooking methods that I personally found unappealing and overall a rather sad and anonymous dish. The refined environment does not reflect the cuisine and unfortunately not even the price.
