01/05/2026: I had a disappointing experience at this McDonald's. The walls were greasy, with visible stains. The tables were dirty, and the leather chairs showed signs of grease, clearly visible under the lights. The fries were cold and looked old, while the nuggets were too stringy. Furthermore, the wastepaper baskets were visibly dirty. I sincerely hope they take action, because I believe a more up-to-date environment can restore the quality of service expected.
The hygiene in the restaurant leaves much to be desired, which makes me wonder about the kitchen situation. I truly hope they take action to ensure better standards.
I'm attaching photos of just a few items.

Absolutely beautiful!
02/05/2026: We had high expectations, but the beautiful view didn't justify the price. The dishes were average, all arrived cold. The fish was €10 per 100g, with potatoes and olives of very poor quality.
Very confusing and inattentive service.
The bill was exorbitant.

14/09/2025: The staff is super friendly, helpful, and always smiling. The cleanliness is top-notch. It's a 3-star hotel, a bit dated...but the cleanliness of the bathroom, the breakfast (rich: homemade sweets and savory, fresh fruit), and the location are the strong points of this hotel. Thank you.
17/08/2025: "This owner-managed hotel leaves nothing to be desired. The hotel and its grounds are in excellent condition, the rooms are well-equipped, and are kept very clean daily. The owners and staff are always approachable and helpful and friendly. We didn't notice any negative things."

22/09/2025: We had pasta with prawns and a meat platter with fries. Unfortunately, neither was edible. The pasta was more than chewy (raw) and absolutely not tasty. The meat was cooked through, tough, and underseasoned, and the sausage tasted rancid.
We sent the food back.
The full amount was charged on the bill!
The staff was very friendly, though!
Comment on the chef: "The Germans"
Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend it!

02/09/2025: We had an aperitif with a platter that included four different tastings, including very tender cuttlefish and squid. The tiramisu was decent, and the staff were friendly. Today, the tables under the trees were really nice.

28/04/2026: The table setting and ambiance were poorly maintained and certainly not in line with the prices.
We waited for a first course for forty minutes without any justification. The oil was old (2024 harvest), and the fried food was rubbery with poor quality oil.
The staff was rushed, sullen, and not very talkative.
Two first courses, one fried dish, one local prosecco (plain), and one sparkling water: €91.
08/04/2026: At Grigolo, we received a warm welcome from the "hosts," Flavio and his wife, who pampered us without being too intrusive, and from the rest of the team.
I had the privilege of stepping into the kitchen and seeing the excellent freshly caught fish with my own eyes.
This restaurant showcases the culinary tradition, a rarity in most restaurants these days.
Fresh, authentic food expertly prepared by Flavio.
Clean and tidy atmosphere.

13/12/2025: Exceptional gluten-free pizza, enjoyed both takeout and dine-in.
The dough is artisanal and made in a separate oven, completely safe; it's also light and easy to digest.
High-quality products.
Wide selection on the menu, including classic pizzas.
I highly recommend this place; you won't regret it!
13/12/2025: not very serious… I booked a table for December 31st and was told to pay the deposit by the 15th. On the 12th they contacted me saying that there were no more seats, even though my reservation had been guaranteed by phone a few days before.
