30/07/2025: Friends recommended this place to me, but I was disappointed, first by the wine selection on the menu, then by the generally unhelpful and unfriendly service. I'm sorry, and I've told friends about this, directing them to other good places in the area. It's a shame they almost lost customers.

20/07/2025: Ambiente un po' freddo. Servizio discreto. Qualità si può fare di meglio. Note negative: 1-tagliata con tartufo nel menu e di sabato sera primo servizio alle 20,30 mi dici che il tartufo non c'è. 2-prendi ordini con tablet ergo non ci dovrebbero essere errori. Al momento del del conto mi ripeti a voce tutte le portate e, ovviamente, confermo. Esco e a casa noto che lo scontrino riporta 4 calici di vino e non 2. NON VA BENE. Ci vuole più professionalità. 3-rapporto qualità prezzo non sostenibile

09/05/2025: The "new" Barrocciaia has finally reopened, with new premises and staff. Let's start with the staff, excellent in every way, good at listening to customers, they deserve all the success possible!!! The dishes, look at the photos to believe them, very good and plentiful, everything perfect. Historic and characteristic location. Ideal for groups of friends and couple dinners. I recommend it without a shadow of a doubt!!! Well done everyone!!!

27/08/2025: It's been a regular stop for me for years! But the problem, besides the products I've had my friends try, embarrassed by the quality, is the dough that's clearly undercooked, doughy, and hard—it feels like cardboard. The worst part is the staff's treatment; the line was disorganized, and the older lady often responds with arrogance and zero customer service, but with an annoyed expression. It's shameful that a place with this reputation is reduced to embarrassing customers and making them go home displeased with both the service and the product. Sorry, very disappointed.

25/08/2025: Overrated, as many have said. Skip the line and try something else, but you're on an island anyway, and you'll never find the quality you find in some more populous cities.

26/08/2025: A truly positive experience The place doesn't have a sea view, but it's right on the sea, away from the crowds and noise. You don't see the sun set, but the moon rise. The pizza and schiacciatine are excellent, because the pizza chef has, I'd say, thirty years of experience!!! The owners are kind and professional, and the waitress is attentive and friendly. Highly recommended

16/07/2025: I don’t usually write reviews, but this time I feel that everyone should know where they are going and not be misled by the good reviews of others. We came with family during lunch to eat together — there were five of us. However, apart from sandwiches, we couldn’t order anything else. We asked to make us mojitos: two with alcohol and two without. The mojitos had spoiled mint and stale lemon. The drink tasted disappointing and was unpleasant. We addressed the bartender with this problem, but received only negative phrases in response. In addition, the service was disgusting: the women were unfriendly and rude. 05/10/2025: Great place for an aperitif! Six of us went on a Friday evening in October and were greeted by friendly, competent staff who took our order and brought our drinks outside where we were comfortably seated on the sofas in the lovely square, surrounded by trees. The setting is beautiful, comfortable and classy. There's a good selection of drinks and you can help yourself to whatever you fancy from the buffet. At around € 6 per person for food and drink it's excellent value for money.Totally recommend!

18/09/2025: Overall, the dinner was good. The dishes were well-cooked and the ingredients were top-quality. The pizza was a little burnt, but only on one side. There was a slow service between the appetizer and the pizza. Otherwise, it was fine.

13/10/2025: It's located in Livorno's Venice neighborhood. We stumbled upon it by chance while exploring the city and stopped for lunch. The food was terrible: the linguine with clams and bottarga was completely untidy, dry, and tasteless; the tortiglioni with mussels was raw and drowned in oil. There was a very long wait. When paying, the bill was calculated (poorly) on a piece of paper. We paid by debit card and issued a receipt (not a detailed receipt). The cost for two first courses, a bottle of water, and a quart of wine (€6) was a whopping €35... I don't recommend it!!!

20/09/2025: The pizza was very tasty because it was well-seasoned: Quattro Stagioni and Neapolitan, with good, abundant ingredients. Friendly staff. We'll definitely be back!

05/06/2025: Beautiful campsite! Friendly and helpful staff! We stayed in a luxury lodge tent, it is equipped with every comfort with a stove and private bathroom! We will definitely be back!

04/06/2025: We stayed at this campsite for 10 days in May, when the weather was very changeable. Fortunately, the campsite and mobile home we selected were an excellent choice even on cloudy and rainy days. The cottage was suitable for five people with a kitchen, an internal table, two rooms and two bathrooms. The terrace had a table with seven chairs, two deck chairs and a magnificent view of Capoliveri and the sea. Everything was very clean and well stocked, there are tea towels, tablecloths, bath mats, things that I have never found in other campsites. The staff was always very courteous, from the manager, to the receptionist, to the girl at the bar and also to the technicians who go around the campsite all day to fix any problems that may be found in the accommodations. The location is perfect, a few minutes from Capoliveri, about twenty minutes from Portoferraio and suitable for visiting all the beaches in the south of the island. The beach is very large and well stocked with bars, restaurants and the possibility of renting canoes etc. The campsite also has a swimming pool that we didn't use due to the weather, a small children's area with balls and various games, and shared bathrooms are very clean. I will gladly return.

03/09/2025: I'm sorry, the owners put all their best efforts into it, but the pizza was unsatisfactory for the price paid: small, with little toppings, and in my opinion the dough was the wrong one for cooking in an electric oven.
