13/06/2026: I have trouble digesting classic, traditional pizza, so much so that I have to order gluten-free even though I'm not celiac, until I discovered this delicious Roman pinsa. It's incredibly light, thin, crispy, and generously topped! You can taste the quality of the ingredients. It's become my absolute favorite pizza in Cecina. I also discovered that they make it gluten-free upon request, and I can't wait to try it! Highly recommended.

I understand, you have to pay the operators, I understand electricity, gas, but charging €15 for a plate of fried food, especially frozen food that you can find at any discount store at rock-bottom prices, I can understand fresh food, but not frozen.

26/04/2026: I ate a pizza that wasn't satisfying because it lacked toppings. The worst aspect of the place is the bathroom with frosted glass doors: you can see everything, have zero privacy, and it smells bad.
The pizza is served in a cardboard box, and the cutlery is plastic. Not to mention the sauces poured onto an aluminum tray. Inconvenience everywhere.
07/12/2025: On Saturdays and Sundays, the wait for takeout can be long; it's best to order pizza in advance. I assume it can also be long to eat in the dining room, based on what I've seen while waiting for takeout pizzas. I plan on eating there soon, even though the dining room is small (I think they open an outdoor area in a small courtyard in the summer) and some tables are right up against the counter where takeout waits. The pizza, however, is excellent, in terms of size and consistency, more similar to Roman pizza than Neapolitan pizza. The dough is excellent, and the toppings are excellent and plentiful. The fried panzerotti are excellent; they're generously sized and the fillings are appropriate.

We called the restaurant right away, and the manager was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional in handling the situation. A heartfelt thank you to her and all the staff for their courtesy and attention: despite the inconvenience, they handled it excellently. Bravo! 👏🏻

14/07/2026: The place looks nice, but the staff is truly unpleasant, arrogant, and rude to customers. The young men and women serving tables are the only ones with a smile on their faces (not all of them). I strongly recommend they change their attitude.

25/05/2026: Fantastic location, but a shame there's not even a chair outside to enjoy the afternoon sun in the warmth of the spring sunshine, surrounded by nature. The food is well-presented but not excellent. I wouldn't go back.
