We had a problem with a takeout order that was delivered incorrectly, but unfortunately we only realized it once we got home. We called the restaurant right away, and the manager was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional in handling the situation. A heartfelt thank you to her and all the staff for their courtesy and attention: despite the inconvenience, they handled it excellently. Bravo! 👏🏻

The food and service are like all the other Mc Donald's. The coffee is awful, the water is dirty. I felt like I was drinking the espresso they make abroad.

I'm not a fan of this type of place, but I go there mostly to please my daughter. I have to admit that my chicken cutlet sandwich with sweet and sour sauce was truly delicious, and to finish, an excellent McFlurry ice cream... I hope I didn't misspell it. Plus, the staff was kind and organized: in fact, it was already full at 12:00.

Food 5 because they're standardized meals and the chain doesn't offer anything better. Service is rather reservedly friendly. I don't know if that's because I didn't speak the language. The ambiance could be nicer, even for this chain. There are a few parking spaces available, but they're usually full.

29/07/2026: The sandwiches are the usual ones, served hot, and the snacks are always freshly prepared. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The only (very serious) flaw is the bathrooms, which are always a disgrace, and the tables are only cleaned as best they can.
