28/07/2025: Ottimo ristorante nel campeggio dove ci appoggiamo per le vacanze tutti gli anni.Come sempre tutto ottimo apparte i prezzi che purtroppo sono sempre di anno in anno aumentati fino a farci prendere la decisione di non frequentarlo più.

06/07/2025: Difficoltà ad entrare nel camping da esterni. Dopo varie peripezie, arrivati a piedi nel bel mezzo del campeggio troviamo il ristorante con tavoli sparsi nel boschetto. Mancava un po’ d’aria e un po’ di velocità nel servizio. Direi da non riprovare anche se il cibo era nella media.

31/07/2025: Unfortunately, the experience wasn't a positive one. Very slow table service, despite there being six tables in total, each with several people, for goodness' sake. The wait for food was 1 hour and 40 minutes. The pizza never arrived. The bill, in my opinion, was excessive for the overall service and was even rounded up despite the wait and the service.

03/07/2025: We often take pizzas home and there have never been any problems but last night the three pizzas were truly shameful... super salty with tomato sauce that seemed like a throwaway sauce and above all hard. They should be thrown straight into the trash. Either the pizza chef has changed or I don't know!!!!

20/08/2025: I'm giving it 2 stars, and I'm being kind. Not for the service or the location (back of a tobacconist's), but for the food and the price. People are hanging around, eating, and not being stupid. The ingredients are stale (old, mushy green beans cost €5. Pasta all'amatriciana with 3 bacon scraps, ravioli very al dente, sour grated cheese, undrinkable wine), you can see the kitchenette when you go to the bathroom 😑, and the glasses are dirty. We went, drawn by the reviews, but the good reviews are probably written by friends. Better to spend €20 more somewhere else. Everyone's into restaurants, so in that case, it's better to keep selling cigarettes.

21/08/2025: Slow service, dirty and poorly maintained place that doesn't even meet franchise standards. The manager is very rude and ignorant. She only responds by saying we're 30 minutes late, in an annoyed manner.

03/08/2025: I'm writing this negative review because I have to... I can't let such degradation pass... we stayed in this holiday home Le Venelle in Rio Marina on Elba Island with 4 people, as soon as we entered the bathroom... hair and a piece of the cap of a razor blade in the shower... the next day we had to buy all the detergents... even though they should have cleaned before entering... the place is poorly maintained and never sat outside because clothes get dirty with resin, having thrown out 2 items of clothing... ants after 2 days on the kitchen counter... then we were told that to wash clothes there was a communal washing machine from 3 to 1 working, a place that makes you vomit just the thought of washing clothes... top instead, sheets and towels evident dirt stains... brought freshly cleaned... and discovered that they wash the clothes in the communal washing machine... 😱 not sanitized and sterilized... we stayed for 10 days... we reported it and they even got pissed off until we threatened to call the USL so they deducted 100 euros from our cleaning fee Initials I absolutely do not recommend it....

07/08/2025: The food was awful, the chicken was covered in blood. It was sickening. I took my little girl to the bathroom, and poor thing, she told me, "Mom, everything in here is dirty, it stinks so much." I recommend the local health authority (ASL) get it checked out. Thank you.

07/08/2025: I went yesterday, August 6th to this restaurant, I ordered a coke, they served it to me hot, then I ordered lunch, then they served me the chicken it was raw with blood it was disgusting, then they didn't clean the shrimp they had poop just like they served it to me I left it then I went to the bathroom I lost the desire to go in it was so disgusting I ran to pay with bancomat didn't even give me the cash, the person who was collecting was dirty drunk maybe the kitchen that doesn't look how disgusting it must be I don't recommend that restaurant for the good of all 🤮🤮🤮

18/07/2025: Not recommended. The pizzas are undercooked, and the ingredients run off with the sauce. Many menu items are unavailable despite repeated visits, the waitresses speak limited English, and bills are charged for items ordered but not delivered because they were out of stock. There's never any chicken, and the tiramisu also sells out quickly. Plus, there are plenty of tables right by the sea, good steaks, and good wine.

25/08/2025: Let's start with the premise that this is a fast food restaurant with a very specific format, so you can't expect anything different from another Burger King. The difference between these places, in my opinion, lies in the staff, the cleanliness of the premises, and, if you like, even the location. As for the latter, being in Livorno's industrial port area, there's little to say; as for the staff, I have to praise their politeness and helpfulness. We were greeted upon entry and exit, and they were extremely kind. So, four stars because I don't think it's easy to be so empathetic. Unfortunately, the flaw lies in the cleanliness. A sticky, greasy layer covers the entire place, from the bathrooms to the tables to the seats. It looks like they used the same greasy rag to clean the entire place.

24/08/2025: Let's see... the Coke glass was black and dented: impossible to miss, but they put the drink in it anyway, and after a sip, I noticed. The fries were cold and without a hint of salt; the men's room was indecent. I walked around and stayed glued to the floor. Considering there were only three of us, it's hard to say it was an oversight due to the crowds. Never again.

18/08/2025: Booked for 9:00 pm, 2 adults and a 2-year-old girl, arrived on time, we enter saying hello, the waiter doesn't return the greeting, we sit on the outdoor terrace, 20 minutes pass and they don't even bring us water, new customers come in and occupy 3 other tables, I try to get the waiter to notice me but he doesn't pay me any attention, meanwhile more time passes and the waiter and his colleague take the orders from the 3 tables that arrived after us, at 9:40 pm we decide to leave pointing out the poor service, obviously the gentlemen don't admit they were wrong and I am also treated badly by the waiter who raises his voice and speaks to me in a rude manner, honestly I would never have expected a situation like this, a dear local friend and regular customer recommended me to eat at this restaurant, in light of this I do not recommend eating there.

16/08/2025: Ferragosto Nice place. Four of us arrived at 1:10 PM, and after 10 minutes they came to take our order. After waiting a while, I went to ask for the water, bread, and wine we had ordered, but it didn't arrive. We ordered 1 meat appetizer, 4 first courses and 3 fried dishes with 1 potato chip. The meat appetizer arrived at 2.20pm and the first courses were still undelivered. I went back to ask how much time we still had to have lunch. They said the pasta was cooking, but at 2.45pm when it arrived, one was cold and sticky, the other couldn't be eaten for other reasons that I won't go into. Having pointed out the problems, we got up, paid 40 euros and left. Of course, we won't be returning, since it was almost our fault. Mistakes can happen, perhaps due to too many unforeseen people, or problems in the kitchen, but this doesn't justify it, or they apologize by giving explanations and not responding, not realizing what had happened.

22/07/2025: Even if the ambiance isn't particularly appealing, you feel at home, like you're in a Vietnamese restaurant where the whole family lives and works. The sushi is excellent, the fish quality is particularly good. The food was prepared very quickly, and even the spring rolls were homemade. You get very good sushi here with a wide selection and good quality at a fair price. We'll definitely be back.

29/06/2025: Peggior ristorante dove ho mangiato in tutta la vita! Già all’ingresso non prometteva nulla di che…. Ci siamo accomodati alle 21:00 e ci hanno portati piatti di carta …. Abbiamo ordinato! Il bere l’hanno portato dopo 15 minuti! E alle 21:40 erano arrivati solamente 4 piatti! (Noi eravamo in 6) alle 22:00 ci siamo alzati e siamo andati dal kebabaro che c’era di fronte ….

12/06/2025: My partner and I had dinner in this cute little place but it turned out to be an experience not to be repeated, the waiters seem to be taken from the street, one in particular who doesn't even know the table numbers and who when he arrives shouts the dishes and seems to throw them at you, the same one who accidentally kicked my partner's chair while passing by without even apologizing, instead telling him "watch out" as if it was his fault. We ended the dinner by asking for a coffee, maybe with the same powder they had already made a coffee previously because I only received dirty water. Let's not talk about the bill, we asked if they would bring it to the table after 15 minutes of waiting (taking into account that there were 4 tables that had already finished eating), since no one took us into account we had to get up, if they had told us come to the cashier we would have gone willingly, too bad because the food is decent.

12/06/2025: Since the restaurant was busy, we decided to eat there, which was a mistake. The waiter shuffled around the terrace in a very unmotivated manner and practically threw our plate onto the table while serving us, and the food was not attractively presented. The taste was tolerable, but not fine Italian cuisine. The restroom facilities were abysmal. There was no cistern cover and it couldn't be locked. A waste of money and time.

19/08/2025: Decent dough but scant toppings. The calzone was practically empty. When paying, I tried using my debit card (which I'd already used several times that day), but the POS reported "card not enabled." According to the cashier, "the POS can't make mistakes," adding that "they prefer cash." In the end, I had to use a foreign prepaid card, which was accepted without issue. Unfortunately, the overall experience wasn't positive. The chickpea cake could be improved. Rating: 3 because there's room for improvement.

10/08/2025: At 9:00 PM, the dough was finished, we switched to whole wheat dough. We waited over an hour for two mini pizzas with raw chips, and with very few extra ingredients, they gave off a strange smell... If you don't want to work properly, CLOSE! I don't understand the positive reviews.

25/06/2025: I chose this structure instinctively for the good sensations perceived, and it was like that for the whole stay. We chose a room with a balcony and a view of the pool. It is a structure without frills or frills but genuine, where you can breathe peace, tranquility, pleasant environments, very positive vibrations. The rooms, although discrete in size are very comfortable, clean and well-kept. The structure is quite large, with 41 rooms and 15 suites, and has been enjoying a change of management for a few months. The family management is aimed at giving the maximum, in particular Mrs. Giovanna, who welcomed us with kindness, availability and a lot of humanity, precious qualities in the hotel world. You will not find her in elegant clothes, standing tall to give order, as happens in many starred establishments, but among the tables helping the staff and making sure to please the customer (we had some difficulty with the mattress and she took care of replacing it). The kind, welcoming and helpful staff in all departments, especially Marco, who makes you feel at home from the moment you book, with great respect and education. The pool and the rooms are clean and tidy. The breakfast is both savoury and sweet, extra requests are welcomed and satisfied, fresh fruit served every day. The sea is about 200 metres from the establishment, with both free and private beaches. By car you can easily visit Bolgheri, Cecina, San Vincenzo and other places. A very positive experience that I recommend and that makes you want to return. A heartfelt thank you for making our week special.
