21/01/2025: Abbiamo pranzato in questo locale una domenica di gennaio. Abbiamo assaggiato il famoso polpo alla piombinese, gnocchetti all'astice e preso due dolci. Nel complesso si mangia bene ma ho trovato solo i prezzi leggermente alti e sproporzionati rispetto alle pietanze.

31/12/2024: Un papà e una figlia accoglienti,simpatici e disponibili. Una mamma,regina della cucina.abbiamo gustato un polipo alla livornese “da urlo”seguito da tagliatelle cacio e pepe e per finire Apple pie e tiramisù piccante.il tutto accompagnato da un calice di Cabernet Sauvignon che si abbinava in maniera perfetta.il conto adeguato alla qualità del cibo e del servizio. Il nostro voto..10. Sicuramente da tornare

17/09/2024: Niet al te sjiek maar gewoon goed eten met een glimlach. Wat werken ze hard om het naar je zin te maken. Ondanks ons gebrekkige Italiaans geweldig geholpen met de uitleg.

08/09/2024: Metto 3 stelle, perchè 2 sarebbe sbagliato (forse 2 e mezza andrebbero bene). Eravamo in 4, ordinato 4 pizze, 2 birre, una bibita e dell'acqua. Ovviamente da bere è arrivato subito. Ordine preso alle 21.15, pizze arrivate dopo circa 30 minuti (ma ci sta locale pieno). Le birre diventate calde in un attimo (tra l'altro una delle 2 era praticamente non frizzante, la Weiss decente, ma nessuna delle 2 sono state finite). Nel locale si muore dal caldo, hanno dei ventilatori a piantana messi un pò in giro, ma con una serata come la nostra, era come non averli. Sono arrivate 3 pizze su 4, dopo circa 10 minuti ho chiesto dove fosse quella che mancava e scopro che avevano dimenticato di farla (il cameriere persona gentile, si è scusato). é arrivata velocissima (una tonno e cipolla bianca), forse anche troppo, dato che è arrivata con un lato crudo ed uno un pò più bruciacchiato (segno evidente che non le è stata fatta fare la consueta rotazione in forno). Il tonno praticamente assente, ma in compenso le cipolle ce ne erano una valanga (le ho dovute levare perchè non si poteva mangiare. Conto onesto (72€). Un'ultima cosa. Alla cassa, quando un cliente arriva per pagare, la domanda di rito dovrebbe essere "come è andata, tutto bene ?" ed invece "che tavolo ....ah ok.... 72€"

08/03/2025: Sono talmente insoddisfatto che sono costretto a fare una recensione nonostante non sia solito farlo. Siamo venuti più di una volta in questo locale e ci siamo sempre trovati molto bene,ma oggi ahimè non è andata così. Eravamo in 5, abbiamo ordinato, dopo circa 30 minuti di attesa quando il locale ancora non era pieno,3 antipasti e 2,5 kg di bistecca black angus e una tagliata . Dopo altri 30 minuti di attesa sono arrivate con calma le bevande e subito dopo gli antipasti senza piatti. Dopo neanche 5 minuti con il tavolo pieno dagli antipasti sono arrivate subito la tagliata con i contorni e la bistecca . Il tempo di finire gli antipasti che la bistecca non solo si era ovviamente raffreddata,ma notavamo che la maggior parte era solo grasso e la parte sotto si era ovviamente cotta a puntino,da non essere neanche masticabile . Servizio talmente imbarazzante che potrebbe risultare anche simpatico,se il conto non fosse di 60 euro cadauno. Per il nervoso abbiamo anche rifiutato l amaro gentilmente offerto. 29/01/2025: Not my best dining experience. Very good pizza, I can't say otherwise, the photos speak for themselves, but the real flaw is the location and above all the service. The location is certainly not advisable in winter, as, despite the outdoor column heaters, it was cold overall, but passable. The highlight, on the negative side, was the service, the waitress was kind but too hasty, so from taking away our plates while we still had the last piece of pizza in our hands, then coming several times to ask us if we wanted anything else, even if there hadn't been people outside waiting, in that case I would have understood it, but in the case of this evening , not really. It is certainly a flaw that can be improved with a minimum of attention, especially because the pizza is worth it, but having had this experience, I don't feel like recommending it.

15/10/2024: Already in the falling darkness and the terrace ventilated by the sea wind, I was served a very tender and fine fish fillet with a butter sage sauce - delicious! Likewise the potato gratin and the mixed salad. Highly recommended 👏

14/10/2024: Nice place with a relaxed atmosphere, excellent view of the gulf of Portoferraio, good food and very friendly staff. Definitely recommended.
