05/06/2025: Beautiful campsite! Friendly and helpful staff! We stayed in a luxury lodge tent, it is equipped with every comfort with a stove and private bathroom! We will definitely be back!

04/06/2025: We stayed at this campsite for 10 days in May, when the weather was very changeable. Fortunately, the campsite and mobile home we selected were an excellent choice even on cloudy and rainy days. The cottage was suitable for five people with a kitchen, an internal table, two rooms and two bathrooms. The terrace had a table with seven chairs, two deck chairs and a magnificent view of Capoliveri and the sea. Everything was very clean and well stocked, there are tea towels, tablecloths, bath mats, things that I have never found in other campsites. The staff was always very courteous, from the manager, to the receptionist, to the girl at the bar and also to the technicians who go around the campsite all day to fix any problems that may be found in the accommodations. The location is perfect, a few minutes from Capoliveri, about twenty minutes from Portoferraio and suitable for visiting all the beaches in the south of the island. The beach is very large and well stocked with bars, restaurants and the possibility of renting canoes etc. The campsite also has a swimming pool that we didn't use due to the weather, a small children's area with balls and various games, and shared bathrooms are very clean. I will gladly return.

03/02/2026: My partner and I booked a table here for one evening during our stay on Elba Island in June 2023. I should start by saying we don't know what the restaurant is like inside, as we dined on the covered veranda overlooking the sea, which was very pretty. The staff was friendly, but not at all professional or knowledgeable. The service was clumsy and bordering on ridiculous. We ordered two plates of seafood linguine; the pasta was overcooked, and the fish was visibly frozen (which I couldn't understand, given that Rio Marina is located by the sea and Elba offers a wide variety of fresh seafood everywhere). Everything was way too salty, wallowing in the watery sauce. The bottle of wine we ordered wasn't available, so we relied on the waitress. The wine was good. The fried fish was extremely salty and overcooked; we had to leave it because it was inedible. We finished with two terrible coffees, but they didn't ruin the dinner we'd just finished. The bill arrived, if possible, more expensive than the dishes listed above. A real disaster. I never write negative reviews, but that dinner ruined the rest of the evening, and we were annoyed that, even though we hadn't eaten anything, no one bothered to ask what the problem was. I don't recommend it.

20/10/2025: The bar and restaurant is a historic establishment on the island, family-run. The atmosphere is simple, a bit dated, as is the service. However, the dishes are exquisite: excellent, fresh fish, well-prepared, and the side dishes are also excellent. The wine list doesn't feature inexpensive items, aside from the house wine, but there are also exquisite island wines served by the glass, which allowed us to keep our spending down a bit. The prices are average: quite high, but, as we all know, fresh fish is expensive, and everything on the islands is inevitably more expensive.

18/10/2025: It's located near the main square in town. The restaurant is simple, and the indoor terrace is open during this time of year, while in the summer there's also an outdoor one. The cuisine, primarily seafood, is simple but carefully selected. The wine list is unique in offering island wines that aren't always easy to find. We tasted both glasses of rosé, with a touch of Aleatico, and the fragrant Vermentino. For starters, we had excellent maniche with octopus sauce, followed by the freshest grilled and Sicilian-style swordfish. The side dish of roasted peppers (peeled, well-seasoned, and delicious) was excellent. Lemon sorbet was served to finish. The service was impeccable, and the owners were very helpful, and we even had a friendly conversation after dinner. We were tempted by the super-fresh swordfish, but many told us the fried fish is also a real specialty: maybe next time. (Price, including glasses of wine, €120 for two). Recommended, see you next time.

12/01/2026: The dishes didn't live up to the very beautiful location. The spiciness was too much, covering the flavor of the fish and the dish. In fact, to be honest, the flavor of the fish was very, very mild. The staff was very friendly and the prices were fair.

08/01/2026: I had been to this restaurant years ago and returned to see if it was still like this. Everything was really good, excellent food, professional and very knowledgeable staff. The atmosphere was beautiful. I will be back.

09/04/2026: Very nice atmosphere in the middle of the mountains, with a beautiful view and authentic cuisine, it is advisable to go when it is hot because in the evening the temperature drops a lot

28/12/2025: Photo: Udon with beef (A4) and bao (came 4 in the plate). Good, honest food—well seasoned, tasty, and served very hot (a big plus for me). We visited Livorno on December 26th, when most restaurants were closed for St. Stephen’s Day, so we ended up having lunch here as a last option. We really enjoyed the meal. I would definitely eat here again if I visit Livorno in the future. From the outside, the restaurant looks a bit shabby and not very tidy. However, the dining area is located in a side room, which was quite pretty and well kept. The toilet was not very clean. Service was good but not so smooth due to the language barrier (I don't speak italian).

29/10/2025: The campsite is okay. The sanitary facilities are a bit dated. Nice large pool. The music from the bar is a little loud. The clay pigeon shooting next door can be annoying.

19/11/2025: I ate a great kebab with my friends, one of the best in Rome. The pizza was also very good, with a wide variety of options. Excellent service; the guy interacted with us very well. Rating: 10

08/12/2025: Booked on Saturday morning for the evening with a 20% discount. A menu featuring Apulian and Campanian cuisine. For two, we had an appetizer with cured meats and products from Tuscany, Puglia, and Calabria, dairy products (smoked burrata and treccia) that weren't very fresh and flavorless, average oil-packed cured meats, and pre-packaged cured meats. All accompanied by puccia, fried pasta, and fritters. Priced at €20 (I'd say high). Followed by two well-filled Apulian pucce. Two local craft beers (cans) and a bottle of water. Service was quick and efficient (we were the first ones in). The restaurant is cute and well-decorated in a style reminiscent of Puglia, located in the Venezia neighborhood. I'd say it was a sufficient dinner, but the price for an appetizer and two pucce is steep: €60! On the downside, we left smelling of fried food!

26/08/2025: A truly positive experience The place doesn't have a sea view, but it's right on the sea, away from the crowds and noise. You don't see the sun set, but the moon rise. The pizza and schiacciatine are excellent, because the pizza chef has, I'd say, thirty years of experience!!! The owners are kind and professional, and the waitress is attentive and friendly. Highly recommended

16/07/2025: I don't usually write reviews, but in this case, I think everyone should know where they're going and not be misled by other people's good reviews. My family and I came at lunchtime to eat together—there were five of us. However, we couldn't order anything other than sandwiches. We asked for mojitos: two with alcohol and two without. The mojitos had spoiled mint and stale lemon. The drink tasted disappointing and was unpleasant. We addressed the issue with the bartender, but received only negative comments. Furthermore, the service was disgusting: the women were unfriendly and rude. I don't recommend this cafe. I usually don't write reviews, but this time I feel that everyone should know where they are going and not be misled by the good reviews of others. 14/10/2025: We had lunch at this beautiful place. Excellent ingredients, fabulous tortelli. The highlight was also the courtesy and kindness of the hostess, welcoming and kind. Thank you so much, we'll be back.

27/08/2025: Very simple but decent food. The only serious flaws: the waitress's lack of sociability (perhaps too young and inexperienced) and the truly obscene and uncomfortable seating (the kind we all have in our storage room when we have unexpected and numerous guests).

28/11/2025: I went to buy bread in this splendid, clean and welcoming, modern place with very courteous and friendly people. I also had breakfast and I must say that the chocolate pastry I ate was delicious and a cappuccino made to perfection... then I had the bread and the schiattata and when I tasted the schiacciata I was amazed at how good it was, in my opinion unbeatable, truly good, soft at the same time crunchy with good oil, in short I would say 10 out of 10... I can't wait to go back, I really recommend it to everyone, try it and believe it, thank you.

17/10/2025: By chance, while traveling to Livorno from Florence, we stumbled upon this fantastic place. We sampled some of their specialties, which were authentic and delicious. The staff were incredibly friendly. Highly recommended.
