21/08/2026: Having been away from Livorno for a few years now, every time I return to the city, stopping here late at night isn't just a recommendation, it's a moral obligation. I still remember when there was only a van parked there... seeing it transformed into a truck today is quite an experience, but fortunately the authentic soul and Spartan spirit haven't changed a bit. One of the nicest things is seeing that, despite the years that have passed, it's still a fantastic meeting place frequented by various generations: you'll find nostalgics like me, today's youth, and entire families, all united by the same hunger. The sandwiches are perfectly flavorful and well-stuffed. The bar is well-stocked, and the sauces are always a winner. Grabbing a sandwich, pairing it with a nice cold beer, and eating it there in the sea air late at night is the cure for any nostalgia. The staff, which has changed over the years but with Ale always in charge, always has that quick wit and that spontaneous irony that puts you back on track. If you're looking for a trendy place, you've got it all wrong; if you're looking for happiness nestled between sauces and cured meats, you're in the right place. Timeless! 🍔✨

05/07/2026: Today, when I entered this bar for a coffee, I said hello to the person behind the counter, but barely got a nod in response. While she was refilling the glasses, after a moment, she asked me what I wanted to order. I drank my coffee, paid, and when I said goodbye to leave, I received no response. I wonder if good manners are seen as optional in this place.

29/11/2025: I practically only use them. They're professional, have fair prices, and have literally everything. In the same store, I can: buy bread, have breakfast, buy cigarettes, play the slot machines, pay bills, and make photocopies. A well-deserved 5 stars.

02/07/2026: A very characteristic black beach, worth a visit. As for the food, the fried octopus is a blast, and the crostoni with provola cheese and anchovies are equally delicious.

20/06/2026: As they say, the pictures look pretty, but the taste is so-so. I can't comment on the pizza; we didn't order it. The skates were overcooked and had a bitter taste, and the fish in tomato sauce—thought to be a traditional local dish—was raw inside and cold, probably reheated in the microwave. The only good thing was the beer was served in a well-frozen glass. I wouldn't recommend the food, but the drinks were okay.

16/06/2026: During a week in Rio Marina, it was a must-visit. Perfect location for both a quick coffee and a pizza at sunset. The pizza was very, very good. The owners' friendliness made it all perfect. We hope to return soon!
