24/05/2025: We passed by this restaurant quite by chance, and my boyfriend liked it so much he reserved a table for dinner. Since we hadn't looked at the menu beforehand, we didn't realize it wasn't a "regular" restaurant, but rather a Michelin-starred restaurant (even though they don't have one YET). We ordered our dishes, probably a bit unprofessionally, and the waiter explained each dish very professionally and expertly. When my boyfriend asked for salad, the owner, somewhat offended, said that you should eat salad at home; he runs a fish restaurant. In retrospect, we had to chuckle about it 🤣 Presumably, both the owner and his waitress were having fun with us 😅 Despite our language barrier, the service was truly top-notch, and the quality of the food was also excellent. When we're back in Piombino, we'll be back 👌

04/05/2025: Small restaurant/wine shop in the center of Bolgheri....nice and welcoming. Typical dishes of the area and a large platter for 2 delicious people: excellent cured meats... a very fresh burrata and toasted crunchy bread croutons. Wine with 10e praise. Price is not cheap but we know that it is a bit like that here for the very touristy and niche area.

25/04/2025: 25 April 2025 beautiful day Bolgheri packed we booked at the Bolgheri wine cellar, beautiful inn with adjoining wine shop, excellent wine and wonderful food, an explosion of taste and smell and a joy for our taste buds, kind and competent staff, prices within the norm, to be returned

29/04/2025: One of my and my boyfriend's favorite places, every time we pass by Carbonifera we always book with them. We have never been disappointed by this place and this time too it proved to be perfect! The place is welcoming and really beautiful, particular and always has that reserved air! (The ladles around the room are the touch that makes the difference) The owners and the guys in the room are really friendly and kind, always very attentive and always ready to give advice. The food and the quality of the fish is truly excellent, dishes that are always present and excellent off-menu novelties that always follow the season. I highly recommend this place and will be back as soon as possible!

15/06/2025: Ok only wine and asters, because they are raw. The first courses: tagliolini with red shrimp, burrata and truffle (fake) terrible!!! After a long wait they arrived cold, sent back to the kitchen, returned inedible. Spaghetti with sea urchin mayonnaise and calamari... bland and without any flavor. I strongly recommend changing chef. Excessive expense and poor service. Terrible experience not to be repeated.

14/06/2025: Passing through Livorno to then take a ferry we went to dinner at this restaurant very close to our accommodation. A beautiful fish counter. There were 4 of us - one of the friends and I opted for the cacciucco - unfortunately we were disappointed, little fish and little variety. At the bottom a nice slice of bread that made the dish seem abundant but... Very dry the sauce, too thick..... One had grilled scampi and calamari but this too was poor, as well as the fried calamari and scampi where the vegetables were abundant. Then they offered us a light red wine... good but too cold and more than anything... French 🤔 With all the good Italian wines... shame. Average/high price for the little fish eaten. Honestly I don't know if I would recommend it

10/06/2025: Ambiente dalla personalità caratteristica, gestito con originalità e professionalità, in cui si servono pizze che accontentano sia i palati da esploratore che quelli da custode della tradizione, con o senza interessanti abbinamenti di bevande. Può essere la solita pizzeria nostrana, oppure qualcosa di molto diverso ed esotico, sotto lo stesso tetto, in funzione di ciò che si cerca.

13/06/2025: Posto incredibilmente affascinante . una strada sterrata contornata da ulivi ti conduce a questo bucolico ristorante immerso nella campagna di Lacona. Il nome della via e' un poema: "via dei vigneti". Personale gentile . La proprietaria una signora deliziosa. Ottima cena all'aperto, con sottofondo di musiche rilassanti e canti in "diretta "di vari uccellini. Cenato egregiamente con piatti soprattutto a base di pesce. Prezzo? antipasti 15, primi simile , secondi da 15 a 22 euro Una serata in un luogo incantato. Provare per credere.

Parkhotel Marinetta is something for everyone! Questo resort offers the best relaxation, with a swimming pool open to the sea with splendid pines and a 3-minute walk from the beach. The beach and the sea can be easily reached and tenuto. It is not the case that it is not in the camera, but it is sent to the owner of the condition and perfectly regulated. The service is excellent. You can eat in the same way in the environment and in the camera just below the post! C'è an enormous scelta di cibo! Chi vuole partecipare al fish, alla carne or al buffet, troverà semper qualcosa! If you have an allergy, the size should be considered beforehand with the size of the service, in which case the situation is safe and secure! This is the highest quality!

10/06/2025: We were recommended this restaurant to enjoy fish dishes. Abundant and very tasty dish. Fast and very kind service. The pasta was fresh and the fish delicate on the palate. A nice discovery in a tourist environment and close to the beach.

25/05/2025: I go often, after a day at the beach it's just what you need. Everything is very good and a really wide choice. Only one thing: I wouldn't allow smoking, because eating good things with someone smoking at the table next to you really ruins the taste of things.
