22/03/2026: If you walk into Farmacia dei Sani thinking you're just going for dinner... you've already got it all wrong. We don't eat here: we treat ourselves. As soon as you walk in the door, it feels like you've entered a parallel dimension where time slows down, the glasses are never empty, and the menu isn't a list of dishes, but a declaration of intent. A place that has the (justified) arrogance of being different, and maintains that arrogance until the last bite. The food? It's not "good." It's dangerous. Because it gets you hooked. Real ingredients, dishes that don't pretend to be gourmet but are truly gourmet, and everything has that "we're putting our face forward" feel. It's not uncommon to leave thinking: okay, now the rest will be disappointing. And then the wine... They don't pour you a drink, they guide you. They tell you what you're about to drink as if it were a story, and you end up trusting them. And rightly so, because here, the pairing isn't optional: it's part of the show. The service is one of those rare blends of professionalism and genuine humanity. Not textbook fake kindness, but people who truly believe in what they do. Sometimes the wait might be a bit long, but when you realize there's quality behind it, not an assembly line... you even stop looking at the clock. The atmosphere? Intimate, a little unconventional, almost as if you've been invited to dinner by friends who cook damn well better than you. Prices? Fair, almost too fair for what you're taking home: the experience, not just the food. In short: La Farmacia dei Sani isn't for everyone. It's for those who want to leave a restaurant thinking, "OK, I remember this." And trust me... you will.

07/03/2026: We've eaten at this restaurant twice and had a wonderful time both times: generous portions, quality ingredients, and excellent cuisine, simple yet rich in flavor. The owner is extremely kind, friendly, and helpful, and knows how to put guests at ease without ever being intrusive. Next time, we'll try the Roman specialties. Highly recommended!

17/03/2026: My favorite place, welcoming, homey, and very familiar. The staff is extremely welcoming, professional, and kind. I went there for Women's Day, recommended by my friend who already knew and frequented the place. The food was truly excellent, with a varied menu featuring mostly local products and generous portions, leaving room for dessert (I also had the punch, which was excellent). I'm sure I'll be happy to try their dishes again.

Everything would have been perfect if, once we got up from the chairs, the blue paint hadn't stained us, and the owner, sorry, didn't even offer a €1 discount, the minimum, after such negligence... Photos of the clothes were taken and posted on TripAdvisor, so everything is verifiable... My partner and I know how they treat the public because we've only been working there for 25 years...

18/10/2025: A must-try experience for meat lovers. The Maremma beef Florentine steak was delicious! We opted for the tasting option, and it was truly an excellent choice. It was all paired with Bolgheri wine, highly recommended! Next time, we'll have to try the famous Japanese beef, which isn't always available, though. Prices are in line with the products offered.

18/10/2025: Fantastic dinner! We went to Risto-Macelleria San Marino for an evening with friends. They offered us a set menu with appetizers, two first courses, various cuts of meat, side dishes, wine, and dessert. Everything was excellent and cooked to perfection! The staff is welcoming, kind, and very professional. Thank you so much 💖

We also had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Alessandro (a wonderful character who goes out of his way to satisfy his guests). He made us spend an unforgettable Sunday with exquisite dishes and great company. I can only highly recommend this place and we definitely want to return!!!

16/02/2026: I had the opportunity to dine in this characteristic restaurant, the food is good, the service is friendly and kind... the only criticism I can make... there was the owners' child (beautiful) who came in and out of the kitchen and the staff was very dedicated to him, I consider this unprofessional and a little too noisy.

25/10/2025: Delicious pizza, as well as their "sfizi" (delicacies), like Montanarine, fried and topped with seasonal ingredients. A unique atmosphere, nestled among the maritime pines, the staff is very friendly, and the service is fast. Definitely worth a try! Seasonal opening.
